how do i leave?
My reception has been getting worse and worse for months. Now I and my wife can’t make outbound calls at home and when we are out and about even though we have 3,4,5 bars we still can’t always connect to WhatsApp (connection wheel spinning) and forget streaming. cant see a number to call anywhere…

online gaming from hotspot
If I use my phone as a hotspot for my laptop I can access the internet no problem with good speed up and down, but I can't play online games, just keep getting a connection issue.

id mobile charged me £30 and i do not know for what???
Id mobile took out my dd for bill like usual all good but then 3days later they take out additional £30 and no emails no bills noted in my history of why this charge was made. Id mobile customer service is of zero help emailed them ages ago and no reply phone number not working how the fu*k does anyone get intouch with them?

I've just upgraded my SIM only contact to another SIM only contact. I'm being sent a new SIM card but can I continue to use my existing SIM? If I have to use the new SIM card then will my existing number be usable on the new SIM card?

Porting my current number
Hi, I would want to change/port my number to a new number. I have tried using the system to port but its asking for transaction number. I would want to port to a new number and the current one with you turned into pay as go or sim only. How do I do this. I have the pac code ready. Also, does it means you don’t take calls. I normally just called my mobile provider and sort things out but there is no number to call or live chat. This is a new and very slow process. I hope I am safe joining this kind of provider

Samsung Buds 3 Product Anyone got a Safety issue?
Just contacted Citizens Advice Bureau to make a referral to my local Trading Standards, for Product Safety issue with Samsung Galaxy Buds 3, that I received on promotion, when getting a new contract. The product was giving me ear pain, with a charge on my lobe, more so with noise cancelling. My head also got a shooting pain and my ears sore. I contacted Samsung and got an email of a list of questions. If anyone is having similar problems, contact Citizens Advice to make a referral to your local Trading Standards. Someone maybe in touch to test the buds from Trading Standards, depending on whether it is a wider issue than an isolated one.

ID recommended I speak to an ombudsman and then disputed the case.
I've had issues with ID since the start of my contract and have spent well over a year without resolution. It's been a constant back and forth of unhelpful nonsense and I finally submitted a request for a letter of deadline after months of frustration. ID sent me a letter and suggested if I was unhappy that I should contact an ombudsman and I decided to take their advice. Having spent several weeks submitting evidence for my case, ID have disputed my case. ID RECOMMEND I ENGAGE THE OMBUDSMAN... WTF. They're now trying their best to shut the case down.

I got the phone on 17th September I had a bill come out 2nd Oct which is not even 1month now I had a 2nd bill come on on 31st Oct why this I not even had the phone 2months

Ordered new Sim deal but didn't get a switch number option
I have just this minute purchased a 12 month sim only deal from you, believing from what I read on your guidance about buying a Sim, that before the final checkout I would be asked if I wanted to switch from another provider/keep my old number. I wasn’t asked. I’ve since spotted that it looks like I have to go through the Switching providers page? I tried that and it asked for a transaction number (which I don’t have on the welcome email) and I’m not even sure if I can now switch to the new sim I’ve just ordered? I am now thoroughly confused. When my Sim arrives in the post can I still ask for my old number to be switched from my previous provider? And if so, how? The PAC number is THB070044

My phone is fully charged however my screen is completely black. i can hear it clicking when I take a screenshot and when I plug the cable in to charge you can hear the sound of it starting to charge but the screen is black

id mobile sorry your service does not allow access to this number
I keep getting a voice message ‘sorry your service does not allow access to this number’ when I try to ring out. It first happened when I was cut off from a telephone conversation yesterday at 18.20. I’ve not been able to make any calls since. I have switched my phone off several times & installed an update, but it remains a problem. Any ideas how to resolve this issue?

There are many, many topics on this, but no way of fixing it? I was midway through a work call and it just dropped the call and now I can't call the number I just rang 10 minutes ago? What the hell is this? I pay for a service that I expect to work, and it's now having a detrimental affect on my business?

pixel 7 locked to ID. Unlock with esim capabilities after contract ends?
My Pixel 7 is locked to ID which has been a problem trying to find a data solution abroad. My contract is up in 2 months. Can I unlock and remove the locked down esim functionality when the contract expires? Or can I do this in advance?

All of a sudden just dropped off and no longer connects. Tried airplane mode and turning phone on/off again but nothing? Anyone else getting this? Currently in Cyprus using a VPN for back in the UK and not had this issue in 4 months yet
