I need a new e sim but I don’t have access to my old one

I need to transfer my eSIM to another handset my handset is smashed beyond repair

Since moving my sim into my new phone (samsung a36) it is no longer working. I have tried rebooting everything and changing settings etc but no luck. Should I get a replacement sim?

My account is linked to my father’s details as he is the one who pays for my contract. It is a sim only contract. He brought a sim card through you that royal mail lost and so you told him to get a new one from currys for free. He went to activate it on the account and it linked it to my phone number instead and so neither of us have service now. He’s tried to fix this and change it to his but as none of us can receive text messages for codes we’re unable to access the messages. Is there any other way this can be sorted?

Hi, recently got a new sim only deal to put on Mifi router. When ordering the id sales agent stated the sim would work in a router.when I first put the sim in the router it worked and I connected devices to it in the motorhome.forgot to charge the router and router went dead.once recharged the sim no longer works and states limited access and cannot connect to the internet. The APN is correct.why has it decided not work ?Thank you

I have just received a new Teclast T65 tablet with Android 16. If you google "Teclast t65 iD mobile sim card", you can see:The Teclast T65 (including Max and Plus models) features a dual Nano-SIM tray. It fully supports 4G LTE from UK providers like ID Mobile. Because ID Mobile runs on the Three UK network, the tablet must support Bands 3 (1800MHz) and 20 (800MHz)—which the T65 provides.I inserted the old sim card into the tablet, Mobile data worked but no phone function. I tried all methods such as reboot, even reset mobile network settings. All no use. However, when I insert a O2 sim card and Vodefone sim, they worked no problem. Therefore, it must be problem due to the iD mobile sim.I went to Currys, they say they do not support iD mobile. They told me there is someone from carphone warehouse can give me a new iD mobile sim. I activated the new sim card, problem is the same. I checked the tablet information (see photos). Any help will be appreciated.

How do you get access to voicemail? ((Tried "1" and "123", but nothing). i keep getting the message that i need to activate by calling from my phone... well i am calling from my phone!!!!

Dear Madam/SirI have just signed a contract with ID Mobile and received a new number. I do not understand this. I wanted to stay on the old number. If you do not change this, I will cancel the contract.Kind regardsDaniel przybylski

How do I request a new eSIM qr code that’s on same plan for diff phone

Hi, So i go into mental health crisis pretty often and i find it difficult to talk over the phone, so text. I’m unable to now text the SHOUT crisis line which is ‘85258’ which i believe is a problem for you to sort out. I’ve tried multiple times to message and it’s only recently become a problem. Since being with you. If you can, i would like you to resolve this problem. The message just won’t send and i dont know what to do because its a valid number

My eSIM is not connecting on my Iphone 16 Pro max.

I have 17pmax, I am trying to make call and  its not working unless i shut the wifi. same with receiving call as there is no dial tone.  i have transferred my number from other provider and i m using e sim.

I have tired to set up my voicemail, but everytime I suggest a unique pin (no matter how many times - some 4 numbers, some up to 10), every time it says “this pin is not available”. How am I supposed to retreive my messages? I am on my WIFI network at home trying to do this.

My eSIM is not connecting on my Iphone 16 Pro max.

I recently transferred my old phone number to id mobile on an iPhone 17 and it was a nightmare as the transfer took several hours and my old phone number stopped working for many of these so that I had no access to the number for almost 8 hours. Afterwards there were still issues as I was unable to access to FaceTime and iMessage and could only receive sms while connected to wifi. Nevertheless, finally all these issues have gone away. However, there is still a remaining problem as I am unable to receive international sms and this is a serious problem for me for a variety of reasons. I contacted my provider and asked for a sim replacement (I am currently on a eSIM) but not sure it will sort the problem. Any advice?
