Hi,I have ordered the google pixel 10a bac in march on idmobile via carphone warehouse on the basis of getting the above voucher.  Despite beign told it would be recieved within 60 days and then 5 days when chasign it up a couple of weeks ago i still have nothing. Can I use ID sim for google maps sat nav in Portugal?

Since switching to id mobile, I cannot access voicemails  I have tried thousands of pins but each one is not available.  I get 3 attempts and then the phone tells me goodbye and I have to start again. It is stuck in a loop of rejection and I cannot get past setting up a PIN as no matter if it's 4 or 10 random numbers, every single attempt if rejected as unavailable.   This is impossible. It's broken

Hi, I'm looking for some advice regarding an incoming caller ID issue on ID Mobile. Since yesterday, all incoming calls are showing as "Private Number", including contacts and known numbers. I'm using an eSIM on a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. I've reset network settings, reinstalled the eSIM, tested in Safe Mode, and confirmed IMS is registered and the phone is in service. I also tested a SIM from a different network in the same handset and caller ID worked normally, which suggests the issue is specific to my ID Mobile line. The call log also records every call as "Private Number". Has anyone experienced this?
