Hi My wife is currently on a cruise to Spain and Italy, she has not got into a port yet as 2 days at sea. She has 199gb of data in her account. I have noticed that her bill has increased to £65 instead of the usually £16. She has messaged me to say that her data no longer works. Do you have to be on land for the inclusive 30gb of roaming and will this still be available when she goes onto shore at Cadiz. Thanks in advance.

I've had issues with my Samsung Galaxy S24fe connecting whilst abroad. I've toggled this and that before I've departed, but nothing! I went into a phone shop recently and they said to take off battery saving to allow 5g whilst abroad. Has anyone ever had similar problems? I did find on the ID website that it was problem with my make of phone and it wasn't compatible with abroad! I'm running out of solutions to try. I can't get out of this contract until 2026!
