Number lost when trnsferring from O2

Help. I have just transferred a phone number from O2 using a Stac number by mistake and as a result I have lost my old number. I am now with ID. How can I recover my old number?

No Switch email

I have sent through my PAC in early December to switch tomorrow, but I have not recieved any communication from ID mobile confirming this switch or anything, is there anyway of checking?

Is ID Mobile already using VodafoneThree network in Edinburgh?

I’m thinking to switch to ID Mobiles but the coverage on the ID Mobile based on 3Three network is quite bad in my area. In theory after the merger of Vodafone and Three in case of Three poor network it should be switched to Vodafone but the question is if that function is already enabled in Edinburgh, specially south side? thanks in advance for any info.

I WANNA LEAVE BUT??????

I have to leave id mobile but can’t because for 3 months now, and despite making time to spend precious time troubleshooting the problem, I still get no data or network service so can’t make calls, can’t receive calls, can’t send text messages and can’t get none. This also means I can’t get a PAC, so I can’t leave id mobile, and I ain’t gonna pay another month for data and a network service I ain’t been getting. I raised an complaint and they said to go to the store and get PAC, the store say get it from id mobile. How do I get a PAC to leave id mobile if I can’t get and send texts and make or get calls?

Hello, I am currently on a Samsung A17 and in 2 years i am due to upgrade i am looking to get the IPhone 17 pro max in 2 years My current plan is around £20.00 PM when i go to upgrade from a low tier to high tier phone... would the upgrade system allow me to get the latest high tier phone without any issues? Or would i be stuck with a low tier phone again? Please let me know if i could upgrade to a high yier phone in 2 years or if i would be stuck with another low tier phone? I really dont want to be stuck with another basic phone in 2 years!

Hello i am due to uograde in 2 years i am currently on a samsung a17… my current price plan is around £20.00 PM I Would like to get a high tier iphone in 2 years for example 17 pro max… Would i be able to upgrade to a newer high tier phone? Or would i only be able to pick a low tier device? I really dont want to have my uograde date come and be stuck with a basic tier phone for another 2 years!

Hi everyone I need some help. I’m new to this forum. over the last 2 weeks I’ve been struggling to make calls and receive calls. When I do a full reset it allows me to make a call but soon after revert back to the same old thing. My wife and daughter have the same ID and are the same. we have the latest update and have iPhone 16 pro any help would be great

Porting In didnt happen

On signing up online, I requested a port in to be activated on 24/12. I have checked since and it is confirmed on my contract information, Needless to say the port in did not happen. I have switched everything off and on, but no! Where do I go from here?

Urgent - Porting Issue: Can make calls and send texts, but not receive calls or texts

My transfer to iD mobile was apparently completed on the 22nd March. At that point I was unable to make or receive calls or texts so the support team sent me a new SIM card and I did some troubleshooting steps. I can now make calls and send texts but not receive them - I believe this is called a split number port. I spent a while talking with a team member last week about this and they informed me they had passed the issue to the tech team. Today I tried to contact the iD team to get an update on this, after 45 minutes of a team member talking me through the same troubleshooting I had already done and ignoring all attempts from me to ask them to contact the tech team for an update, they finally checked my record and found no request to IT had been made. They then attempted to get me to do more troubleshooting so they could process the request, and provide evidence of the issue - I am not sure how I can evidence non-receipt of calls and texts, other than that I have received none sin

No access to calls or internet via mobile data

Using a Samsung S25 FE and I can't access Internet or calls unless WiFi is switched on in any location. Coveage is fine as other similar phones are working when the S25 is not. I've tried all the suggestions e.g. switching on and off, reseating the SIM, switching mobile data on and off etc. Any ideas?

bringing my number over to ID

I have been trying to bring my old phone number over to ID Mobile but it keeps telling me the details are wrong even though they’ve been entered right PUK Number is correct all the over details are correct I no matter what I do it refuses to let me do it. WiFi calling issues

Just switched to a new iPhone 16 Pro Max and having issues with WiFi calling not working..I have full WiFi signal but only 1 bar of 4G. Calls do not send or receive, they do work when I toggle WiFi calling off though.If I swap the SIM back to my old iPhone 14 (sitting right next to my new phone) everything works fine..

I placed an order on 2 Dec and phone has arrived and been paid for, but I never got an order confirmation via email. This is now required to claim the free gift. I have checked my spam, it's not there. I have my order number in a text message but this has been rejected by the claim portal
