Hi  I have the Samsung galaxy z flip 5 and I’m struggling to get sim to work, I’ve tried ESIM but it only works with WiFi on. So I ordered a replacement physical sim and that has the same issue. I’ve tried different SIM cards in my phone and they work straight away, I’ve tried my ID sim in another phone and it works straight away. The sim only seems to work with WiFi calling on, if I turn that off it I’m not connected to WiFi then I have no signal and says emergency calls only.  I’ve done all the network resets and tried to connect to network manually but nothing works. Please could anyone help? many thanks.

Hi, I have been with iD for some time and just recently, I have found that I do not receive any text messages at all. I am using an iPhone.

I ordered an esim yesterday and I havent recieved a confirmation email nor have I recieved my esim. I do not remeber seeing a refrence number but I do have a picture of the last 4 digits of the account number. Additionally I know the phone number, and adress I had listed. I worry I input the email incorrectly.

I have just been speaking to someone on the chat and has told me to move to another provider is this right ? Can I please get to speak to someone in charge

Hi Iam new to ID , having received my sim a week ago ago I cannot receive calls I have an I phone 16 pro max and have tried all the recommendations so far  one week in and thinking of cancelling 

I've been to Curry's twice now for 2 new Sims and both say already active even though they are brand newI also requested a esim 24 hours ago and still nothing arrived, I've checked my spam folder and 4 hours ago requested another esim and still nothings arrived just want to be able to use my number that I've not been able to use for 3 weeks yet I'm paying for it

I just want to know how many months I have left. Also if I upgrade now do I pay the remaining or not 

My contract is ending 30 September 2025. When do I need to submit for PAC code to end the contract but keep my number? Thanks 

Hi, I am using ID mobile on my iPad and have no signal when in Germany.  I have checked all the settings and followed the points in the app so am sure roaming is switched on for the ipad and my ID account.  I have tried manually selecting a network but it will not connect to any network.  I have tried rebooting as well!  How do I fix this please?  Thanks

No internet as soon as I get out of the house, signal drops straight away. Been going on for two months, already talked about this once already with idmobile. Load of rubbish 🤬

I've had a complaint that's been ongoing for over a month. I finally got a call from the complaints department, but they had to pass it on to tech support. I got a call from tech support asking me to run an internet speed test, take a screenshot and email it to documents@idmobile.co.uk which I did. I included my name, phone number, and the reference number of my complaint. Sent from the email address registered to my account. I've had an email back from them asking for my customer service pin, bank details, and date of birth, and requesting 2 forms of ID… via email.  This has to be a scam right? They didn't need all this to talk to me over the phone. 

When requesting a PAC/STAC, will an email & text be sent confirming the code?

I have been with ID mobile for about a week and the app shows I have used 2.5 GB of data. I don’t understand how this can be since that would normally be about what I would use in a month. If I check the data usage on my phone settings (pixel 7a) it shows the same amount, but if you add up the data used by individual apps it only comes to around 300 MB.Can anyone explain this? I have seen a few threads from users on various networks reporting similar issues but there doesn’t seem to be any solid info on what causes it.

Hi I am not receiving any text messages for my number  

I am an existing ID User for a longtime. I have tried to get a better data deal on my monthly SIM but the deal I’ve seen advertised is for new customers only !!! If I was a new customer I could sign up for 108 Gb of data for £9.00/month on a rolling monthly SIM but the best they will offer me is 60Gb data for £8.00 !!!The lesson here is it dosent pay to be loyal to iD Mobile, it seems to me as a customer you are not worth investing in. The problem is I want to keep my number so I can’t just buy the deal I want. Very poor service.
