Hi, I have had a call from { REMOVED } to say that my eSIM will be deactivated within two days. Can you please give me any information on this as I’m not sure if it was a fake call or not.

Hi I've received my PAC code from 02 and my new SIM from id mobile . I've tried entering my PAC code on the ID mobile app and on the web browser to transfer the number but when I enter all the details the calendar is showing blank and grey and not allowing me to enter a date to port the number.I'm worried until the numbers ported I'm going to keep having to pay my bill to 02 .Is there any way of checking this manually .02 confirms it's the right port code Thanks

I want to get the iPhone 17 Pro Max but I’ve heard if you pay it monthly it’s refurbished like all the phones you guys offer are refurbished

Upgraded to IPhone 17e tried to set phone up transferred apps & everything then noticed the satellite icon is at the top of the phone screen & isn’t recognising my SIM card which does work & having to use on old handset until sorted - can anyone shed any light on this please? Have tried all the resets they aren’t working - what next? As I’m left with a new phone that is no good for me

When i am sending a text message it is showing a number that is not my number how can get it back to my old number i have had my phone with id mobile for 2 months and stayed with my old number but now in my text messages it is showing the number id sent me

I requested a replacement esim from the app to transfer to my new phone, after I requested it I got a text saying that the request has gone through and I should receive the qr code within the hour. I waited for about 2 hours and still no qr code came. I tried multiple times over 1 week and nothing happened apart from the text stating I would get the qr code within the hour. What do I do? I contacted live chat and all they could do was send a physical sim to my address which I would not be able to access as I was out the country

on signing the contract I chose esim. but I need a physical sim card

I keep messaging the number about my PAC but it keeps saying there was a problem processing my PAC. I need to sort it out but my PAC won’t work.

I keep getting a message after I send PAC and my date of birth to the number saying that something went wrong. I can’t get the pac sent to me what do I do?

Please can customer care contact me re the above. My contract has been terminated before the 20 th and I still haven’t received my pac code

I find the info navigation confusing and cannot find where to actually do this.

Ordered the wrong size phone when upgraded how do I change it

Urgently need new esim, unable to access device or use number

I moved over to ID mobile Last week I'm just realised that I'm unable to send imessages. They seem to send as text messages.

Hi I just got a new plan out and the SIM card is not working at all. Thankyou

hello, im transferring over from Vodafone and want to keep my current number, how can I do this? I was told I could but can not see any clear instructions as to how.

Hi whenever I click to upgrade it’s just stuck loading I’ve been trying for a couple days now .

Hi ordered an ESIM and I have put the SM-DP address in and the activation code and it won’t connect to my phone

So i purchased a new phone as July as my i phone 16 on ID Mobile didn’t have enough GB storage and wouldn’t work properly. So bought an i phone 17 pro! lovely. However, have a new contract also with Id mobile. i want to keep july old number but give my son my old contract since i am paying for two contracts. I have bought a new payg sim on another network, just so i can transfer my number to another network and then port again to my new Id mobile contract. However, if i use the pac code it ends my contract after paying them for the contract i haven’t used (4 months worth) Is there a work around for this? Seems really difficult.
