Hi there,I have a quick question after process has completed from moving my mobile number from my old network to ID mobile. How does it work with the ID mobile App/Site will it then recognise my transferred number as the number for the plan that i am currently on and add that number as a plan on the app.Hope that makes sense csn clarify if needed.Thanks brennan

Hi , is anyone else in Belfast having poor signal . I live in BT8 and have maximum 1 bar and often no service. When I checked the ID signal checker it says that I should have excellent service but I don’t. I can get full service on a second phone same address using a different network provider. I am going to change from ID  

I cannot get any bank verification codes on messages. I have contacted my bank (co-op Bank) to query and they say this is an ID issue (related to issues with 3G network) and they stated I should raise this issue with ID (they confirmed they have previously notified ID of this)  I am getting all other messages but no verification messages. Very annoying. Any advice or ID Mobile please contact me

Hi how is working the international calls in EU is it included? 

I can't redeem an offer sent to me via email. The offer was is for Apple Music up to 3 months and when clicking the Redeem button it errors out saying “UID Missing or Incorrect”. Chatbot was completely useless and couldn’t get onto live chat with a real person. Anyone managed to resolve the same issue? 

The signal has been terrible this week on all my four mobile phones 2 iPhones and two Samsungs two on this network and two on Three and they're all horrendous anyone else having the same issue I'm in skemmersdale

I have unlimited calls and a £5 cap. I am trying to move house and sort out my utilities. The numbers I have been calling and trying to receive are 014 numbers and 077 numbers. Sometimes the calls do not come up on my phone at all and I just get a missed call text or new voice mail text and other issue I’m faced with is being unable to call them back at all. The 077 number is a uk number as they are in South Shields and the 014 is a Huddersfield number I know as fact. I now am unable to ring them to sort out my bills or my moving in process because I have used my UNLIMITED calls and all of my cap??? I thought the cap was for 0300 or worldwide calls? What have I done wrong?

Hi everyone,I’m hoping someone here (maybe staff or anyone who’s had the same issue) can help me out, because I’ve been going round in circles with this.I originally requested my proof of usage document (with IMEI details) on 25/07 after my phone was stolen. ID Mobile did send me the document, but unfortunately it was in Word (.docx) format, and my insurance company will only accept it as a PDF. Since then I’ve been trying to get the correct version:15/08 – contacted live chat, told I’d receive it within 24 hours. Nothing arrived. Followed up again, then told it would take 24–48 working hours. Still nothing. Went back yesterday, told to wait another 24 hours and that the request was now “urgent”. Again, no document has come through.I also have chat transcripts of all these conversations, showing the repeated delays and promises, if needed.At this point I urgently need the PDF version to proceed with my ins

Hi folks, Please could someone advise on how I can use my works phone as the same as my private one via a sim card.My expensive phone is getting damaged so I have bought a cheap to abuse but how do I use it with the same number when the sim is in the other phone ?

Since ive started my contract with ID I get emails from them constantly about stuff i have no interest in and I cant seem to find any settings to stop that. I dont need emails to show me how to check data usage or what perks I get with my contract. Is there a way to just stop all emails from them?  Thank you

I have recently switched over from Three to ID Mobile. It seems that the PAC porting process hasn't been completed correctly, as certain people are able to call and text me, and other people cannot. Those who cannot call me say that when they try, a different number appears that is not my number. Why is this happening and how can I resolve it?

Hello I’ve received my sim. But after creating a sign on for the app it keeps sending me round in a circle, back to get started I put my info info and then back round. alos the live chat doesn’t work for me I’ve tried the cookies etc as stated in the help guide help please

Hi my daughter’s eSIM just randomally stopped working. I tried to reinstall it it didn’t work. Got in touch with live chat who sent out a replacement sim. It works in my phone (iPhone 15) but not in hers. It’s not locked as she’s been with ID for a couple years now it was working fine till a few days ago. She put an EE sim in and it’s working fine. Tried again with an eSIM for her today after the sim wouldn’t work and it’s stil not working. I have no idea how to fix it. Has anyone had this issue and been able to resolve it?
