Really streased about this
Okay, so last month for some reason when my direct debit came out my bank rejected it for some unknown reason, I then received a text on the 18th of December stating I had 5 days to pay it, this is when I was aware of the problem. I paid it on the 23rd of December and everything was okay. I received a text on the 19th of December stating my direct debit had been reinstated, which I have just found out it never was. I now have a notification stating I MUST pay the my bill by the 11th, I don’t get paid until the 13th. Ive tried contacting live chat but can’t get through to anybody, please please is it possible to get my payment date changed to the 13th, I can’t setup a new direct debit until this is paid, but I can’t until the 13th :( Please help, I’m really stressing about this.
