I am buying a new iPhone to replace my current iphone.  When I get a replacement eSIM (I understand I need to do this in order to use my new phone) will it contain my current phone number? I am not changing contract or provider simply updating my physical iPhone. I really do not want to lose my number. 

After entering a competition on ID Community, I receive an email after every other person who enters after I have done so. Can anybody inform me how to stop these emails, as I can get hundreds if I enter early. Thank you!  

I have an outstanding balance to pay of £10. I have tried to sort it numerous times. I have never used the sim and DO NOT KNOW MY NUMBER! Can somebody please contact me so I can pay? Alternatively stop messaging me with no way of contacting you back. I have wasted many hours already and refuse to waste anymore dealing with people that have no idea what they are doing. Both my husband and I have moved from O2 to ID mobile and since the original set up neither of us can receive one time passcodes.  We have tried everything suggested and nothing works, how do we get this resolved?

Hi Guysi have been wondering why everytime i Log-in to ID i am offered 24mth contract as a upgrade sim-only with 120gb data and unlimited calls/text for £10mth.My contract is 30days with unlimitd calls/text and 250gb data for £10mth.I just don’t understand why i would want a 24mth contract for the same money i am paying for a 30 day contract with more data.Can anyone explain IDs logik behind that upgrade please?Sorry the title should have been same money

Swapping back from another network to ID on iphone 16s no network signal displayed network signal displayed and when i spoke with ID customer service they said they could see it in cue on saturday!!! still not working. now don’t know what to do.

Hello how do I get to change my 1d number to another. I keep getting prank calls and calls no one speaks for last two week and still happing I would like to change my phone number.

Been with Id mobile since November and my mobile data has never worked, maybe had 3 days of decent service the whole time, i contacted Id mobile when i first got my phone about this issue but it was never escalated or resolved, which resulted in a formal complaint. Nearly a year on and my phone still doesn’t work without wifi connection. Any advice as i’m sick of paying £50 p/m for a phone that doesn’t work??!

Since moving a year ago I can only make calls and connect to the internet on id_mobile in onr corner of my bedroom, bit of a shame my friends are on 2 other tariffs get strong signals. As I will end my contract in a couple of months just wondering if anything can be done as I would have otherwise stayed with Id mobile. I see there are devices called signal boosters but assume as they are expensive this couldn’t be offered as a possible solution. 

I got a email saying my payment will be taken on the 12th of July but on my id app payment is due on the 16th witch is what I changed it to can you confirm it is on the 16th as I get payed on the 15th.Thanks

I went to upgrade to a SIM only deals, I've just received a SIM card through the post and now I think I've ordered a new phone contract, how can I check if I have upgraded or if I've got 2 phone numbers?

Hi, I've been experiencing this problem for a few years now and so have a few of my friends and work colleagues. If I'm having a conversation with any normal friend or colleague, they can hear me perfectly and hear numbers when I read them out, If I'm speaking to a large company like HMRC or the NHS, If I read out numbers for example my NHS number most of the numbers get blocked and they can't hear me saying the numbers and only the numbers.They hear about two numbers and then they miss a few numbers and then they hear the rest of the numbers. Its like something on the network is trying to protect me from reading out numbers like bank card numbers.It only seems to happen when I'm speaking to companies, If I read the number out in a different format they can hear me. For example if I wanted to tell them the number 4000 , If I read that out four zero zero zero they won't be able to hear me saying those numbers but if I read that out as four thousand they he

Is anyone still having isses with there phone, after the next work went down im still not receiving any calls and messages via text. Iv been to currys and got a new sim other than that currys cant help with anything else.  PLEASE HELP!

I took my phone contract out earlier this year and was told I could transfer my old number which was from a different provider to my new contract. That has been working fine the last couple of months however my phone number has changed to a different number and now people can still ring me off my old number but texting especially through iMessage is through a different number.
