I'm trying to reregister with the new app, but once I get to the find my account page which needs phone number, surname and date of birth it says there's no record of my account.

What is going on with ID? Haven’t been able to make or receive calls, done the reset, got a new sim and it’s no better, I can’t wait to leave ID and go with a proper network!! 

Really not getting sick to death with the 3 network and it's unreliable coverage. Calls cut out or get told from person I call can't hear me. As stuck in a contract for few more months and before I switch my number by PAC could anyone tell me that call diverts from id mobile are inclusive in your allowance to another UK mobile number?Thinking of testing rival networks to see if any improvements but just diverting my calls  to it. Could you advise if this is possible and inclusive of call package with id mobile? Once established new network and contract up will just leave. Pointless paying for a service that is poor...

I’m travelling to Turkey which is not in the 50 roam free destinations. I’m looking for confirmation that I will receive 2FA SMS texts for banking and other services. I also have a £0 cap to avoid additional charges.

didn't receive a sim - but have been billed for three months. How do I get hold of ID Mobile?

Hello,  I am interested in buying a SIM only deal.  But during the checkout process there is no option that allows you to obtain a SIM with a new number.  The options are:-  Keep my number and switch on sim arrival. Keep my number and switch now, or lose my number and switch now.  How am I supposed to get a new number without switching anything?  Many Thanks

When I got my SIM only deal it came with a £25 gift card with curry’s, however when they tried to deliver this I was at work so never got it. Can I collect this in a store?

Hi, hope someone can help, new contract and phone Iphone Pro 16, arrived installed sim get 4g showing on phone but unable to send receive txt or calls or anything, support chat said sim activated, tried sim in wifes Iphone 14,  same thing 4g sign but unable to call/txt. Tried sim in android phone and hey presto works fine!! so we changed sim from currys re registered new sim on line and excatly same situation with new sim also wont work in Iphones but working in android. Tried re setting Iphone network etc but still nothing, anyone any ideas pleaseThanks all

I have missed several important NHS health screening calls because they begin with 0330 and are blocked. They go straight to voicemail which is no good because I call back and rearrange then the call is blocked again! How do I stop this happening?

Hi All, I am having serious issues with my home broadband so bought a 5g router and am trying to use it for gaming with my ID mobile sim card. I currently pay £8 / month and have Unlm Mess + calls. An i believe its 40gb data.The issue i’m having is when I use it for the first 40min its perfect, game runs smooth. No issues. But after around 40min all my games start to really lag. Delay. Unplayable. So i guess what im asking is, does ID mobile have maybe a fair usage? Is this slowing me down when gaming. Does it detect me gaming and think, nope sorry we need to slow you down type thing. Or is all that just a coincidence? An theres something else at play here? CheersDave Marsden

My phone contract was was changed over 2days ago I have no call s and no internet I requested a new SIM card still not arrived Please advise how to get my phone working 

I have recently joined Id and the network isn't great in comparison to Vodafone who I've been with for years. Im hoping it's the settings with my phone however there is no settings available for galaxy s25 ultra. I can anyone advise please?

Hi i paid twice the monthly direct debit and i did not get back my money.

Problems started when for some unknown reason ID did not claim my Direct Debit, even though it had been set for months and there was money in the account. The direct debit failed on the 18th but was also successful on the 18th. The suspension was four days later on the 24th. I had to pay the contract amount immediately as the phone is my wife's and is important for the kids to be able to make contact.  No notification to say the direct debit had cancelled. Received about 4 notifications telling me my account had been suspended though until immediate payment. Tried to dial the number given on the messages to make payment but of course they had suspended the phone so couldn't. Made the payment online. Went to try and contact their customer services to try and understand what has happened. After 3 attempts waiting on the live chat, I was cut off each time. Over 2 hours wait time estimated. Lovely service. Finally.... now my bill is upto date. I cannot make outbound calls
