Hi,I had the Pixel 9 Pro Fold shutting down issue back in November 2025. It was 'repaired' at my local EE store but the issue has now returned. I plan on taling it back in again, but was wondering if i can just get it replaced for a different pixel phone as i suspect the issue will return again. my usual phone is out for repairs. using a Pixel 3a in the interim which is unlocked to all networks.just noticed today that i cannot receive inbound calls. i called myself from another phone, it rings as normal then goes to vmail. the calls don't come through to the phone, instead, i get a missed call text. i also cannot make outbound calls, there is no dial tone, just silence. texts and data work fine.

I've had my phone since November Ive had it replaced under manufacturers warranty once and now the replacement has developed a similar fault, is there any way to cancel the the contract early or get a different model I can't keep sending this off every couple of weeks I've only had the replacement for 4 days! Phone is a pixel 10 pro fold I think the handset is from carphone, feels like I'm paying a bit monthly for a phone that should never have been released for sale

ID offers a real good service even though everything being online. But should they jump from Three network which is struggling to keep up with other networks and jump ship ?

Hi!I recently got a new phone & went through the whole PAC thing to transfer. On my Id account it shows me as now having my old number so I figured all good.Now I had lt his confirmation about a week ago. But I've just texted my partner, likely first time now on new phone, and it says the other number they have me before it transferred to my old number.Why? My ID account says I have my old number so why is the text coming from somewhere else? 

I recently upgraded my phone with ID however on receipt through DPD the box has been sent and the new phone and SIM card are all missing, the delivery bag wasn’t tampered with but the box had one tab ripped off. I contacted customer service who said that once the investigation is over I can cancel my upgrade/contract with ID and go to another network as this service has been appalling. I am wanting to get a new contract with a new network, I’ve been assured by customer service I’ll be able to cancel regardless of outcome and the new phone/sim have been blocked. Sadly because of the service ID have given I have very little trust and want to make sure if I go get a new phone ID can’t then make me pay for the new contract, I have kept the transcript of the chat and now am waiting for the investigation! Poor poor service

Recently (possibly since an update of the app) my password is not autofilling although it is saved in the Google password manager. Chrome tells me it is preventing this to protect my privacy. It doesn’t do this with any other of my saved passwords. Is it the app that is preventing this and, if so, how do I change it.
