Hi - I have paid and have proof of payment for my Feb 2025 phone bill but ID mobile are saying they have not received this payment. I have sent their email team the proof of payment (bank statement) which they have acknowledged but they are saying that they can’t see this on their end. This seems like their mistake to me but they are saying I will need to pay twice?I spoke to somebody on the phone but she was also saying I will need to pay twice as they cannot see this payment. Nobody has double checked this yet - does anyone know how to get the team to double check? I have also consistently received a different bill total over email from the app.  

My MIL has an ID phone organised on a joint account by her husband.  He died.   She wants to keep mobile, but ID want to close the account.   I presume she can create a new account. How does she keep her number?  I think a PAC code only works to change network?

I couldn't call taxi on Saturday and I cannot call my garage today wether I use my 5g or WiFi calling  And I don't know how to contact id mobile so I'm getting frustrated 

We are being charged for a number that has not been in use since Dec 2024. How do I go about having this number cancelled asap

I have an issue with my daughter’s account.  It’s all in my name and I pay for it, but I cannot log in.  And I need to talk to a person to resolve it.  How on earth do I actually speak to a human being and not this awful chatbot?  I have no means of accessing this account, and no means of talking to someone to give me access.  It’s almost like it’s expressly designed to drive us mad

Hi iD Mobile Community,I’m hoping someone can help escalate this issue as I’ve been waiting several days now. I submitted a request last Friday for proof of usage and ownership documents for an iPhone that was recently stolen. I urgently need these documents to process an insurance claim, which is time-sensitive.Despite being told it would take 24–48 hours, I’ve already visited iD Mobile in person three times and still haven’t received confirmation or the documents. I specifically need:A copy of the contract and date it was signedIMEI number of the phoneMy phone number linked to the deviceAny documents showing the phone make and modelI’m struggling to understand why these documents aren’t accessible through my online account or why the process is taking so long. If anyone from the team or the community knows how this can be escalated or expedited, I’d really appreciate your help.Thanks in advance.

I’ve had an S24 on id mobile for almost a year now. wifi calling used to work, but hasn’t for the last month or so. The device allows me to enable wifi calling, but when I switch it to flight mode and try the usual test to force it to make a wifi call it fails advising to “turn flight mode of to make this call” (this used to work fine)Have tried restarting device but hasn’t fixed it. I’ve read similar issues on here relating to iphones and updating carrier settings to resolve. However, the set up on android isn’t the same. Does anyone have a solution that has been confirmed working for android? 

I have just returned from Morocco & am annoyed to see charges have been added to my bill. I know it’s on-EU and so would need to switch off roaming to avoid costs. As soon as we landed I did this- at the airport. I didn’t make any calls/send messages/use internet prior to this. So for the few minutes my phone was switching on & I was turning off roaming, I have been charged around £26! This is unfair and ridiculous but there’s nobody to contact to dispute this!Help! 

Hi, last week or two my WIFI Calling has stopped.I have seen a few responses on here but only really mentioned iPhone I have a S24 Ultra, it has worked in the past on the same phone and from the same Wi-Fi network in my office.  I'm not getting the Wi-Fi calling logo at the top anymore and as i have no signal in the office so  i rely on this Wi-Fi calling. I've made sure Wi-Fi calling setting is turned on, I've rebooted phone, airplane mode on a and off.still nothing has worked, post code is SA14 9LG if that make any difference.is this a ID issue in my area? 

I paid twice in June and it's showing as pd but still getting letter saying I owe it, and credit not showing up in app, that’s telling me the same. 

Hi -  I’ve read answers re no of rings before Voicemail activates & that with certain providers, including ID mobile it is a maximum of 30 seconds. So my question is WHY?In 30 seconds my phone rings 3 times only. That is rarely enough for me (& judging from Community comments, lots of other people ) to register that the phone is ringing, remember where we left it and get to it in time.  We are not all members of the younger generation. Sometimes we may leave the room and not take the phone with us.  So again, as your customer, WHY can I not set the number of rings to my preferred length of time? I have been able to with other providers & other phones. Surely it is up to me as the phone user to set my preference? Note: ID Mobile helpfully replied that the maximum is 30 seconds - with no explanation as to WHY it is this & why it cannot be changed.

I really need help with this or will be returning the phone. I have gone from Vodafone to ID. Did the whole PAC thing. I have managed to get everything transferred over. Phone calls and texts work fine. But i cant get the imessage thing to work. I have followed all the recommended steps. Switching off/on. Taking the sim out and force restarting. I have done a network reset. My number and 2 email addresses are showing with a swirling bit beside it. PLEASE HELP I have been trying to figure this out for days

Just upgraded to the iPhone 16. When I try to redeem the offer for 3 months of Apple Music I have been directed to a page that says UID missing or incorrect. Can I be resent a link to fix this? 

 I am traveling to the Caribbean in November  is there a roaming add I can use with ID mobile 

I am not able to redeem an offer sent to me via email. The offer was Apple Music free for up to 3 months and when clicking the Redeem button it errors out saying “UID Missing or Incorrect”. Is there a way to fix this issue?

My daughter has unlimited data but is unable to use it. She is currently in Belgium mans her location will not work
