    Switch day - no mention of number transfer

    Today is my switch day to iD. I got and gave a PAC code during registration last week. I got a different (temporary?) iD number immediately on signup. I have received notification from my old provider that I am leaving them today and from iD that I am joining them today. There has been no mention of my number porting over. Apart from waiting until 10pm tonight is there a way to confirm that my number is to be ported? I want the reassurance as I use my number for business and would be inconvenienced if there were issues. Thank you.

    Activate Additional SIM

    Hi, I’ve bought an additional SIM for my car. I already have an account on an existing SIM for my phone. I’m now paying a separate monthly subscription for the addional SIM. Do I need to activate it? Another question: How do I set an additional ‘subscription’ on my existing id account (I think that’s the jargon) for the additional SIM? The registration login page where I try to add it says it is sending a code to the new number, but I havent set it up in the car yet. Do I need to set it up in the car first? Thanks

    Can't login to end my contract

    Hello, I just went to access the mobile app but find this does not work anymore. Upon registering, my ID number is recognised so I can’t login/complete the registration. How am I meant to cancel my contract which ends on 11 Sep? I do not want to roll onto ID’s monthly rate or have any other contractual relationship with ID mobile.

    Unable Add iD Mobile number to Activate Replace SIM

    I switched recently from Lyca Mobile to ID Mobile, Did the port process and received the welcome email as well as the SIM at my door. How can I activate it as the new SIM has no network signals. During Activation, when I click on the button “Add an ID Mobile Number” on the website https://my.idmobile.co.uk/registration-success I put my ID Mobile Number received in the welcome email, my last name and my Date of Birth but still it says “Sorry, your details do not match our records.” I am done with Live chat, and calling the customer service. Please HELP!!

    Replacement SIM Not Activated After 2 Days

    I recently returned from holiday, during which I lost my SIM card abroad. Upon returning, I visited Currys and picked up a replacement SIM. I followed the registration steps, and the notification indicated my SIM would be active within 30 minutes. However, it has now been over two days and my SIM is still not working. After multiple attempts, I finally managed to speak with an ID Mobile chat agent, but they were unable to access my account due to ongoing external technical issues on your side. Could someone please assist me in getting my replacement SIM activated as soon as possible? I urgently need mobile service restored. Thank you for your help. Kind regards, Arslan

    Received new phone ported old number, can't creat ID account

    Hi, I purchased yesterday to receive the phone today, I thought I would be clever and port old number over, this is activated. I have my device and my ported number is working. Great! Now I have come to register for my ID account, and I cannot. The form requests my number, and won’t accept my ported number, only the none working number is accepted.     I have bought a pay monthly sim to use in my motorhome Wi-Fi router.     Plan showing as disconnected on ID app

    My plan is showing as disconnected on the ID app. Spoke to CS yesterday and they assure me it's all fine and live their end. Spent an hour and a half on webchat yesterday and this is still not resolved. Loaded app again etc. I believe when I've added the plan to my app it's picked up an old account I held with ID as the pin code was also different to what the CS advisor told me. Clearly it would be helpful if I can see my plan in the app but no one seems able to help on their Web chat which seems ridiculous. Any ideas? I've tagged you Matthew as you seem to have resolved this for other ID customers so hoping you can help me. ​@Matthew T

    switched numbers

    I'm struggling to sort out my number. I have switched my number via a pac code but the number issued by ID is showing on text messages. If I turn off rcs messages then it uses my correct number but left on ot defaults to the sim number. I've tried changing the number on settings but it defaults back to the wrong one. Please can someone tell me what else I can try?

    Network

    I've had real problems with my Mobile Data Network connection last 6/7 days. I've gone from having really good connection to being barely unable to read a news article or do an online shop.Tried all the self help, things re Switching to Plane mode, Switching phone off + on. Cleaning sim etc But nothing is helping + there have been no changes to Network coverage in my area. Anyone got any ideas please? Thanks

    Have switched to ID Mobile from SMARTY. Switch completed today (android), but although I have downloaded the App, it assumes that I have already set up a password and will not take me through the various set up stages as outlined on the web-site. Has anyone else experienced this issue / able to outline a resolution ??

    bad 4G connection, no 5G

    Just came over today from 02 and I think I’ve made the worst decision in my life. I have poor Internet connection 4g not working 5g Existent i have one Signal bar when I had 3 singnal bars and 5g with 02 I use a iPhone 15 max pro which brought out right with Apple.. so what’s the best way to solve this problem regards Daz

    New SIM not working after pickup from Currys

    Hello. So left my old network and ported my phone number. Set it for today. I ordered a ID mobile SIM last week only for it to be delivered to some mystery place. Contacted ID and they said to pick up a replacement from Currys so did that yesterday. Now today I've put the SIM in and nothing. The network signal is blank and I have no access to my phone number so no access to lots of my accounts.
