Hi I have changed from an iPhone XR with SIM to a iPhone 16e eSIM. All apps and photos have synched OK. However email and SMS aren’t working. How do I update when I can’t get anywhere with the chatbot and can’t find a telephone number to speak to a real person at iD Mobile?

When I receive whatsapp calls on my SF24 FE I only hear the ringing but the screen doesnot illuminate or show the receiver keys.  I have to press the whatsapp icon to see and receive the call.Does anyone have a fix for this?

My daughter stopped using her ID account (in my name) a few months ago, and threw the Sim card away before I had chance to cancel it. how do I close the account as the DD keeps coming out each month.  I can no longer log into that particular ID account online either as when i request a password it sends it to the phone number where we no longer have the sim.  Please help. Thanks

HiI recently became a victim of PAC fraud. I received a text message detailing my PAC code and I should pass this on to my new provider. I contacted ID mobile via the chat function and was told it was probably an error and to ignore it. Less than 24 hours later I received another text message informing me that my contract was now cancelled and my final balance is £411. Then my mobile phone went to emergency calls only an the only thing I have working is WhatsApp. I contacted ID an they told me my number had been taken and they would attempt to get it back. In the meantime the scammer has tried to access my bank accounts and tried to set up Paypal credit and Klarna credit using my number. Luckily I was able to block my accounts and I did not respond to the Paypal and Klarna requests for passwords or clicking any links. I am now 7 days without any signal on my phone and ID just keep telling me that they are working to get my number back from 3 mobile. Hi, how can I access voicemail from abroad without high roaming charges at £6+ per minute? 

My pixel 8 , it up to date with software ect and factory reset completed . However when my phone hits 48% battery, it will start to drop down to 0% within 30 seconds. Only had the phone since dec 2023. So less then 24m . Not due to upgrade to Dec 2025 . Any help would be great

HiI have tried ID mobile chat who were useless.I pay for 3 sim cards.  I was told I can only have 1 account per email address. I asked id chat 3 times today if this is right and I didn’t get an answer.I need to cancel one sim only plan and am not sure which of the two email addresses if either I used for this one.  I failed the security check and was told to use the id mobile ap which i don’t think I can if I can’t remember the email address?How do I cancel the sim please?Thanks all

HiI would like to upgrade my handset early. The app says the earliest date is 12/8 but keen to do it before this. Even a week earlier would be helpful. I am aware this would incur an extra charge but keen to explore if this option is available. Any help would be appreciated.Ronan

Hi, I am moving abroad in August for a year and will need to get a SIM in that country to use a local number. I will not be using my iD Mobile SIM at all, therefore I will not be using my number for a year. My contract does not run out until next summer, so I will continue paying the monthly cost. However, I was wondering: because my number will be inactive for a long period of time, could it be closed or taken of me?I have heard that other phone providers do this, and I do not want to lose my number. Is this something iD Mobile might do, even though I will continue paying the monthly cost?

Hi, is it possible the change the date of service allowance? for example, right now is on the 27th of each month. Can we change it to the 16th of each month?
