I can not get roaming and the. Network provider number is different from my mobile number 

I have taken all the steps to resolve roaming issues. I’ve reset the network and everything that was advised. Still no luck. The roaming choice is not even available on my phone, so I am told in that case to contact ID, but there is no way of contacting anyone. I have an eSIM from ID and another card from another provider. 

I am currently on holiday in Norfolk UK. I have received messages regarding roaming charges and think I have been charged my data cap of £5 when I have never left the country.  How do I go about getting this refunded?

Earlier today my wife and zi received two texts saying we were being charged for data roaming, however, we are not abroad but actually in the Uk on the North Norfolk coast!  Please can we have some confirmation that no additional charges will be taken please?thanks 

Trying to add data roaming for Turkey last couple of days but error message states can’t add and try later. I fly today 🙈 anyone else had this? I’ve tried the network reset and check my phone and plan is set for data roaming. ID can’t help as they say they’ve issues 🙄🙈 Thanks 

Can I have clarification on add ons not working in USA . Have purchased 2 in last month with neither working 

After two purchases of £20 bolt on for USA in past month neither working whilst here .All the usual advice taken on board but to no avail. Can get a refund ?

I’m on a new iphone16, sent to me last week. Switched from EE and waiting - until Friday?! - for my PAC code to be activated and my old number to be moved to ID-mobile. Bought an eSim instead of a physical SIM. Monthly contract paying 30pounds/month. Migrated all my stuff from old iphone to new iphone and am now in Italy. I have no roaming and no data. I have followed all the instructions online. Still no roaming. Often in the instructions you’re telling me to follow for an iphone16, the opitions and selections you’re telling me to set do not mirror what I see in my phone settings. I spent over an hour on LiveChat last night, no fix. If I can’t get this fixed, I just want to cancel the whole contract. I’ve never had so much trouble. Someone please help?I’ve done Reset. my new phone is running iOS 18.4.1, model number MYE93QN/A…. Serial number L4VQQ4RFXW. LiveChat is telling me to manually select a different network carrier. That is not an option in my Settings.

Why I was charged for roaming offshore on the vessel if my bill cap was on 0£,please maybe someone had same issue? Doesn't look right.

I added a 5 day America data roaming add-on yesterday to my son's account (account in my name but provided for my son) however he can't get any data.I have followed all the advice on the forum last night, however still not able to connect.(See images of things tried.)I added this data to

My son arrived in NYC last night, I have purchased him a 5 day America data roaming pass. (The account is in my name.)However he can not access any data, spent last night following all the advice in the forum, settings are correct, switched off and on, increased spending cap, tried manually connecting. Nothing works.I am unable to contact him unless he is on the hotel WiFi, this does not feel comfortable, I put data on for him so that he could feel safe and 8 could have confidence but instead I am spending my time trouble shooting and failing. I never had this issue when on 3UK direct.Can somebody from ID Mobile please pick this up and help.

I bought my phone on an ID contract so assume it’s locked to just the ID network? I want to buy an eSIM for my South Africa holiday from Saily, but am scared if I add the eSIM it won’t work since it’s locked?

I am overseas and have an iPhone . When I go into mobile services the “ data roaming” toggle is not viable ( it was when I was with Vodafone) . I can’t download data when not on Wi-Fi Am I missing something ?
