I have changed my phone and was previously using an esim.  I thought I'd transferred it to my new device but it doesnt seem to have registered and I'm concerned I'm missing important work calls. I have logged WhatsApp business on the new device fine and this is linked to this esim number, but I don't seem to be receiving normal calls via it.  How do I resolve this please?

From around 1pm today I have had no service, strangely I have 3 bars of signal, I have tried the usual things like, cleaning sim card, forcing network search from airplane mode, nothing seems to be working. Can anyone help please?

My phone has gone in for repair and may take a week to come back out. In the meantime, is there a way to get a temporarily eSIM so I can still receive messages?

I bought a new phone and I need help transferring my old number to my new phone

I currently have two contracts with I’d mobile. The first is a sim only pay monthly contract and I have recently taken out a new monthly contract. How can I port my old number (sim only) to my new contract so I can keep my old number?

I used an e-sim on holiday, which I've now deleted. However, I can now no longer use my data or make phone calls or send sms with my iD Sim.It doesn't let me click on the toggles for calls or messages. Can anyone help?

Hi can someone please help. I switched to ID mobile a little while ago but kept my number from my old network. It worked perfectly fine for a few weeks. But not I can’t receive calls or FaceTime. I can make calls but can’t receive. In my settings it seems that my temporary number is activated with my phone rather than my actual number that I kept.

Samsung Galaxy S24Today following an update that was done last night - if I go to view my photos in the Gallery the phone keeps switching off. I can make and receive calls and message just can’t see my photos. Have cleared the cache and data, got a full battery have tried with phone plugged into mains and without, software all updated, no updates for the Galaxy app.  Just can’t view photos without phone switching off???

I ordered 3 new esims and transferred my and my daughters contracts and numbers over from O2. Mine is active and all setup, with my app all setup too. My eldest got impatient on the morning of the switch, as her number had not switched, and she deleted her esim from the phone. She tried reloading the original, but they are one time use. So she has no esim active on her phone now… I need to request a new esim be provided for her number, but I cant add her to my account, so I can request one on my app, as this want to send a verification code to her number. How do a get a new esim sent out please?

I have been told that my PAC code was successful but when I call my friends it still shows as my ID mobile number given and not the one from my PAC code. How can this be resolved? eSim

My number cannot be used for imessage or facetime on my iphone 17. I recently moved to IDMobile. When I go into my settings the phone number showing is my temporary number that I got with my new phone. When I try to change it to my actual number it won’t let me save it.Feel as if problem stems from my change over to ID Mobile from O2 and the esim I got.

Hi,My number was due to transfer from O2 to iD yesterday by 10 pm using a PAC code.Since yesterday afternoon my iPhone has shown “No Service”. My eSIM is still labelled O2, the network shows “Not available”, and I still only have one eSIM installed.Could you please check whether my number port has been delayed or whether there is an issue with the eSIM provisioning? Many thanks.

I have got an iPhone Air which only has eSim. When can I expect to receive a QR code to activate it?

Hi I'm using my UK number to run my business while in Canada. I set voicemail when I leave the UK saying contact us via email/Whatsapp ect. The issue is it gets deactivated after time and just says cannot connect your call, so I loose those new leads ect.  Is there anything that can be done about this? Many thanksJosh
