Hello I'm Bela Norbert Varga and I want to ask please hot to pay the bill or to set up direct debit payment thank you

For the first time in my life, I had to call the police. I've got a letter from iD Mobile I have outstanding balance so I wanted to fix it, confused because I never missed a payment before. Turns out it's not for my number. iD Mobile let that stranger set up a Direct Debit in my name! And its been charging me money for over a year until that random person cancelled the direct debit and now I'M BEING CHASED TO PAY FOR THEM.Nothing like this has ever happened to me and I'm absolutely bewildered. I can't do anything until the fraud team looks into it but the fact this happened in the first place is DISGUSTING.I want this fixed but in the meantime NOONE SHOULD TRUST ID MOBILE WITH THEIR DETAILS.

I have had no service for the past 2 months and have been unable to use my mobile data. This has had a serious impact on me — I have struggled to get to work because I rely on my phone for directions, and I have nearly lost work opportunities because I was unable to access the service I am paying for. I have attempted to contact you previously, but this has been extremely difficult because I am also experiencing phone issues as a result of the service not working. I am requesting that this issue is escalated to a supervisor. I would like to cancel my contract, receive my PAC code so I can move to another provider, and I would also like to request a refund or account credit for the period where I have been paying for a service that has not been provided. I do not believe it is reasonable to continue charging me for a service that has been unavailable for 2 months. If this cannot be resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the relevant complaints process, including the Ombudsman

Update adress

i paid my bill on the 17th and there trying to say i did not pay my monthly bill they sent me a text message could i get someone to check this up and resend me a text saying its been paid

I need to speak to someone regarding over seas charges

Hi your app service has caused me serious pain and issues and preventing me from working currently. I had a notification about unpaid bill, for which I am very bad with dates and miss deadlines all the time because of this dyslexia issue. When I got the notification I went and check my ID app as I suspected it was this when I opened it it told me (and still does tell me) my due date is 1st of July NOTHING ABOUT UNPAID BALANCE. Nothing on my account or my phone changed for a couple days but now today 20th June I appear to be without any service which is devastating as I'm living on shoe laces ATM and have no cash in the bank. My only work is done via mobile data and is essential for me earning. You have left me in a catch 22 where I cannot pay my bills and I cannot work all because your system told me my due date was the first of July. Please I need my service restored so I can pay this bill, like I said if I had seen it was due when I checked the app I would've paid it there and then b

My direct debit payment has been charged at the old rate and not the new contract price I have signed up for

Hi I’m just contacting as Iv changed my date for my direct debit but was not aware nor did it state on the app there was a charge of the extortionate price just to change the date! Due to already paying this months bill if the the price is the case I’d rather keep my direct debit at its usual date to avoid this charge

I would like to set up standing order, not DD. Can I please have your account details Thank you

Can you my phone bill due date please

Hello.    I noticed I forgot to pay my son’s bill for a few months and it got disconnected. I have paid the bill. Will his sim be re-enabled?

Hi I am currently abroad and my flight is delayed it will not allow me to pay my bill- please can I postpone to next week

Good evening, I have just received my bill through for June and I have a query on this. I bought add ons as we were away in America and I ensured there was no overlap. Therefore I got an add on for 20th May to 30th May then again 30th May until 4th June. I’m unsure why I have a bill for 30th May when I bought another.  If you could please look into it would be appreciated Chloe
