My speed has dropped from around 350Mb download to 80Mb over the last few days. Who am I supposed to notify

Why is my mobile data only on one bar at a location where my mobile data would normally be on full bars? This is really irritating as I am someone who is vulnerable and if I get in an emergency it will not let me contact anyone.

Hello, I just want to report that mobile Internet connection is very slow in my postcode area SS16 5PR. It's been for more than a month now. Status checker now stated that there is no network issues but it's still not been fixed.

I just switched to iD Mobile from Three. I used a PAC code and my phone number switch date was Sep 30th. I have found that I am able to send text messages but am unable to receive them including the SMS one-time codes needed to set up the iD Mobile app. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S25FE running android version 16. I do not know if this is an issue on the networks end or if there are some phone settings I am unable to locate. In the messages app my phone number is set to the correct number. I have tried restarting my phone, switching various network settings and airplane mode on and off. My iD Mobile SIM is an eSIM.

Hi, since few hours I have no signal on my phone. No internet , no calls. Where can I call in uk for support and talk to a human ?

I have checked my plan and on the app and it states that I have unlimited data, minutes and texts. However today I have been unable to connect to the Internet or sent/receive messages without Wi-Fi connect. I have also not been able to make or receive any calls

My ID mobile hotspot does not work.. the phone internet is fine ID mobile says that there is no limit on hotspot data usage to other devices

I have recently switched to ID mobile and seeing issues.  Calls disconnecting even when in one spot, signal low in others, and going from 5G to SOS or no cover then back to 5G over very short distance within main town and motorways.  In my office I cannot get a call to keep signal for anything more than 2 minutes

My signal is rubbish it’s only 1 bar any updates to fix

Hi! I would love to know why 4g/5g connection can be so patchy in London & UK.I do not get a signal in Liverpool Street or Stansted airport for example. When walking in my local area, connection can come and go every 20 steps!!I travelled in Europe this summer and had perfect reception everywhere, including literally in the middle of nowhere. My phone will say I have perfect connection but there just isn’t!Considering the cost of bills and phones in the UK, is it simply chronic underinvestment? We are told how much is being invested by the operators but my experience leaves me skeptical!!

Recently, I have not been able to revive or make any calls for extended periods of time, rarely I am able to make calls but most of the day, I am unable to make calls or use my mobile data, I think it's something to do with this icon, I haven't done anything strange or installed anything malicious over the past few weeks so I'm unsure what could be causing it, I have attached 2 images, one for the symbol when it is working and one where it isn't. (The symbols are on the top left of my screen next to the WiFi symbol and the battery %)I have already tried restarting my device, shutting down and forcing it on airplane mode for a while before allowing internet again but nothing has worked, any help would be appreciated

Dear iD Mobile Team, Iv been on ID for a nearly a year. However, since December 2025, I have been facing issues with your network. Due to frequent minor fixes I would overlook the part where I keep a record or report the issue. Now, It has finally reached a serious point I am unable to maintain my health and safety.   Extremely poor signal at home and constantly on 2 bars. Most of my incoming calls go to voicemail. Medical professionals/ work colleagues/ Banking security team; are unable to reach me and maintain my health & safety. I have hundreds of missed call messages, and some even come days later. People have often reported issues with my network, where when I tried to call someone, it would not go through, but they would still receive a black call but cannot hear anything. This has truly been a nightmare.  I am unable to receive messages from many companies, especially verification codes. These messages arrive after a day or two, or sometimes not at all. This is a major probl

This is clearly more an issue with the Three network that ID uses, but since Wednesday 23rd September the signal in my house has been almost nil. I have been with ID for 3.5 years with very few issues, but I don’t have home broadband and rely on my mobile for all internet. It is now the fourth day with no information at all on why things have changed, and whether there are plans to fix it. If I walk 5 minutes down my road I can get 250Mbps on speedtest; here, more like 5Mbps, if I get a signal at all. Something changed on Wednesday, and I think we all deserve answers, or I will be forced to switch network.

Have tried all the recommended things, wifi calling/reset network stuff etc. I was on three network before and had no issues, so strange the service is really poor compared to before. In phone calls the receiver sometimes struggles to hear what is being said

My other phone is with id mobile it has unlimited data but it has stopped working

As soon as I get to the end of the road towards the town centre my signal completely drops.  My partner is also on ID and has the same issue, so I know it isn't my phone that's the issue.  I've also got coverage outside of the town centre so the problem is definitely localised.  Coverage has never been great in town, the old buildings don't help but this is everywhere both indoor and outdoor. It just drops dead.  Does anyone have the same issue?

my data isn’t working and i’ve just switched and it’s not been working at all. my business is on my phone so this is very inconvenient

No signal at all since around 6:50 last evening, (in Caerphilly area).Tried all the usual things to reset the connection.Frustratingly, ID's service status checker is showing no issues at all, whilst lots of customers are saying otherwise. Is this an issue with the Three network, or an ID issue?A timeframe on resolution would be appreciated 👍

Issue using my sim and number

Hi guys, I know this is a common issue with ID and has been asked before but has anyone had any luck with getting faster data speeds?  My data download speeds at home are painfully slow at time. Below 10Mb/s.  I’ve tried the sim in 2 phones and a mobile router and it’s exactly the same on each.  Funny thing is, I have a Three SIM in my work iPhone and I get around 70-80Mb/s.  The coverage checker says I should be getting excellent 4G.  It’s really frustrating.  Thanks.

Hi I’m contacting yourselves as I’m so fed up or not getting any signal at all at home and really getting good signal when I’m out and about. When I’m at home I’m missing important phone calls from the hospital and work calls etc and then it comes through as a missed call thorough text when the call hasn’t even came up on my phone because I don’t get signal. When I’m out and about I’m lucky if I get 2 bars signal sometimes this is not acceptable when I’m paying £60+ for a phone bill that I can’t use at its full potential. The only time I’m actually able to use my phone is when I’m connected to the hose WiFi and my data doesn’t even work because of the signal.

Hi, I have ID mobile account with 70gb data, unlimited calls and texts.  Have had this for years.  I needed to call for a plumber and googled some options and on calling the listed mobile numbers I was not able to call them as there was voice recording saying I had reached my cap limit and was not able to make any further calls until I had amended my limit.  My cap is 0 and always has been.  I was however able to call a land line and my sons and husbands mobiles with no issue but just have these odd  issues…. any ideas?  Its very frustrating that I cannot call directory listed mobile numbers when needed…. Any insight… thanks in advance

My sim randomly atopped working for several hours today, it was showing bars but said emergency calls only, no network on sim. Tried turning it off multiple times it didnt resolve then randomly 2 hours later it now seems to have registered the sim again

i have unlimited data but my account says I have exceeded my data limitthis can not be

All incoming calls are being sent to voicemail. My phone doesn’t ring at all. I have an iPhone. Call Forwarding is off, Focus is off, Live Voicemail is off, Silence Unknown Callers is off, but WiFi Calling is on. iPhone updated to latest iOS, but didn’t help. Adjusting the ringing timer via shortcode didn’t work either. Restarting the iPhone, or enabling then disabling Airplane Mode solves the issue, but not permanently. What works permanently is if WiFi Calling is switched off. Why is this the case? What is iD Mobile doing to fix this issue? Me and both my parents are on iD Mobile, and I’m the reason they switched to iD Mobile from O2 with whom they never experienced the issue. Now I’m embarrassed because they keep missing important calls such as from their GPs when they’re at home. And isn’t WiFi calling supposed to help you stay connected for when the mobile signal is weak?
