I can’t receive call as my old number I’ve brought from EE is on an e sim. Showing on my phone and account but I can’t ring it. 

I’ve just got my new iphone. During the payment process I put in my PAC and requested a transfer date of my new number - I can’t find any paperwork stating confirmation of this. I have tried numerous times to set up an account using the ID number given but it isn’t working - I never receive a code. I was hoping once I was logged on to my account I could see if there’s a transfer taking place of my old number on a confirmed day. Please can you help with this, I’m losing hours of my day and I need my phone for work.

i placed an order 5 days ago i received an email saying “ Success! You've placed your order with iD, and your order reference is.Your order is now being processed, and we'll email you as soon as your item has been dispatched.It can take up to 24 hours to process your order, so don't worry if you don't hear from us straight away. If you don't hear from us after 24 hours, feel free to get in touch.“  does this mean my contract has been accepted? the money has also came out of my bank 

I received a new sim today, put it in my phone, a Nokia 2660 and the ID network doesn't show up and the sim is emergency calls only. The phone is on the compatibility list for 4G does anyone have any ideas why ID won't show when I do a manual network search?Edit to add the sim works in a Samsung phone.

Hi I received message to say switching had completed I've rebooted phone but when I send a text message it's showing different number but I'm receiving text messages to my number transferred over from Tesco.  Can anyone advise please.  My switch was all done yesterday

HELP!!!!! i got a samsung flip 6 last year but it developed screen issues a few days ago, black dead screen, after 13 months, which is 3 weeks outside of the 12 month warranty.   Looking online, this is a very common issue with the flip 6, and I'm soft resetting my phone over 20 times a day.  it's worse if I fold the phone closed. my contract is not up until July, and im stuck trying to use a mobile phone, that I'm now,  begrudgingly, paying for monthly, that is not fit for the purpose it is intended!!!Can someone please help, as I don't know what to do and really can't afford to replace the phone 😔😔😔

My sim came a we ago but I was on holiday so am just trying to activate it now. To start the activation I need to get into my account online or the app but to do this it keeps trying to send my temporary id number a one time code I need to insert. This temporary number isn’t working, I am not receiving any codes and I had zero service. What’s the problem ? 

I can receive text messages, but not ones with photos. iPhone XR with IOS 18.6.2. Please help. Thanks.

HiI am new to ID mobile having come from an O2 sim only. I have an iPhone 15 plus but cannot receive any One Time Passwords. Normal text messages seem OK. Why is this? I have searched the internet for advice, checked settings and restarted my phone but it is rendering the phone useless given how much we rely on OTPs and 2 step authentication. thanks

I am being told I will have to pay £94.00 to end my contract. When I started with ID Mobile I selected sim only pay as you go £5.00 a month set up for an emergency use phone. I no longer need this so I have spent a couple of days trying to contact ID Mobile to find out why I am listed as having a contract and why the final bill price is going up rather than down. It is absolutely impossible to email ID or to get any actual contact details, everything I try just goes round in circles with no proper contact. Even the online chat does not work (at least not for me). All I really am asking for is a copy of the original contract and a date on which I can leave without ridiculous costs involved. Does anyone know an email address or a phone number to an actual human being. Even the Complaints department is in Cape Town, South Africa.

So it my upgrade day today but why is it cheaper to take a new contract out then upgrade 

this is a common issue it seems, number porting from Smarty to ID mobile wil ends up unable to receive text or sms. I switch to MobileID due to the pixel 8a phone contract , but now its been 2 months plus I can’t receive any call or sms.I have been to multiple chat support, replace sims, got told my case has been forwarded to technical team, confirm my number shows up on android is the correct one, until today still I can’t receive calls or sms. I am stuck especially those services needed one time sms passcode, poeple can’t contact me complaining my number not working and etc.Many topics and complains are related to Smarty switching to ID Mobile facing such an issue, if this is not a fixable issue, please tell me honestly , i want to take my number and switch to other provider, provided i can do it without PAC code since i can’t receive sms.if anyone has any solution, please let me know.By the way , i am still being charge and still paying the monthly p

I ordered the new iPhone 17 and got an email but I accidentally deleted it and I’m wondering if I have been accepted for the phone?

I changed from Three to ID Mobile with the switch occurring yesterday, 19th March which also transferred my number with a PAC code. However, my phone cannot receive any calls (I can call out though) or receive any text messages or send text messages. I am able to send iMessages via my iCloud account but not my number. I have worked through the processes noted for the iPhone in regards to not being able to receive calls/messages etc but it hasn’t sorted out the issue. Does this mean that my number hasn’t actually transferred as yet even though I’m being told the switch has completed? The email did come later than it was meant too but I’ve not received any text messages from ID Mobile confirming the switch or transfer on my phone so something definitely isn’t right. Hoping somebody here can help if not I will do a live chat in the morning.Thank you

Travelling to India. Do I get 30gb data for roaming, but would get charged for calls, although have my cap at £0

I recently ordered a 24 month contract last Thursday with 17 pro max with ID mobile.  I haven’t received any confirmation at all, and carphone warehouse has taken £29.00 for upfront cost.  

Both me and my wife have switched over to idmobile (Both E-Sims) recently. Both have the same phone (Pixel 9 XL Pro). Never had an issue on any other network but any time we make calls to another mobile calls cut off after 2minutes.  This has been trialled in numerous areas and numerous times of day. If we call any other mobile it cuts off after 2 minutes. Really frustrating as this has made the phones unusable.  Any solution to this ??
