How can I see my kids phones in the app? Do they get sent a verification number everytime?

I need to make a couple of calls when I’m in Egypt. Can I do this OK and what happens, do I just pay the extra on my next bill

I've noticed that 0800 numbers don't appear on my bill and wanted to get a list of all 0800 numbers called from my phone with their respective dates and call durations.

I have an eSIM with id, all working great. I am going to Canada for 3 weeks - which isn't on the id roaming list. I would like to get a travel eSIM to use for 3 weeks whilst I am away (eSIMs seem to be easiest option for travel) but my phone only supports one eSIM. Can I request my id phone number be switched to a physical SIM so that I can get another SIM whilst I am out the country. Thanks for your help.

I am now due an upgrade but have decided I want to go "SIM only", i want to stay with iD and buy sim (from uSwitch) to replace current contract how do I do it without requiring a new SIM and just keeping current sim and just transfer over and at same time cancel my current contract and switch seamlessly without disruption to connection and getting double payments (current DD to new DD)?

I'm interested to know whether anyone has actually received their reward for refer-a-friend scheme- or scam (trying to establish which is the correct term for this???) I've been trying to get my reward since January. The person who is supposed to sort it out (Aklambio ) has required all sorts of information about the successful referral that normally I would not expect to have to provide… the person says it's because they don't have access to ID Mobile database because they are third party… okay fair enough… but… I've provided all the obscure references and other details about the referral contract and now…CHIRPS (utter silence except bird's twittering in the trees...) So, before I write this referral reward claim off as a scam, I just like anyone who has received their reward to let me know how long ago this was and how they did it ? Thanks

e-sim not receiving messages on ipad, to set up ID Mobile Account

I am still in contract with my normal sim. Can I use any network for Esim whilst in America for 2 weeks? Or do I have to buy one off iD and use their network? Thanks 😊

I swapped my number over from 02.. but if you ring my old number you will get through to me.. but ifni ring you a different number comes up.. abit lose here what's happening.

Hello all, I’ve been with ID mobile for a number of years and decided to upgrade. They offered me the Pixel 8 as an upgrade deal but it was literally the same price without the update which is a shame. I then found a great offer from ID mobile via a third party with the phone and loads more data. I know that ID mobile can’t change from ID mobile to ID mobile but can I move my current number to another network provider (EE) and then switch to the new ID mobile? Has anyone tried this before? How long does it take?

Despite multiple attempts and several emails back and forth with customer service, I have been consistently provided with incorrect information regarding my device’s usage history. The situation has caused significant delays, as the incorrect information provided has been rejected by my insurance company, and I have not yet received a document reflecting the accurate usage details. I have followed all requested steps, including providing my account and security details multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. I have even received documents for a completely different device at times, which has been quite frustrating. Has anyone else experienced similar problems with obtaining proof of usage, or does anyone have any advice on how to escalate this matter? I have paid for 5 days of data roaming in the USA but I haven’t been able to get it to work. I have enabled data roaming, switched network to auto and reset network settings. It still doesn’t work.

My phone says can’t make calls due to spend cap but I’ve got unlimited calls, also more often than not when I try to make calls I’ve no service but other people on different networks have no problem, this is no good for me as I am disabled and could need the phone in an emergency regards Karen
