I am visiting Greece which is included as a ‘Roam Free’ destination, however, ID Mobile thinks I’m in Albania and has charged me roaming costs. It’s now maxed out my bill cap so I can’t make any calls without paying even more, and I can’t access live chat because I have an iPhone and use safari.Please can you explain how I can get my bill corrected to reflect I’m in a Roam Free destination (and not Albania!!!). 

Anyone having problems with your mobile number from a previous network being ported over to ID mobile? My number was supposed to be ported over on Monday but it hasn't been.  

I bought a phone and sim from currys on Sunday and did the number switch that evening selecting yesterday for the transfer but nothing has happened..they told me not to put the new sim in the new phone until it was done so I've no information or anything

Still haven’t received my refer a friend £15 its now been a 121 days also my friend hasn’t either.Regards Adam

Hello,  I re-joined ID mobile a couple of weeks back. I provided my PAC and the numebr transfer completed as expected however I’ve just realised that when sending text messages, they are being sent as the temporary number ID mobile provided with the sim.  Please can somebody help? Thanks,

This started with my son’s phone which I have on my account.  New SIM was sent but linked to the wrong number so actually deactivated my SIM instead of his.  I now have the new SIM in my phone and now can’t receive OTPs.  As this is now two phones I have that can’t receive them I’m very concerned it’s a much wider issue than just one faulty SIM.  Can anyone advise?

Hi, I am unable to log into my mobile app (error 6) recommended to delete app, re-instate and sign in, which was done and still didn’t work (including changing my password sevral times. on opening the App it says ‘Get Started’ then asks for my email, then password, then confirmation that I’m Human (boxes with pic in) then it just goes back to ‘Get started’ every time? Works fine on the P.C. but not my iPhone 14 pro.

So, like many people here, I have moved over from another provider, most things work but I am not receiving some verification codes. I get some but not all.  My number is correct in my settings. What is the solution please?Thanks

I thought I read in an email that I received a while ago that Thailand was being included in your roaming allowance on your plan. I’ve had a look but can’t find it. Did I missread the email and it’s not being included?

I’m not sure what I pay if I call another id mobile mobile number and that person happens to be in France. Is this international calling and therefore 19p a minute ? Or is it roaming and free?

Hi. I ordered my iPhone 16 online and during the purchasing process, I included my PAC code, number and a switch date (Monday) to keep my current number. my phone came today, earlier than expected, and I attempted to switch number today via e sim, however I deleted this as I thought it may cause complications as two numbers were linked to my new phone. My old phone service is nonexistent and to access certain apps and mobile banking, codes are being send to my old number. will my phone automatically connect to my old number on the Monday as requested in the purchasing process. Or have I created an entirely new issue.  

Well it’s the Apple event on Tuesday and the rumour mill is suggesting Apple may introduce eSims to European iPhone17s this year. There is an additional rumour the new iPhone eSim models may have 5-6% extra battery life.Wha would the best approach be to switching to eSim when buying a new iPhone (which will likely be available from 19th Sept.    Want to make sure I have continuous SIM coverage? Would be be best to switch my current iPhone16 to eSIm before getting the new phone?
