Hi,     I am in contract and have a Google pixel 8 pro. Unfortunately I fell on the weekend and smashed my phone. A family member has kindly gifted me her Samsung galaxy s23 ultra. I believe that the Samsung is unlocked as when I am registering onto a network ID comes up. However it is not connecting. It is stating "unable to connect. Try again later" Is this more likely to be a device issue or do I need to do something else?  Thank you in advance

Hi, I was recently subject to a fraud attempt where someone hijacked my ID account and somehow managed to order an ESIM. I was notified by e mail and quickly contacted online chat who managed to cancel it.What would have happened if this had happened at 10pm after live chat had closed. I was thinking of recommending ID to my wife but would prefer it if there was someone to contact in such circumstances 24 hours. Any other mobile providers have this facility? Thanks 

I have changed to ID mobile and I have been up and running for a few days. However, I can’t make or receive phone calls. I am using an iPhone 15. When I look at the top it shows B with WiFi service and P no service??? 

I bought the new honor 400 pro, it comes with a few free items, watch, ear clip and a speaker, I've usedy IMEI number and followed the steps but nothing is worlikg. 

As in the title. I need a backup eSIM/SIM which I will very rarely use, so I don’t want to have to pay X amount every month to keep it. Like an old school PAYG setup, where I literally only pay for what I use. Thanks

I have an issue as I cannot make/receive calls (I have a nothing phone 1) I am unsure what to do to fix this, It works if I use WhatsApp but not with the base calling service, I checked what would happen with a voice mail which I get a notification if someone calls and leaves a voice mail but that is the extent of it. This is not a major issue as of this moment as I can contact those I need via other routes however I would like to have this fixed sooner than later if possible, this has been going on for 3 days, I have waited incase it was just a general issue on your end. Thank you

Urgent: Final Demand Received Despite No Outstanding BalanceI’ve just received a final demand letter in the post today stating that I owe £20 and that the debt will be passed to a collector if unpaid.This is the first letter I’ve received—no prior communication or reminders.To be clear, I do not have any outstanding payments on my account.Here’s what I can see on my payment history: 23rd May: A £10 payment failed but was re-attempted the same day and successfully cleared. 2nd June: Another payment (requested early—it wasn’t due until the 25th) also failed but was again re-attempted that same day and cleared. I have been charged an extra month after i Upgraded to sim only. You where supposed to cancel another contract so i only had one number. I have now been charged twice 

Good evening, Earlier on I posted a question about help with an e-sim and a physical SIM on a new phone. I got an email saying ​@Anika had replied to me but every time I click the link in my email to view said message I get a technical error. Has anyone had a phone call from any Indian chaps claiming they are  from three network asking about bad coverage and then offering a new and better SIM card to be sent in post to your house? Stating it won't change your contract or phone number but just a better SIM to rectify the bad coverage?They asked me for my email address and then sent an email and a one time pass code that I had to enter.. at this point I started to think it was a bit scammy and hung up.. they rang me straight back on like a normal mobile number again and we're quite pushy for me to cooperate but I asked them not to ring back and hung up again!I checked my emails after and there was an email from id asking me to authenticate my email address and it looked very official and real! So not sure if it was a real thing now or not.. anyone else had this???

My phone doesn’t connect to receiver when I make a call and there is no ringing sound! If I turn it on and off it will then sometimes work for a while only. When someone try’s to call me there is often no response from m phone and I miss the call. Is this a network issue? I tried taking the sim out and also made sure all settings are correct so I am lost on what to try next! Any suggestions please
