Hi Please help me with a switch to ID mobile with a PAC

need to supply a PAC for my new contract with ID, it says I can add this in my ID mobile but it’s asking me for an ID mobile number to set upmy account. I don’t have one yet as I want to switch my current number. How do I do this?

Hello all, when i try to log in, it asks for an id mobile telephone number. The problem is that the id mobile number they have given me in an email they sent is not my mobile number and when i gave this number they send a text for verification which I obviously cannot read. How can I change this mobile number for my actual mobile phone number.

HiIs there a way to change my switching date? For some stupid reason I chose June 10th, I was hoping I’d be able to bring it forward. No big issue if I can’t, I’ll just have to wait. Many thanks

I am a new customer and requested a physical SIM today, but on reflection, I don't want to wait for days for it to arrive, so I would like to change my request to an eSIM. I've asked the AI and it says I can request an eSIM from my account. However, I can't access my account yet without the physical SIM. I can put my name and DOB in, and I even have my ID mobile phone number, as it is printed on the invoice. But when I try to set my account up and input my new number, it sends a verification code to that number, and I don't have the physical SIM yet. So because I can't verify my new number yet, it won't finish setting up my account. I'm trapped in a loop. Looking at Royal mail, it will probably be next week before the physical SIM arrives. Can anyone help me request an eSIM asap so I can get up and running straight away?

Won’t let me add my new number to my account

I placed an order on 28th May and the order has been confirmed but I have not received the eSIM. I have checked my junk/spam folder and there is nothing there.

I'm switching from o2 to ID mobile and I've just installed the id app but it won't let me go any further (after I've filled out my id phone number) I had logged out and logged in and I've gotten the same result. Please could you help me set my sim up and keep my old number the same

HiHope you can help. I contacted the live chat service as I missed to type my PAC code in order to retain my old number when I was signing up for a new iD Mobile contract. The live chat person said they could help as my browser was also not letting me access the Switch link. I’ve kept the chat transcript and instead of typing my new iD Mobile phone number, the live chat person typed the mobile phone number I wish to retain into both fields then the PAC code. Switch over should have been yesterday but now there is no service using my old number. I’ve phoned my previous carrier and my old phone number has left them so they can’t issue a replacement PAC code. Can this be sorted out ? or have I lost my old number forever ?

I am due to switch today via esim from O2 but have had no updates

Hello,I have recently joined Id mobile and I want to keep my existing number. I read I would be prompted to add my PAC during the checkout process which did not happen (or I just missed it). Now I am waiting for the ID sim to be delivered in a couple of days which I believe will come with a new number. How do I suppose to do the switch now? I cannot log into my ID area because I am prompted to add a code received by SMS on my new number.Any ideas? I have had my current number for nearly 10 years now and I would like to keep it.Thanks in advance,

Hi iD Mobile team,My number transfer completed yesterday after I gave my PAC code, and I received the confirmation email saying the switch is complete. However, I have not received an eSIM QR code or activation details, so I’m unable to set up my eSIM on my new iPhone 17 Pro Max.Because the eSIM is not active, I also can’t receive the SMS verification code to log in to my account.Could you please resend my eSIM activation details or QR code, or advise how I can activate the eSIM on my iPhone? Thanks

Sim card delivered today and inserted into previous 4g handset. Internet access straight away and can use as a hotspot to connect tablet no problem.Tried to phone out and can't despite reasonable signal. No indication as to what my number is either so can't use the ID app. Any suggestions as to how I find out my number and why I can't make calls but do have data access? Thanks.

I got the email regarding offers with iD mobile as a new account, with the link to sign up for a 90 day trial which will automatically charge if I don't cancel it through the providers website (the McAfee I am not interested in the trial; will I automatically be enrolled?

Purchased multiple sims but unsure which number they are

My phone number is showing in settings but when I make calls the old ID Mobile number shows up (not my actual number which should have ported over). However when someone calls me on my old number, the call comes through to my new phone. How can I ensure that it shows as me calling when making outbound calls?

I can't get help anywhere tried live chat etc. I have 2 accounts listed on my app had to have help j got in a muddle I have bought new SIM only one for my son needs to add it to the app?   How do I register it I got confused before.  Also do I  put in your new number and  how do I give the pac code.  J don't know where to start please help Teresa

I have created an IDmobile account, but when i log in it sends me back to orders when i have already ordered a sim only plan.On both the app and websiteIt will not let me add the PAC code to transfer my old number or add a start date either. Its just sending me round in circles…….

How do I send my PAC code to keep my existing number - appears far from straightforward

moved from o2 to ID. have my PAC code. how can i keep my old number now i have an ID account set up. all the prev chats just have an employee saying ive messaged you to resolve so provides no insight into how its actually done.

Hi. I’ve just ordered my new sim to switch over to ID but I didn’t see where I needed to put in the PAC. Now it’s on its way but I can’t put in my PAC. How do I do this?

I have recently moved to iD network from Sky, I have the PAC details to keep my number, when ordering my sim/plan I entered all the details to keep my number but I have been asked to register but have to use the iD number provided not my Sky number. Will my old number be ported over on the 1st June as I requested.
