I lost my mobile with my ID sim months ago. I've cancelled my account but still owe £5 and ID are chasing me for it. I cant get on my account as I cant remember my password. I cant reset it because a code is automatically sent to my lost phone. I've spent hours on live chat and still no resolution. Now I have emails from ID threatening me with debt collectors! All I want to do is pay the £5!!
I wonder if anyone else has experienced this issue. My iD account My billing is setup for paperless billing. Online in my iD account it even states I’ll receive a email alert whenever a new bill is ready to view (see below) - but I’ve never received an email alert about my new bill being ready. At one point, I used to get an SMS alert about my new bill, but these stopped several months ago.Any suggestions welcome - many thanks.
Just bought a new iPhone 13, changed sim and details from old iPhone 7 everything working fine except a few days ago, when I leave the house my Wi-Fi says not connected, no internet, emails, text messages or phone calls, works fine at home but as I’m out at work a lot of the time, not much use, as I’m paying for this any (urgent) answers appreciated.
Hi, I’ve been a customer for a while - recently my sim was lost by a family member - I’m not able to log in as I can’t receive a 2fa code and I’m not able to call or chat (which doesn’t work) - has been an extremely frustrating experience - I just want a sim for a service I’ve been paying for 2 months for!

How to start a new topic/post:Thinking of starting a new topic? Before you take the plunge, lets first outline what a topic is. A topic is simply a piece of content, for the Community this can be categorised as a ‘Question’, ‘Conversation’ or ‘Idea’. Before creating any of these, you should first see if someone might have asked the same thing already, or started a discussion about the same topic. To do this, simply have a quick look for it using the search bar at the top of every page in our community. If you’re happy that your topic doesn’t already exist, go ahead and post it. Here’s how to do this: 1. Find the ‘Create a topic button’ to start your new postFirst of all, click the blue ‘Create a topic’ button, usually found towards the top right of any page. In order to create a new topic you must have a registered iD Community account and you must be logged in Once clicked, the below page should pop up: 2. Choose if your topic is a question or a conversationYou need to specify whethe
My father (the account holder) has died and we want to close his account. There is currently a backlog, meaning that we have been unable to find out when we can expect to collect the death certificate. I’m wondering how we ‘notify’ his death so that payment can be paused pending receipt of the death certificate - your own guidance seems to suggest this is possible (see quote below), but I can only find the address to send the copy of the death certificate to, not anything about how to notify you of his death before we have received the certificate.“Once we receive notification that the account holder has passed away, we’ll put any collection of money on hold for 21 days. Once we receive the death certificate and process this evidence, we will disconnect the account and de-activate the direct debit within 72 hours.”

Unable to receive incoming calls, and no message received to state I have missed a call. My father has cancer and currently receiving stem cell treatment, and regularly in hospital. He has phoned me several times in the last three months, but I am not even aware he has called me. This is unacceptable. When I have checked coverage when I am at home, told it is very good. I have reset phone and it has made no difference at all. I need the phone to work as it should as have no home phone. This is really urgent due to the length of time this has been ongoing.
They say that they want to re-align billing period, so they charged me £30 extra, saying it will be a longer month. they say don’t worry, we’ll give you extra...hold on, i don’t need extra, i have enough data and unlimited minutes. if you want to re-align get me to pay less previous month or the next month, right?i see it that they just sold me nothing for £30. good business, right?i think this is outrageous!!!did it happen to you guys?
Hi, I’ve switched to iD from EE recently, on a Samsung Galaxy S20+. Before, on EE, in my bar at the top it would feature the VoLTE symbol for 4g calling (as I understand it), but since switching this has disappeared. My device is definitely capable of it, and I understand iD offer 4g calling/VOLTE, so why has it stopped showing? Is it something only available on certain plans or do i have to activate it or what?
The iPhone SE3 is the perfect combination of some of Apple’s best iPhone features, in a surprisingly compact package. The screen’s only 4.7”, which is really comfortable to hold - perfect for teenagers or anyone who doesn’t feel the need for a huge screen. The SE3 clocks in far smaller than the 6.1 – 6.7” you’ll see on the iPhone 13 models, and that smaller screen comes with a smaller price tag. Let’s dig into what there is to know about this latest generation of the iPhone SE. PerformanceThe iPhone SE3 is powered by Apple’s A15 Bionic chip – the same as the super-powerful iPhone 13 series. Sounds technical (because it is) but let’s break down what an A15 Bionic chip actually does for your phone:- No waiting around for apps to load- Works with the operating system (iOS) and battery to get you more battery life- Makes the iPhone SE3 all-around fasterSnap awayThe SE3 has one camera on the back, and one on the front – keeping it simple but without compromising on quality. Want to up your Instagram game? Then check out our hottest camera phone tips below. These days, all half decent phones have cameras where you can just point and shoot. Press the shutter button, a nice photo appears on your screen, job done. But you can do a lot better with just a little extra planning. Follow our tips below, for quality photos that’ll light up your social feeds and rack up some serious likes. 1. Switch on your grid lines.Pro cameras have framing grids in the viewfinder window, to help you square things up and compose your shot. You’ve got this option in your phone camera app, so go ahead and switch it on. It shouldn’t be hard to find. If you’ve got an Android phone it’ll be under something like Settings > Apps > Camera > Grid Lines. You’ll now be able to keep everything parallel with any natural horizontal and vertical lines in your shot. 2. Use natural light.Natural light is a photographer’s friend. Making use of it is always a better choice than using your ph
The Pixel 6a is here - the small but mighty version of Google’s flagship Pixel 6.Just like previous a-series Pixels, it’s a scaled back version of the flagship Pixel at a lower price point. If you’re looking to upgrade to a feature-packed phone without paying top-end prices, it could be the one for you. Let’s check it out!Classic Google designAll phones in the Pixel 6 family share the same familiar ‘Google’ design, with a horizontal camera bar breaking up the back. The main difference is that it protrudes less on the Pixel 6a. A good thing, in our opinion. Not quite as good is the plastic back, which seems prone to picking up scrapes and scratches. Treat your new Pixel 6a to a phone case as soon as you get it, and you should be fine.As for the display, the Pixel 6a features a 6.1-inch OLED panel with a standard 60Hz refresh rate. Not quite as large (or as smooth) as the 6.4-inch Pixel 6, but the vivid colours and deep blacks you get with OLED look fantastic. A quality camera set-upGoog
Hi, I ordered a SIM 7 days ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve received all the emails, including the one that says you’re going to charge me even when I don’t have the SIM yet. Please could you send me a SIM so I can set up my new account. I don’t want to cancel my old SIM until I have the new one and I definitely don’t want to be paying for both. Not very happy about the service so far given that I can’t even use the chat without having the SIM. Please help. Thank you.
