I purchased a data Add-on and it said Oops there has been an error, so I purchased the Add-on again and it said Thank you for your purchase, but now I see I have been charged twice. I only want one Add-on, how can I get a refund for the Add-on added erroneously?

I have ordered a new phone which never arrived due to issues with DPD. I then spent ages on the phone to complaints department who all were very nice and understanding and assured me that I would get a refund. A week later I received “final” bill so it ended up costing me nearly £100 for absolutely nothing. I will not be buying from ID mobile again, appalling service!! 

I need help. My bill on the ID Mobile App says this months bill has been paid. But I know it hasn’t as the money hasn’t come out of my account. The money was meant to come out 2 days ago by direct debit but it hasn’t yet come out. I don’t know what to do 

I have had no service near my home for over a month. I contacted you a few weeks ago and you said it was being looked into and my bill would be discounted for the loss of service  I have had my bill today and it has no discount at all and I still have no service. Not sure what I  paying for 

I canceled my plan months ago. I still reciving bills. I won’t be paying that! I followed exactly what is on your website and still you charge me. I don’t use that number anymore so I don’t have access to mobile app. Contact you on chat is simply impossible so there is nowhere I can solve that. Please help me!

I cancelled a contract and returned a phone to curry's I have cancelled the direct debit how can I pay the final bill? 

I don't use up my data and paying over the top. At £44.99 and month how do I lower this. Due to not using I don't look to see if it is any higher so now my debit has been cancelled.

Why hasn’t my April bill gone through? I should have paid it 1st May but the DD has not gone through?

I requested the cost of leaving ID Mobile on 3rd May and was given cost of £33.13. I checked again today and it's now £55.28??? How can it have gone up? 

My last 2 bills are each £25 higher than normal. International roaming appears on the bill but I've only been to Spain & back on the ferry. On the way out I accidentally 'used' all my data allowance, while asleep, according to the message received at 7am so on my return journey I set the phone onto airline mode to avoid this. My husband has the same phone & contract, he wasn't charged extra. I'd like ID to refund but can't find any way to speak to a human.

Hello! I got an upgrade and my monthly bill should be £17 ,but I just got charged my expired contract price £38.99 Can someone explain please?

I canceled within the 14 day cooling off period because for the 6 days I actually tried to get my service set up, iD mobile failed miserably and I went without a working phone. Not only did I get direct-debited for the monthly service that I was never able to use, I have an upcoming bill sitting on my account for over £800 for a termination fee. I am LIVID. Who is going to to fix this before I contact my ombudsman?

I have recently changed my direct debit details which has been a problem as payments are not being taken, but when I checked my payments it shows that two payments were made in mid April two days apart. Who can I contact about this please.

Hello, I’m going through a tough time financially currently due to being on sick pay, there won’t be enough money in my account for the direct debit, could I have some assistance on what to do next?

So I decided to do an upgrade before my last contract ended. I had in place at the time unlimited  data everything. I chatted to an upgrades team and decided to get the galaxy s25 ultra. Also with unlimited data.  However I now have charges on the account for data used outside of the plan that total £95.44 during the upgrade process from my last phone to my new one. Clearly they have not applied the bolt on at the time of the upgrade properly. I have tried many times to try to resolve this issue. I have raised a complaint. My current bill outstanding is £95.44 it should be £41.99 per month. Anyway as I am still in a cooling off period I am seriously thinking of cancelling my contract and returning the phone. You can never get anything resolved with company because half of the agents just don't understand what your chatting about. Its just ridiculous. Please note: once you hit 100% you won't be able to use any chargeable services... etc2) You've now used 100% of this month's Bill Cap. You won't be able to use any chargeable services until your next monthly billing period starts; this ensures you never spend more than you want to… etc3) You've now used 100% of your plan's data allowance. This does not include any add-ons you may have. Any additional data usage will cost 10.24p per MB until your allowances refresh on your next bill cycle… etcThis seems completely wrong as I seem to have used my Bill Cap before my allowances were even used up?!I also rarely go near my data limit and nothing has changed this month. I’ve notice my phone bill always gets taken way earlier than it should it can range from 7 days-10days before it’s due. But it doesn’t notify me until an hour after it’s been cut off and that’s when I try and ring someone . It’s getting ridiculous as I’m a support worker and I work with vulnerable people who go out in the community and if my phone randomly cuts off and something happens it’s dangerous as I don’t know when it due as it keeps changing days 

Hi , I’m holidaying in Europe and have 30 GB data roaming , confused about the charges if I go over that. Contract says £3 per GB extra charges , but there us also mention of 10p per 1gb charge?

Hi, I’ve just signed up yesterday based on all the good points being advertised.  However once I’ve signed up, I realise I cannot use hotspot with the data, it doesn’t allow me to tether the hotspot. Then I found other people also have the same issue.  This leads me want to cancel the contract because my purpose of having this extra number is so I can share the mobile data with my other devices. But when I try to cancel the contract, I was told I’ll still be liable for a huge bill regardless the check out page showed me 30day return? Can you please explain this?  Thank you Chloe

I have a spend cap of £5 on my account. I’ve just logged in and checked.And yet i’ve gone to France, and received a text message from ID saying my spend cap is £45…Why is this? Is there a separate ‘roaming spend cap’ ?Do we have the option of buying bundles of 20GB or 30GB (to roam with) when we consume our data allowance?Many ThanksConor
