My iD-Mobile number no longer receives SMS. What can I do?

I have received a message that I have used my data but it appears that I have already been charged extra for going over my allowance before i received the txt, why is this? I have added a 6GB add on but realised I could change my plan and have more data. Can I cancel this and change my plan?

A default was registered on my credit file in April 2022, the contract i had was taken out with carphone warehouse Business in 2020 with a BUSINESS, i have the original emails, purchase order, confirmation welcome to carphone business etc etc, the company was contacted by carphone warehouse in 2022 to inform them that carphone warehouse was ceasing to trade. Someone in Admin cancelled the direct debit. After some time the company was told they owed ID MOBILE around 30 pounds and this was paid.After some time i found that a default had been registered on my PERSONAL credit file.I contacted ID MOBILE vial live chat and was informed that yes it would be removed. I contacted the credit reference agency and told them this and they informed me that they will also raise this with ID MOBILE. I then received an email from the credit reference agency saying ID MOBILE has refused to remove the default as they believe it to be correct.I then contacted ID MOBILE again via live chat, a representative, after i went through the same details again even though i had a reference number kept telling me the SAME thing over and over again “ID MOBILE DOESN’T OFFER BUSINESS CONTRACTS” i kept telling her that the original contract was with CARPHONE WAREHOUSE BUSINESS she then asked me to send her screenshots of the emails from carphone business which i did. She then reverted back to”ID MOBILE DOESN’T OFFER BUSINESS CONTRACTS” no matter how many times i tried nothing was getting through. I then contacted CURRYS BUSINESS who now own ID MOBILE the person i spoke to told me yes this had happened to many other people because of the confusion when carphone business ceased to trade and ID MOBILE took over.I was also told yes the contract WAS in fact a business account and NOT my personal contaract and the defauly should NOT have been registered to me but CURRYS BUSINESS could not remove it as ID MOBILE were the ones who put it on so only they could remove it.I have asked them to send me an email to confirm that the contract was a BUSINESS contract in the name of a business etc.How can i resolve this issue and get the default removed?

I am getting spam no caller IDs and I’ve been told I can contact my network provider to track the call so I can take it to the police, is this possible? It’s gotten to a point where I have to keep my phone on DND to stop these calls coming through throughout the day and the night. When I say spams- I mean about 30-50 calls per hour. When I answer, it’s silence. I feel like I’m being harassed and I don’t know what to do. I can’t block unknown calls because I need to take work phone calls so I’m completely stuck. This has been happening for the last 3 weeks. I just need to know if it’s possible to trace these calls so that I can take it to the police. Thank you!

I’m on a 8Gb pay as you go contract and my data roll over isn’t working. Any ideas why?

All I want is a copy of the welcome email, or for someone to speak to so I can transfer a number from another provider to my existing iD account. Apparently, that’s too difficult for the chat bot, and it isn’t able to put me through to a person as i’ve been getting this message for the past hour… Bot WC said: I’m sorry. I have been getting random phone calls from other people. I just phoned back one of the numbers and it was someone who said I had phoned them first. Im not sure if this means that someone us somehow using my number?

I can't redeem an offer sent to me via email. The offer was for Apple Music and Apple Arcade free for up to 3 months and when clicking the Redeem button it errors out saying “UID Missing or Incorrect”. Is there a way to fix this issue?

Hi I joined I'd mobile through currys I have received my mobile today. I have not received the welcome email from I'd mobile I have just received a sim with no number on it, I need the welcome email to explain how to set phone up and keep number as it asks for transaction ID and ID mobile number which are apparently on the welcome email that I haven't received

I have a strange problem to report. I have a Samsung android A25 5G phone fully up-to-date android software. I have successfully blocked a phone number on the device however I am still getting voicemails from that blocked number being delivered to my voicemail. I would’ve thought that blocking the number would have completely blocked all communications from a blocked number. Perhaps something needs to be done on the voicemail server as well? I don’t know? Is this normal?

Hi there, 2 new issues. 1- hubby changed his iPhone contract 2 days ago from a firm one to a private/individual one via Lebara (stayed on the same network = Vodafone). Now I can't call him and he can't call me either! He can call everybody else but me. What is going on? Before he went to his new contract we had no issue whatsoever. 2- my daughter can no longer call me either but nothing has changed on her contract. It's telling her that I have a forwarding number but when I went to check, there is no forwarded number on the phone settings so again, what is happening? I can call her but she cannot call me! I have checked all the numbers, they are the correct ones, I have restarted my phone at least 5 times but it didn't make any difference. What can you suggest? Thank you.
