Getting Started.

I’ve read through a wealth of people having the same problem but I don’t seem to be able to find an actual answer anywhere - to the point I’m close to throwing my phone at a brick wall.  Last Friday (16th Aug), I took out a new contract with ID Mobile in store at Currys - This was for the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I was previously with EE and have had Samsung phones for the past 12 or so years. Finally, yesterday, the number finished porting over and I am now receiving calls and texts absolutely fine. The device registers (and so does iCloud) that my phone number is the correct number that I have ported over. However, I do not seem to be able to receive OTPs from companys. I use 2FA across a lot of apps, the main one being my bank (Santander). I cannot log into the Santander app on my phone as I cannot receive the OTP. I also cannot log in on my PC/Laptop because there are 2 options - SMS OTP (which I can’t receive) and “Authenticate in the mobile app” which I cannot do because I can’t log in

Been with Id mobile since November and my mobile data has never worked, maybe had 3 days of decent service the whole time, i contacted Id mobile when i first got my phone about this issue but it was never escalated or resolved, which resulted in a formal complaint. Nearly a year on and my phone still doesn’t work without wifi connection. Any advice as i’m sick of paying £50 p/m for a phone that doesn’t work??!

I haven't received my Currys voucher, where can I find this please?

I'm on a new plan. texts and calls work but data does not. it just says LTE. S24 FE with esim.

My phone is about 13 months old but has stopped charging by cable.  I can still do wireless power transfer from another phone

I have been signed out from my iphone and with out the recipt i cant sign in to phone to use it as front screen is locked to owner 

Can i transfer data from one sim to another? /Can I share data between sims I have with ID? 

Phone goes straight to voicemail have changed phone an updated to e sim still does it have checked the obvious

Hi, I'm currently with lebara sim only plan where I pay monthly on direct debit, but I'm unable to enter radio competitions via text no matter what I do and I can't send pictures unless I top up manually. I'm looking for a sim only plan that allows me to do those things and just charges me automatically without having to manually top up. Can you please recommend a plan for me? 

Trying to upgrade to sim only deal. Wont let me go through because it says update personal email. I have done this & my current email is actually corret. Im struggling to upgradw & i need hekp x

Id Mobile are not sending me my PAC. How does this get resolved?

I didn’t give my pac code at checkout. How do I give it to id 

Hi, ive tried selecting numerous dates fir my pac code to transfer over but they all say "date not allowed" any ideas please 

Need advice from tech support as live chat has not helped. Port from id went to an already cancelled ee sim. Ive checked with Ee tech who confirm its not on their list as was sent to a cancelled sim.  I have referred back to id who have been unhelpful on live chat.I basically just want id tech supporr to confirm which provider has my phone number and reissue pac so can allocate to correct sim. 

Switching dates all greyed out. Tried from yesterday still the same.
