Took extra Payne without permission

Hey so I was behind on paying my bills as I lost my job .I get this for my sons phone. I paid twice last night so that should be it covered? When I rang him to check he said the 4g still wouldn’t work just wondering could u check it for me his number is +44 7427 861058

Hello, new to ID. Before purchasing a SIM I looked for information on the minimum amount of credit it is possible to top up a PAYG SIM with. I found references on the internet to their being no minimum, but nothing on the help pages or in this community. Having now received my SIM and registered it to my account it seems like on the app and the website the minimum possible top up amount is £5. Is there a way to top up less, say £1? It would be handy to know as given the low cost of calls I’m not sure if I’ll get through £5 per year (one top up every 365 days is needed to keep the SIM alive). 

I have multiple phone contracts, 4 in total, but they each have my one email address. I can't seem to log in to see each of the bills, I can only see the first phone. Any ideas what I need to do to see the bills for each contract? Thanks Martin 

I have had a complaint put in on my behalf via the live chat as I advised that I would be putting in a complaint about all the issues I've had since joining id mobile. The advisor then told me they had escalated my complaint and someone would be in touch. I said I didn't ask for a complaint to be put in on my behalf as I hadn't articulated my issues fully within the chat. I also did not ask the advisor to do so. I asked for a copy of the complaint so I was aware of the content when the complaints team called. I as told this couldn't happen as the complaint had been passed on. I expressed my concerns and advised it was not acceptable and that again I need the content of the complaint provided. After a few minutes and no replies the advisor left the chat. I have the transcript saved.  Around an hour later I received a phone call from the complaints team. I advised I wanted a copy of the complaint before I discussed anything and asked that this be emailed. I was told it w

Could you explain while my monthly charge is more than my bill statement? Statement says £38.99 is owed but the charge for this month is over £41?

Just had an email informing me that my refer a friend reward has now been authorised I’m then required to submit either my bank details or my PayPal account details This makes me suspicious because ID mobile already have these details for billing purposes Is this legitimate and if so why can’t ID mobile simply credit my account with the information they already hold Thank you

I bought a roaming add on but it didnt work as you can see it was never used 

This month my bill has an add on that I didn't request or need. I am having no luck contacting I'd mobile for an explanation.  Has anyone else experienced this and if so how did you resolve the issue .Andy 

Like what I have read with other users on here you cant download your final bill with IDMOBILE.Surely this is illegal that you generate bills that you cant view in your account.Then just take random payments for leaving!I am in my account and the bills just download both the desktop version of your site and also on your app.Then you wonder why idea I have decided to leave! Again how on earth can I look at my final bill that you send an email to me what NOTHING is due but I know fully well SOMETHING is due.Total shambles this network is.Again I want access to my bills that you are legally to provode BEFORE you take any payments!Please advise! (I note a few other people who have recently left are having the same issues as soon as you close the accounts down you are restrtciting access to customers bills???? I want to know EXACTLY what is due on my account)

Hi I was on holiday in Tunisia from 13/5 to 21/5 and have been charged £45 extra for data roaming and using ROW internet. This is completely incorrect as my data roaming is always off - I’ve been home for a month and it’s still off. There’s no need for it to ever be on!  I was at an all inclusive resort so was always connected to WIFI anyway and even when I got to the airport. My phone automatically connected to the wifi as I’ve been before.   

I have just travelled to the Netherlands from the UK by ferry and received a 'Welcome to the USA' message from ID. I have then incorrectly been charged an extra £5 max usage cap for date used in the USA when I haven't been out of the EU

I log on to pay my bill every month, my bank shows several payments in the same month but my account still shows as having outstanding bills. 

Hi when does my contract end am so confused does not seem to tell me? 

I’m a bit confused on how the ‘30 day rolling 20GB £6 a month SIM’ works.  Could you please confirm the following: Upon the initial 30 days ending, could I then instead use only PAYG balance for a while, and then later return to the same month plan? Thank you    

I have just returned from a week in Morocco where my phone was in flight mode from departing at Birmingham airport to switching it back on once we landed. I only used WiFi the whole time. As soon as I switched flight mode off, about 4 texts from id landed saying I had exceeded my £45 cap and it has been applied to my bill.Can someone please explain how this has occurred, as surely I would have received a text from id on the first day of my trip if it was applicable?

When i log in to pay my final bill, my phone number is no longer attached to my online account
