I am going abroad for several months so am planning on using another sim but can I transfer my current number to it ?

I sometimes need to withhold my phone number because I call my customers, but it doesn’t allow me to 

My phone IPhone { REMOVED } is causing me major issue. It keeps overheating, duplicating contacts every day, freezing contact and dial the buttons. It also won’t show me who has called and sometimes it doesn’t ring or rings, but you cannot answer it. It even deletes important contacts like my family. I have had back and forth conversations with apple and their technician has deleted all contacts and I manually reinstalled them one by one. The contacts are already duplicating again. I have let apple know deleting the contacts has not worked. I am frustrated and at a loss. Please can you advise if there is anything you can do from your end to check. Many Thankssamantha Brailsford

I have just come back from Turkey. Paid £20 for a bolt on bundle waste of money. I couldn’t access any of the data. Went on the help section tried all the things to try and use it . Kept saying SIM card does not allow a connection to this network.

Hi,I took out this SIM-only contract a few months ago and specifically asked whether I would be able to use it in Australia. I was informed that I would be able to, which was one of the main reasons I chose this contract.However, now that I’m in Australia, I’m being told I need to pay £35 for only 10 days of usage. This is very disappointing, as I understood that roaming in Australia was included with the new contract.I’m in Australia until 6th June, so I’d really appreciate it if you could look into this situation and help resolve it as soon as possible.I look forward to hearing from you.Kind regards,Joe

For the last week I have been unable to receive calls or text messages when at work. When I go to settings and check sim card status it says "network disconnected". I understand there is an issue in the area but there has been no updates on when this is likely to be fixed! Please may you provide an update? 

My mother has a Doro phone and has two voicemail messages showing. We have tried dialling 123 and the longer number, 07782333123, from her phone, but both are number unobtainable. I can ring the long number from my phone and type in mum’s number, but then it asks for a PIN which we don’t have (I don’t remember ever setting one up). Pressing *6 says that a PIN will be sent through to her phone but it never arrives. I have tried looking on Plan settings in mum’s ID Mobile account, but there is no option to set up or manage voicemail. Any help would be appreciated. They are messages from the surgery so it would be useful to access them. Thank you.

I need a new e sim but I don’t have access to my old one 

Since moving my sim into my new phone (samsung a36) it is no longer working. I have tried rebooting everything and changing settings etc but no luck. Should I get a replacement sim?

I’ve read through a wealth of people having the same problem but I don’t seem to be able to find an actual answer anywhere - to the point I’m close to throwing my phone at a brick wall.  Last Friday (16th Aug), I took out a new contract with ID Mobile in store at Currys - This was for the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I was previously with EE and have had Samsung phones for the past 12 or so years. Finally, yesterday, the number finished porting over and I am now receiving calls and texts absolutely fine. The device registers (and so does iCloud) that my phone number is the correct number that I have ported over. However, I do not seem to be able to receive OTPs from companys. I use 2FA across a lot of apps, the main one being my bank (Santander). I cannot log into the Santander app on my phone as I cannot receive the OTP. I also cannot log in on my PC/Laptop because there are 2 options - SMS OTP (which I can’t receive) and “Authenticate in the mobile app” which I c

I have just received a new Teclast T65 tablet with Android 16. If you google "Teclast t65 iD mobile sim card", you can see:The Teclast T65 (including Max and Plus models) features a dual Nano-SIM tray. It fully supports 4G LTE from UK providers like ID Mobile. Because ID Mobile runs on the Three UK network, the tablet must support Bands 3 (1800MHz) and 20 (800MHz)—which the T65 provides.I inserted the old sim card into the tablet, Mobile data worked but no phone function. I tried all methods such as reboot, even reset mobile network settings. All no use. However, when I insert a O2 sim card and Vodefone sim, they worked no problem. Therefore, it must be problem due to the iD mobile sim.I went to Currys, they say they do not support iD mobile. They told me there is someone from carphone warehouse can give me a new iD mobile sim. I activated the new sim card, problem is the same. I checked the tablet information (see photos). Any help will be appreciated.
