I’ve read through a wealth of people having the same problem but I don’t seem to be able to find an actual answer anywhere - to the point I’m close to throwing my phone at a brick wall.  Last Friday (16th Aug), I took out a new contract with ID Mobile in store at Currys - This was for the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I was previously with EE and have had Samsung phones for the past 12 or so years. Finally, yesterday, the number finished porting over and I am now receiving calls and texts absolutely fine. The device registers (and so does iCloud) that my phone number is the correct number that I have ported over. However, I do not seem to be able to receive OTPs from companys. I use 2FA across a lot of apps, the main one being my bank (Santander). I cannot log into the Santander app on my phone as I cannot receive the OTP. I also cannot log in on my PC/Laptop because there are 2 options - SMS OTP (which I can’t receive) and “Authenticate in the mobile app” which I c

Hi , I am recently new to idmobile network and didn’t realise when I signed up to my mobile contract that I couldn’t purchase add on data to use when I visit my family a few times per year who live in Canada .So I have looked into how to purchase an E sim to use there’ but when I go into my mobile settings and press add eSIM my iPhone 16 plus phone is not allowing me to add a new e sim, the symbol is just going around and around .I used an e sim when I initially signed up to idmobile network so is this the problem  maybe ?i desperately need to use my phone during my travel in Canada any advice would be greatly appreciated.Regards Deb64

I tried to contact ID for first time since joining and ended up frustrated and stressed. 5 failed attempts to get pac code and very poor customer service, mostly due to a very noisy call centre and poor phone signal. I hadn't intended leaving but ended up doing so out of frustration. 

HiWondering is there a call + text only SIM plan?  Getting our youngest a ‘dumb’ phone (Nokia) so no data needed.If ID don’t have anything can anyone recommend one elsewhere please?

I recently moved to ID Mobile and cannot receive calls or make them. I have updated my phone and set my saved number to +44 rather than 0. I switched the phone on and off and set the phone to 5G  and 5G Auto. None of the other advice online for this issue has worked. It is an iPhone and I am now very desperate for advice and would preferably like to speak to someone from ID Mobile as all the advice they have given on this page has not worked.

Paid for roaming last month for Eire, for weeks roaming, but never could use roaming, no calls, no apps etc whilst out and about. Could only use phone from  Wi-Fi in hotels. Not what I paid for. 

How many contracts can you have under 1 account. I already have. 2 

I can't get Google maps to operate properly, says I'm offline when I'm not. Is this an ID issue or Google or my phone? Everything else works perfectly with WiFi or without.

I’ve had no mobile data coverage the last two days (12th-13th July) despite a strong 4G signal in multiple locations - including LA11 6EN, LA5 0SW, LA12 8AT. All these locations show good outdoor coverage so I’m a little confused. I’m new to ID Mobile - is this normal? I need a reasonably reliable signal.

How do I cancel this contract it’s a joke I never have service nobody can get in touch with meand your in breach of the contract because your not providing me with the service I am paying for.
