I recently upgraded and was offered a price on my old phone from I'd Mobile. I sent away the phone when Curry's sent me the box to submit. I have tracked item which Curry's have received on the 29th December 2025. I sent asking email to them what is happening but they've said need 44 reference number??.  Can anyone advise me on how to retrieve this.   

Hi there, I recently traded in my old phone as part of ID mobiles trade in offer, I completed the bonus payment form prior to sending the phone off, however I'm yet to recieve the extra payment, I haven't had any communication from the trade in team at all since I initially emailed on 2nd Jan. I recieved the £200 payment for the phone on the 2nd but the 2nd payments (£125) nowhere to be seen, is anyone able to help please?

Can I use my ID sim in France with no charge

I have 2 plans on my iPhone, but I want to change which one shows up initially on the app. How can I do this?

I signed up for id mobile at the weekend and downloaded the esim. It was added as a second line.My PAC transfer happened yesterday and I removed my O2 Sim. The id esim then became the primary sim.Data works, but it is not showing a number and I have no access to phone calls and texts.To make things worse I have had no update from id about what is happening with this transfer and when I try to log into the app it sends me a text message to verify my identity … but I can’t receive text messages!There doesn’t seem to be any way to contact help and support except for here and the chatbot is completely useless.I don’t really know what to do, but this has been a very frustrating and disappointing start to using id mobile!

I recently tried to switch from EE, I got an email from ID saying my switch would happen by 2200hrs last night and still nothing.I’ve tried to log in to my account, it tells me it’s send a code but because the phones not set up with connection, the code doesn’t come through.  Can someone from ID please make contact and sort this out please? So far, not impressed with ID mobile 

I am looking to activate a phone plan with ID. I’d like to activate a new UK Number. How can I do this? As, all of your plans seems to keep your old phone number. 

I've requested my PAC and updated but the soonest it will let me change is 9th which is two days.How can I do this quicker?

Hi Everyone. My company like many others uses rewards gateway to offer staff discounts on shops and online purchases. I use a reloadable Tesco card which until recently they changed the number too. It went from an 0208 number to 07700164397.Since this change i have not been able to send any messages to top up the card and I am unable to get any information on the number to advise if its premium or not.Is anyone able to advise if that mobile number is a premium number or not?FYI i have premium numbers blocked on my mobile so that i don't get any extra costs.Thanks for the help.

Hello, i found nice deal for phone and contract with id mobile. When i click to the offer, redirect me to mobiles.co.uk, look like they will send me the phone, i call them and they told me the phone will be locked to ID mobile, is that right? If that is true can i use esim card with other network or esim is still locked?

Hello all; I purchased my Pixel 10 pro with a ‘promo’ offer for a Pixel watch, waited for the 14 day period; after this, I went to claim the offer on the Google page, the terms are as follows: You must have made your purchase between 10 December 2025 - 7 January 2026Not a problem, purchased 23rd Dec 2025. I go to claim and I receive this message; Unfortunately, you haven't selected an eligible purchase date. You must have made your purchase between 10 December 2025 - 7 January 2026, and submit your claim during the promotional period. For more information, check our Terms. Am I missing something? Is 23rd Dec not between 10th Dec and 7th Jan? Obviously I’ve contacted ‘someone’ at Google about this, which will obviously then drag out so then when I go to claim again, it will be actually out of the promo period. Could someone tell me what I’m doing wrong or that I’m not being gaslit by Google?

Hi I didn't recieve my phone.Dpd took a picture of my front door and marked the parcel as delivered,but I wasn't home.I contacted Mobiles.co.uk who opened an investigation and have now told me they can't do anything and I have to sort it with Dpd.Now I'm paying for a phone I don't have.I made the contract through Mobiles not Dpd?

I don't see a resolution to this problem so I'm posting again to see if you think anew SIM card would work for a No Service problem?

I ordered a sim only contract in early december on-line, went through the credit check and received paperwork for it too, that’s the last i heard! never did get the sim or infact anything more from ID mobile, I am very confused.

Hello!  I sent my phone off for trade in nearly 3 weeks ago and have had zero correspondence from either ID Mobile or Currys since. I have tried contacting the suggested trade in email address and have had no response. I have also tried calling Currys and the response I got was ‘there is nothing we can do to help’ and 'you should keep emailing them’. Would be great to get some sort of update.  Anyone had a similar experience or able to help at all?  Cheers

I just PAC transferred  my number a week ago and ever since joining ID I can't get access to apps or websites that send one time passwords. I've tried everything.  ID customer service is dreadful and no help whatsoever.  My SIM in my old phone that did work before now doesn't so its clearly a network issue and not my new phone settings (that's all they focus on) . Annoyed angry and fed up with ID already! 

I reported my phone lost/stolen on the 30/12/25 when will I receive my replacement sim card?

Has my pac code been transferred from my old provider? I want to keep my old number and I gave the pac code on the 1/12026.

I got a ID sim a couple of days ago. I tried to keep my old number and I asked for PAC. I filled in all the gaps. It keeps saying error every time. I also can't login to ID mobile app. For the ID mobile number, I put the new number given to me by ID mobile. I keep switching the sim card from the previous sim to the id sim (new sim) every time. Maybe that has got to do with it? What shall I do? What mistakes have I created? 

Hi, my SafeSearch is permanently locked on in Google, even in Firefox and with different accounts. I’ve turned off all content filters in my ID Mobile account, but the block is still active. This is a DNS-level content lock on your network. Please manually remove the adult content filter from my line and flush the DNS cache. I need this done now
