I'm new to ID mobile and didn't realise landlines were not included in my contract. Is there a way to add these on like a bolt on? 

I bought a pixel pro 9 that was sold with free ear buds but after receiving the phone there's no mention of the buds. Has anyone else had this problem? I was expecting a code or forms to fill out but I haven't received anything at all. Any help with this would be very much appreciated.

Hi, I have ID mobile Sim which is currently in contract. I have another number provided by my company  (EE). Say my ID mobile number is 07XXXX1 and EE mobile number is 07XXXX2I like to swap 07XXXX2 to ID and 07XXXX1 to corporate. My company told me to provide PAC number of ID mobile so that they can do the needful, but when I requested PAC for ID mobile it says that I need to pay the outstanding amount (contract break). In my case I do not want to break the contract but to just swap the number. Can you please let me know how can i do this. 

Hi, My daughters phone was bought using my account many years ago, she’s now financially independent and is going to pay it herself now. She’s opened a new ID Mobile account and had a new phone delivered. Is there any way to now switch the number? It’s always been her number, I just paid for it.Tried googling with no success, coming back with answers saying it’s not possible. Surely a lot of people must be in the same boat, paying for teenagers then when become adult switching.Help?? :)

Why do ID Mobile increase your bill without prior notice? Was £36.99 a month now £39.54 a month without any notice of an increase??

Hello, I’ve just added a new SIM to my account and received an offer for Apple Arcade 3 months.  However, the link in the email does not work - it reports UID missing or incorrect when I try to redeem.  I can see a few others had the same error.  Is there a fix for this? thanks

Hi, I've purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S25 which is supposed to come with free Galaxy Buds. I have not received the earbuds yet and wanted to know if I can change it for a Galaxy watch 7 instead.Can you advise if this is possible. Thank you. 

I’m at my wits end with this network.I started setting up my new phone over one week ago. I was told I couldn’t transfer my pac code with an e-sim so I waited 3 days for a physical sim. I have spent numerous hours troubleshooting settings with bots and chat support. This weekend there was an outage in my area. I want to leave the network but can’t because my pac is being transferred. 02 said this could take 5 working days. I can’t cancel my contract with ID mobile until I can transfer my pac back to 02. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any way of speaking to a human? 

My phone doesn't have any signal at home...I've used WiFi calling which works occasionally however the WiFi can be hit and miss and making and recieving calls are difficult.  I use the Samsung s24 phone. It's just not ideal 

I’m trying to bring my old phone number with me from O2 to ID. The PAC code O2 gave me has failed and their systems say it’s no longer an O2 number so they can’t issue a PAC code. My account with them is now closed. O2 tried to activate a temporary eSIM and allocate that number but it no longer exists on their system so they can’t. Long story short after over 10 hours of politely requesting their assistance and raising complaints nothing has moved forwards and it’s now 3 weeks later. I really don’t want to lose my number any helpful suggestions welcome

I have an email entitling me to 3 months of Apple TV. It says it doesn't expire until September. However, when I click through I get the message "UID missing or incorrect", apparently on a US Apple site. Others seem to have been sent new links when theyve had the same issue. Can I have the same please?

For a few months iD charged me for a blocked number. Why?

For the second day there is no mobile signal in my postcode in Exmouth. I've reported it. They say it's been escalated but still nothing. This is a bank holiday weekend so I doubt it will be fixed for days. I'll make a formal complaint. This is affecting all Three network users including idmobile, Smarty and Three.

I have taken out a second ID contract sim only for a mobile wifi router. Can I add this to my same account in the ID app.

I have a charge of £10 for out of plan charges added whilst on ferry Holyhead to Dublin. I did not use my phone, so why the charge. I switched phone off when I was notified I’d apparently used 80% of my cap and when I switched it back on promptly was notified I’d use 100%!!?? Why??

My contracts up and the upgrade offer is £6 per month above what a new customer would pay, seeing as this is the only way I can get an answer, I'm wanting to know the ID mobile official answer to leaving and rejoining as a new customer.
