Hi, I was overcharged £45 on my bill for presumably roaming charges. This is ridiculous as I’ve had an eSim enabled since I went on holiday and there was no opportunity where my mobile data or SMS was enabled/working. £45?? The equivalent of a phone contract!

Hi,I have an outstanding bill that I can pay on Thursday, is there any possible way that I can get coverage until then, I’m not at home currently and have no way of contacting any of my family or friends in a chance of emergency when I’m not somewhere that has WiFi.Thank you,Oskar P Hargreaves

Hi, I’m slightly confused as to what’s going on. There’s been times where i’ve paid two payments back to back, yet it still says i have outstanding balance. I’d also like to change my direct debit date to the 7th of every month but it doesn’t seem to let me change it that early in the month. Please help

I have been charged 40£ for data I did not use. I turned 4g off immediately when arriving in the country after switching off airplane mode

Hello, please send can you send me a copy of the invoice for my new Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, this will enable me to claim the Galaxy Chromebook from SamsungThank you

My services have been cut off I have just lost my dad looking to get services switched back on till I can get back to work and can pay bill

Account always says I owe you £10 in debt which is impossible, I have the payment history and I have paid every month on time for over a year. Also I’m not on contract anymore, so I’m paying as I go. it doesn’t make any sense
