Hi. I have a lost sim for a monthly rollover sim that I’m still paying for, but want to cancel. I do not have an id mobile account that has the plan linked to it, so I can’t cancel via the app or online. How can I cancel this?

I have charges on my bill for rest of the world roaming and I do not recognise them. How do I dispute this? 

Hi I loaded my ESIM  before my number  switched from Vodafone , so for a short while I had a primary and secondary number running.  Now that my switch as happened and Vodafone account is discounted I get a  when a make a call saying   “ Last Line No Longer Available   Do you wantto all using your remaining line? “       Any ideas how to get rid of this message?  

I wondered if anybody could contact me from ID mobile.  I have been trying to resolve this issue for two weeks now.  The online web chat/robot etc then from abroad.  Advice does not resolve the issue.  I have different mobile data showing what I have left on my mobile as opposed to my home computer.   Tried restarting my phone.  Clearing Cache and this does not resolve the issue.  I am unable to download mobile app on my phone.  Error at their end.  Error 500 or something. I attend mobile digital support.  Even the group leader is unable to resolve the problem.   I am able to view  ID mobile on my phone by logging in the long winded way. I have received private messages from ID mobile employees asking for my name, address, date of birth and mobile number.  However, I am uncertain how secure this information is and I cannot verify these people are indeed I D Mobile employees.  Can somebody contact me from ID Mobile?  My understa

Could someone help me? I’ve ordered 3 sim only deals for myself and my 2 sons. Where going to keep our numbers. I know we need our pac codes. But I’m not sure who’s sim is for who.. mine is different contact to my sons. Does it actually matter which one I use? As long as the transaction number goes with the right pac code is that ok? 

Hey,So I think it's very clear that ID throttles certain traffic on its network.Although I can get a speed test result of over 100mbps, I cannot stream any videos. Specific to YouTube in this case. An issue I do not have when using my home network, which has slower broadband speeds. Or when using a vpn that would hide that in streaming video. Does it state anywhere in the terms of service that this would be done? Anyone else experience this?

Afternoon all, I'm trying to work out a GPS solution for my motorbike. If I have a cheap old phone mounted to the bars, taking WiFi from a hot spot on my good phone (in my jacket), will I be billed for the data use? Short version, are there additional fees for using my phone as a WiFi hot spot, assuming i remain in my permitted data? Thanks! 

How do I delete my old ID community account?

Hi,I’m honestly really disappointed and frustrated right now. I think my SIM has been hijacked and I urgently need help. My phone suddenly lost service — no calls, no texts, nothing. I’ve tried restarting, checking coverage, switching phones — nothing works… until I put someone else’s SIM in, and it’s totally fine. So it’s clearly not my phone — it’s the SIM/number. Since this happened, I’ve been locked out of my Google account, and I just found out that my PayPal has been hacked. There are now attempts to access my bank and I’m pretty sure whoever did this used my phone number for 2FA codes!! I didn’t get any alert, no notification, nothing. If someone was able to swap or transfer my number without my permission, that’s a serious security issue on your end. I need to know if a SIM swap or porting request was made, and if so, how that got approved. I want my number secured ASAP or rei

loss of service no calls data or texts. 1st time was for 2 days and second time was for 2 days. told that 3g has been switched off and the second time its to do woth mast upgrades  This is a major service failure. And was not notified about any issues or communication from ID mobile.   This is unacceptable and a breach of contract.  What am I paying for.  

I've just received my currys gift card from I.d mobile but the gift balance is 00.00 no money on it. My deal which qualified me for the gift card was offered to me from I.d mobile and was completed on theire app. So what do I do now.

Hello, I'm trying to transfer my old number to the new device, however I'm unable to locate the transaction number that I require. I have my PAC code and both phone numbers but as the phone was purchased from a 3rd party supplier I can't find the necessary number. I've checked all of the MyID emails I've received also but nothing on there works. 

I note rollover plans include  Wifi Calling, but:Do PAYG eSim plans include Wifi Calling functionality?

I haven't received my new SIM card?

Due to ID mobiles ridiculous policy of wanting to charge a longstanding customer of 5+ years over £150 more for an upgrade compared to a new customer- we are going to have to triangle port. Can anyone who has done this recently reccomend a suitable 'donor' SIM for the old number? It seems some networks hold the number to ransom without a large top up or minimum term. Many thanks

Hi. Are there any tricks people know of to be able to talk to an actual human at ID mobile? I recently placed an order for an esim. I have received the welcome email and it has been several days but I’m yet to receive the e-sim.The online chat is completely useless for me as I just get stuck in a loop as I don’t have a phone number for the ID sim yet.

I recently upgraded to sim plan via Id app, so should I cancel my old plan and how? Cause it says it's gona renew in 9 days ,and the data is more than in my plan.When I go to see my plan is only the new one that I upgraded.Any suggestion,please?
