Has anyone else had issues with obtaining an e-sim / physical sim? I’ve had no mobile number for 3 weeks now and find trying to get anything out of ID mobile harder than getting blood out of a stone. I’ve no access to my number yet part of the process involves a one time passcode sent to the mobile number! I’ve gone on live chat about 8 times now and have to prove my identity each time, they promise me it will be sent to my email and still nothing. Last week (2weeks of no mobile access at this point) and promised me a physical SIM card would come in the post. It’s now been another week (3rd week of no phone access) and still nothing! has anyone had anything similar? I really don’t know what to do, but I don’t feel having no mobile access for 3 weeks is acceptable!

hi,I currently have 2 accounts/phone numbers with ID mobile. I want to transfer a third number from another provider to ID mobile. I’ve ordered an esim card from ID mobile and have my PAC code for this  number that I want to transfer. How do I go through the switching process?  I can’t do it on the app because it doesn’t recognise the number that I want to use. And the esim card has a new number attached to it, which I don’t want to use.

I want to change my number but keep the plan the same. If that is possible how may I do it. Please tell me. Thank you

I moved to id mobile sim only plan couple of months ago but my phone has got water damage and doesnt charge now so need a replacement. Is it possible to buy a phone from id mobile for a monthly fee and keep my current plan? Dont want to have to spend a fortune buying a phone. Any help is appreciated

Hi,I currently have an existing iD Mobile SIM-only contract with a phone number that I would like to keep.I have recently taken out a new iD Mobile phone contract through MoneySuperMarket, as it was a better deal. The new contract is also in my name and with iD Mobile. My intention is to cancel my existing SIM-only contract once the new phone and SIM arrive. After the SIM-only contract has been cancelled, will I still be able to transfer my existing mobile number to the new iD Mobile phone contract? What is the best process for doing this? Should I transfer the number before cancelling the SIM-only contract, or cancel the SIM-only contract first and then request the number transfer?Do I need to wait until the new SIM is activated before starting the process? Thanks for any advice.

I have  a mobile wifi device that i want to run in addition to my mobile phone. I assume my 2nd sim will need a different number to my mobile?

I never had an issue with this before but now when I try to access my voicemail messages I get some short 5 second sentence telling me to set up a pin. It hasn't ever done this before.I tried ringing both the 123 number and the longer +44 version. Same thing. Short message that auto disconnects. I need access to respond to important messages! Please!

I just joined iD mobile, and upon inserting the SIM, I am recieving no network and I can not make or recieve any calls or messages. How can I fix this issue?

I sent the live chat representative Keisha the following message; "I am completely unable to receive any automated short-code OTP texts (including banks, pharmacy, and Motability). All device settings, premium toggles, and spend caps have been checked and verified. Please escalate this directly to the technical network team for a backend SMS/RCS provisioning reset." I then explained to her that I have checked advice via ID forums, reddit, YouTube & AI, but I was locked out of an incredibly important website as I could no longer receive OTP messages. I had this issue before and managed to resolve it on my own via advice from another post on this forum, but no luck. After confirming my handset was a Samsung flip 6, she kept asking me to do things, and I told her I had already taken those steps, to which she said I had to do them all again with her on the chat. I explained further that I was using mobile data, and the network switch & restarting my phone would cut off our conversa

In my services I have got the adult content filter toggle switched off but if I try to access certain sites that have adult content I get a ID mobile page that says I can’t access it because I have got restrict adult content switched on which I don’t
