Hi,I changed plan in March. I had over 100 GB data around 20th of March, on 22nd of March, it changed to around 25 GB. I was told the unused ones would be carrued over. Why it showed differently?

Just been abroad to America and was using a e sim now back in the UK my id SIM isn't working just says no SIM. Turned phone off and on again and gone in to settings on SIM and put ID and still not working

Hi i am in Morocco and my monthly allowance is used up I have paid my bill in full, is there anyway the allowance can now be reset?if not I’ll need to migrate my number to another provider. TIA Paul 

I have recently joined iD i have never had an issue phoning anyone before but when i ring out i have no ring tone - just silence until they answer!this is so off putting and annoying!I’ve googled obviously and tried all the tips bur nothing works !when the same people ring me i can hear a ringtone to answer it. ( as can they when i ring them .. its just my handset that can’t hear the phone ringing)has anyone else had this issue?do I perhaps need a new sim card ?thanks

I cannot seem to send a message photo ? iMessage works fine but unable to send photos or text message?got hold of Apple they are telling me it’s a provider issue? can anyone advise please 

I requested to port my number 7 days ago and my old sim is still working. How long will it take or is there a problem? The chatbot doesn't help in this scenario.

Hi , i have 2 mobile numbers one is on ee and the other is on id network .. is there any way i can switch them between networks because ghe number i use mostly is on pay as you go sim and this id sim i use less but i have unlimited data and calls , i dont want to loose any of these numbers , can anyone explain me if i bring over my ee number to id network what will happen to my current id number i dont want to loose it
