Hi I have 30 gb of data left I've been using my id mobile sim on a sim router for Internet in the house, been working fine for last year, the last week I haven't had any Internet but still have data, swapped the sim into my mobile which is unlocked to all networks it doesn't have Internet on that either only emergency calls? Any idea what the problem is id mobile coverage checker says its been down in this area for over a week ?

I am trying to telephone an 033 number but it is constantly engaged. My partner connects with no issue but is with O2 😔

I missed a bill and paid it it but my services have not resumed. It has been 24 hours

I’ve mentioned in other threads that I’ve not been able to make or receive calls on my Moto G5 since Mon 6th May (that’s when I noticed). My phone has 4G data and 4G calling capability. I’ve not seen mentioned elsewhere the menu that can be brought up by dialling *#*#4636#*#* but I’ve attached screenshots. The big thing that stands out is the “IMS service status” which states I’m not registered. Can anyone spot anything amiss? Is the SMSC number right? I have an option for “Select Radio Band” of “Automatic” or “United States” which bothers me a bit. Do others see the same on their phones (accessed from the 3 vertical dot menu) ? There is some debate about IMS and provisioning. My phone is listed as compatible with VoLTE on the Three website, but not on iD or Smarty’s website; they could all use different IMS service providers...it sounds like the Wild West, but I did see this post on Smarty that states “Be rest assured, if your device supports 4G and 5G then you will be able to use ser

Hi I am new in ID Mobile, and I received my SIM card yesterday, unfortunately mobile data does not work. I checked on another device and reset the settings and the signal was good. NOTHING HELPS....what to do? I want to cancel my contract.

I've had my mobile for over a year now and can only use it for WhatsApp when connected to WiFi. If I make a call it cuts out within a minute or two. I've tried multiple times to get help to no avail. Even to ring my GP they cant hear me and I have to get my husband to ring back on my behalf. My phone bill shows I make zero phone calls and approx 98% of my data is rolled over every month cos I can't get internet to use it. Every time I get in touch with ID mobile they try to ask for more evidence etc but surely my bills showing zero use of internet and calls should be enough. I'm at the point of getting a second contract with Vodafone but can't afford it and shouldn't have to. Please help

I can make calls but data connection now almost none existent. I get a connection about 10% of times but mostly nothing despite having 4g and four bars for signal. It has gotten progressively worse over the past six months. I have tried all the usual fixes but none of them seem to be the problem. Has the signal been down graded recently? it’s infuriating! geoff

Hi, I'm looking at buying an Apple Watch for our young son as a means of keeping in contact with him whilst he’s out of the house. I believe that you don't have to have the same carrier for your phone and the watch but wondered if the ID SIM in my phone was suitable for setting up the family sharing? I'll probably be using Better Roaming for the watch. Thanks.

Hello, so I'm new to id mobile, the signal checker says I get excellent 4g service inside and out but my signal is always non existent indoors, how do I get help regarding this issue

Coverege network very poor

I am currently having a problem for some reason out of no where my signal has gone. I'm getting no data not even a bar of signal. My network seems to be down when my sim card is fine and my bills are paid.... Pleasee help

OK, an oldie here so be kind and simple in any explanation i.e. no acronyms 😁I was thinking about how WiFi Calling actually works 🤔 With iD call plans certain numbers are ‘charged’ (084, 087, 09, 118 etc) and I was thinking that if a ‘charged’ call was connected through WiFi Calling only then surely it should be ‘free’ as you are not using iD mobile network for that call?!?!? Or are you not able to use one without the other?For example. I am with iD Mobile with regards to unlimited calls and texts with 5GB data/mth plan BUT if I used WiFi Calling to phone a ‘paid for’ number would it be free as my broadband supplier is BT and the call would be placed over their internet connection (at home).I kind of understand that iD would be involved at some point, initially, but if I turned off my data and VoLTE, WIFi Calling would connect the call via my BT broadband and so how could iD be able to charge for the call when it doesn’t use their network??Just a thought and any help is appreciated!

My direct debit has been set up with the sim number but I am porting my number on the 4th of this month. Does this automatically change?

When I try to make an international call I receive a message telling me I’m unable to make any calls because I’ve reached my capped limit. But my plan is for unlimited minutes, and international calls. What’s going on, and what can I do?

My data mobile is nor working

Any time I call a number it give automated message from ID “ you have dialled our customer payment helpline but our records show you are up to date with you payment” and hangs up?!

I have a ton of data available, but AT&T says that I have exceeded my limit this is very frustrating and never happened on EE! What do I need to do to get this fixed.

Although i have been with iD for years this week i have been receiving frequent messages from Vodafone. They are coming in a form that looks like an app not as SMS or email. Does anyone know why and how to stop them?
