For weeks now the data service on my mifi and also mobile phone (both holding id mobile sim cards) has been extremely bad. I know my devices are fine because if I go to a different part of London everything is better or even perfect…I live in Walthamstow E17, and for a long while the service was fine, but just a couple of weeks ago it went downhill.It is obvious that ‘something’ is going on in this area related to Id Mobile/’3’ service….Can you please tell me what that is?Unfortunately this is the downside of a 24-month contract - you are stuffed if their service becomes unusable.I am only able to send this because the service has decided to pick up, at least for a few minutes!By the way, the signal bars on my device show a decent signal, even when the service is down or very poor, so it seems that the issue is not even related to the signal from the local mast…..more likely something else going on with id mobile/3.When I have mentioned poor

My grandson has a new simo package, he can receive calls and texts, also he can access mobile internet, however he is unable to make any outbound calls or outbound texts, he has unlimited calls and texts, he is using an iPhone 8+. He gets message “your service does not allow access to this number” and it is just a normal uk mobile number.   I expect there is an issue with  settings somewhere??

For a long time now my ID Mobile voicemail outgoing message gets deleted and I have to re-record and save a new one. Each time it is confirmed as working and I test it now and again by phoning myself.This is extra annoying because it is only when someone I know lets meit’s gone  know that I realise I have to deal with it once more….This is nothing to do with a full message box (I only get a few messages per month and I clear them regularly anyway).I have seen other users comment on the same issue.So when is ID Mobile going to fix this?

Poor signal in Ne96jt , no internet 

Can anyone with a S24 Ultra provide a screenshot of the software page showing the software version and default CSC.I messed around with the CSC to enable call recording on my phone and its worked great for the last year but now a couple of apps won’t open or install and google play is now saying phone is not certified.Looking to change back to default firmware but lost the image/screenshot I took before changing the CSC.Will factory reset or flash official firmware if I can find it to bring phone back to new.TIA

I haven't been able to make or receive calls or access my data for a week now. Been on this sim and phone for a year with no previous issues but can't get hold of anyone to find out what the issue might be. I've gone through the tests on webchat and looks like my SIM isn't working but any ideas how I can order a replacement? Thanks!

Hi there.  I have had my data dissappear, I had over 300GB of data last time I checked, which was probably a week ago. And just checked again tonight and it's dropped down to 55! I can't see anywhere on the app / online to check my usage to see what happened. I highly doubt i have used all that data? Any help appreciated. 

Hi im looking for advice from anyone that has had similar issue please. I ported my sons number from Smarty to ID on Friday and since its ported he can’t receive calls or texts (working fine before) The message caller gets when they try call is the number is not recognised. He can make calls and send sms texts fine. This issue has only happened since his number ported. I've spent 2 days online chatting with agents checking settings etc, all are fine. I picked up new sim from curry's to try and the problem still persists. Even when I insert the replacement sim into his old handset it doesn't work but other sims work fine in both handsets so issue must be down to the port or network as I've ruled out sim issue, setting issues and handset.  He cannot access banking apps as needs text verification and this is very frustrating.  Even more frustrating is the fact that you cannot speak to anyone at Id mobile, all done through web chat. Any help or advise would be much appreci

I switched over to ID mobile in August 24 & asked to carry over my original phone number. Since having my ID sim I have two phone number, my original and a new number. People can call my original number but if I call them it comes through as the other number. I am also unable to send text messages from either number & can’t delete one or the other, this has been a pain over the past few months as I can’t directly get hold of anyone as they don’t know what number I’m calling from and there is no one to speak with direct from ID mobile to help

Since last year, I received a quick call then it stops and it left voice message.  Turns out it was Chinese robocall.  Then it hasn’t stop since then, with different numbers. I set it Silence Unknown Callers on my iPhone but no feature to block it.Anyone knows how to stop them? Thank you.Silver Hair Deaf.

Just had a text informing me my tariff is going up soon,I'm already paying £57.99 for unlimited everything, I don't want to be paying more and I swear when I upgraded last year they told me no increases to my tariff as they lobbed an extra pound on this oneIve just checked to downgrade my tariff and it's not showing any tariffs to choose from I'm not paying nearly 60 quid a month it's ridiculous , does anyone know when they putting the tariffs on to swop or I'll be cancelling my dd and flying solo hmmm

Just switched to ID using a PAC code to bring my number across. I have had a text saying the number switch has been completed.  I can call out but can't recieve any calls, looking at SIM manager the call and SMS toggles are greyed out. I have checked the VoLTE settings are connected, manually chosen ID  in the network operators section and reset the settings. Is there anything else I can do.

iPhone 16 Pro MaxNo matter where i am, home or work, if not connected to WiFi the ID/3 signal strength means nothing, I get the slowest internet connection along with calls the constantly drop out. Why is this? Current location WA1 1RL, home M27 6. Signal checker no issue with either location 5G? Previous network o2 no issues? 28.3mbps

The credit checking process is absolutely abysmal, I took a sim only out in November 2024 cancelled it in December 2024, I want to join back now and keep getting declined 🤣absolutely nothing has changed in my financial circumstances or with the Credit reference agencies!  you need to get a grip it’s a 1 month sim only deal with unlimited for £15 per month I even added a £0 spend cap.  MADNESS 

Hi I'm looking to upgrade my phone and have found a better deal through carphonewearhouse with id mobile rather than just upgrading straight through id mobile is it possible to do so ?

Hi Guys, my order with ID mobile completed on the 14th of March and said it would be delivered on the 18th by Royal Mail. I’ve called them and they have said all they can do is prompt local mail services to send it but that if I haven’t received it by Monday the 24th to get in touch with the sender (ID Mobile) to submit a inquiry into there the parcel is. It’s been some time now I’ve been without a SIM card and id really just love for this issue to be solved. I can’t log into my ID mobile account as when it sends me the text message I can’t receive it as I don’t have my SIM card.Is there anything I can do is it too late to switch to an ESIM? 

So I discovered that when I send an RCS message in Google messenger the wrong phone number is displayed on the recipients phone. I have check the RCS chat settings in messenger and indeed the wrong phone number is shown (it's the original phone number associated with my SIM before porting my number).I have had the phone for around 5 months and it has been fine until the last week with no problems sending/receiving calls or texts.I have tried the troubleshooting steps suggested by ID mobile in the FAQ section which have not fixed the issue.Any suggestions on next steps?
