I recently got a new iphone 13 which was in a bundle that comes with a switch to ID with 500gb data monthly, I transferred my old phone onto my new one, which transferred everything, including my old contract with three. I chose to keep my old number and gave ID my PAC code and was told that the transfer would happen on friday on its own. On friday my plan with three did end, but I was not and still have not been changed over to ID. I have no data and my phone says I have no service and i dont know what to do to change over to ID as it says it should have happened automatically by them. Any help would be greatly appreciated as i have been left unable to contact anyone unless I am connected to wifi, which I cant do outside as I have no data.

Like a few others, I am also receiving a “missing UID” message when trying to redeem my Apple Music / Arcade offers.Many thanks for any assistance.

the last times i have been abroad in spain and turkey i have not been able to use data and only wifi could you please check my account for any settings that may be causing this as i’m going abroad this week my two sisters have the exact same account and there’s works okay  

I want to keep my "old" number from Talk Mobile and transfer it to ID Mobile. I have just got a new ID mobile sim, I also got my PAC code from TalkMoblie. I have entered all details correctly and it will not accept to bring my old number over to ID mobile Had tried to transfer but 24 hrs later, still hasn't done it. Please help. Has IDmobile got a customer service team, I can speak with? 

I made the mistake of buying the new Samsung S25 Ultra back in May 2025, thinking it was the best option at the time. I signed a 2-year contract.Now I’ve just seen the release of the Samsung Z Fold 7 — only two months too late for me! It’s honestly the perfect phone for my needs, especially because I often need to open multiple emails at once for work, and the wider screen would make a big difference.I don’t mind paying extra — I’d be happy to trade in my current phone, extend the contract, or do whatever’s needed. I’d just really like to switch to that model, as it would be a game changer when I don’t have my laptop with me.Unfortunately, I don’t see any upgrade or contract change options in the app. Is there anything else I could do? Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions!Hopefully, ID Mobile can meet me halfway — I’d really appreciate the chance to make the switch, even if it means paying a bit more.

I've had two recent experiences where I've need to call when abroad a business telephone number.In Spain I had to call a Car breakdown service telephone 34 902.In America I had to call a car rental agent telephone  1 800In both situation ID mobile would not allow the call with a recorded message 'Your service does not allow access to this number'. Note... my partner thankfully was able to call in Spain the telephone number that was blocked for me, on their EE mobile; so other mobile companies allow this! Is it possible please to enable access to business telephone numbers when calling from abroad? Is there a premium add on or a configuration change that can be done to enable this as I'm at the point of leaving ID mobile if a solution cannot be provided!  Regards, M

Hi - over the last couple of weeks I have had some green/pink flickering on my Pixel 8 phone (purchased through ID in Nov 23) and as of this weekend I have a permanent thing pick line running horizontal on the screen. I have been on the Google online help and entered my serial number but it states the device 'was not bought in this country'. Can anyone advise on the best course of action as I understand it is a common issue with the phone. Thanks

Hello Was hoping for some help and assistance from someone as i have now spoken to the online id mobile services on 3 seperate occasions to be told something different every time (i have all the chat logs saved down as proof). When i took out my latest contract i was told that i would have an unlimited data loyalty add on (something that i have had on my previous 2 year phone contract and provided me with no issues). At the time of placing the order i was told that if i provide my order number then this could be added. I then found out this hadnt been actioned and had to speak to another adivsor again to get this sorted. Again i was promised that this had been actioned. However today i have received a text message letting me know that the unlimited data add on will run out in novmber. I have been back onto the online adivsor team tonight and they have informed me that they cant action this desipte being told something different prior, What i

Morning. I agreed a new upgrade plan with customer services on Monday 14th July. He said it wouldn’t appear immediately. However, it still hasn’t updated to the new plan. It should say unlimited data instead of 5gs. It was the thing that made me purchase the phone. Can you let me know what is happening?

I am having a problem where my mobile (iPhone 14) cannot make calls on the network unless I reboot the iPhone after which all works ok for a while. My wife’s iPhone has exactly the same problem so it’s not my phone and I’m guessing must be due to a glitch in the network? Al the other aspects of the phones are working normally.  It all seemed to start after the recent outage on the Three network. Is this a problem that others are having and how do I fix it? Hi,I am no longer receiving text messages (OTPs) from Co-op bank (they were working last week).  I see at least one other person seems to have a similar issue.Co-op say they are sending them.  These are important as I can’t do any banking without pass codes (which co-op only send via txt).Other texts are working fine.Can someone from ID investigate asap?Thanks - Adam.
