I no longer have access to my SIM CARD. I returned my router because it was not working and forgot to take the SIM CARD out of it.  I am such an idiot!! I have read that you are able to offer a free replacement. The email address associated to me is: { REMOVED } I am only using the SIM CARD with a router (in fact I am in the process of purchasing a new router) I do not have a mobile number associated to the SIM CARD. I would be very greatful if you could help me. Thank you very much in advance.

Hello I've have been receiving phone calls about me calling them even though i havent I'm suspecting my phone number has been cloned. What do i do about this?

I dropped my phone on a boat tripin Turkey into the sea. I need to claim insurance. I require proof of purchase and  proof I have stopped services. I also need to request a new eSIM how do I do all of this

I’ve been called repeatedly by 01217900432 explaining I needed to have a new sim card delivered. They then went on to send me a verification code to my email address and asked me to let them know what the code was. However in the email it specifically states that “ Remember, DO NOT share this code, and we'll never request this number from you over the phone.”So I told them that I wouldn’t be sharing the code and hung up. They then called back and told me that if I didn’t my sim card would be blocked!I hung up again but thought it important to let others know to be vigilant.

I am currently in dispute with iD Mobile regarding a faulty Samsung Galaxy S25 purchased directly through the iD Mobile website as part of a contract upgrade. When I reported the fault, I was directed to visit a Currys store for assessment. When I did so, Currys directed me back to iD Mobile. When I raised this in chat, I was again told to go to Currys again - with no formal arrangement, no reference number, and no named contact.Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (Section 23), iD Mobile as the trader are legally responsible for arranging any repair or replacement. Directing customers to third parties they have no contractual relationship with does not fulfill this obligation.I have since raised a formal complaint with iD Mobile and have noted that their own published buying terms incorrectly state that faults after 30 days are handled under manufacturer warranty - which conflicts directly with the CRA 2015.I have also filed a report with Citizens Advice for referral to Trading Standards

I requested proof of usage and blacklisting for an insurance claim as my daughter lost her phone. The first document I received showed the incorrect IMEI number and this is where the problem started. She has been using the same iPhone 13 handset and eSIM since joining ID mobile last August, however they are telling me there is no evidence of usage for the correct IMEI number on the ID network. We have the IMEI from the original box when we purchased the phone, which is the one provided to the insurance company on taking out the policy and it is the same one shown on my daughter’s device info when she logs into her Apple iCloud account, so why would ID mobile have a different IMEI? I have wasted hours so far, sending emails and speaking to the Live Chat agents. One supposedly escalated the issue to the technical team for investigation and gave me a reference number. Firstly he had tried to tell me that we had not been using the SIM long enough on ID Mobile for the correct IMEI number to

Hello before my sim was compromised so i blocked it. Now im trying to replace my esim but its saying it will send a text message code to my mobile number, but the sim has been blocked. Can you help me

I have recently got a strange text from ID that says ' Hi *****, if you're activating a physical SIM card, it's already in progress. Using an eSIM? Simply follow the instructions in the email with your QR code to download it to your phone. We'll send you an SMS as soon as your SIM is ready to use. I ignored it before but now I am emergency calls only, obviously I haven't done anything that would result in my getting texts from ID mobile, any ideas on what I should do?

0115 694 0026 just had a random call wasn’t expecting this call I’ve been checking out would id randomly call you without any reason it says no they don’t usually also this is not a number id mobile will call from is this a scam number??

Hi, I need help with an ongoing matter I have got lately. For the past 2 months I keep having random spam calls from different phone numbers, which goes throughout the day. I received phone calls about 20-25 times a day if not more, but if I answer there's no one speaking at the other end, indicating clearly that it is a robot call. I have started to believe that my phone number was sold into the black market or something, because this is getting out of hand. I can confirm that I have not input my details into any of the online website or so on.I find it very disturbing, but also a bit harrasing at the same time. It would be much appreciated your help with this matter

I received a text message advising me that my address has been changed

Hi, my phone has been lost by mobile.co.uk and i need to cancel my contract with you and order again how do I do this?  thanks.

Hi,  I lost my phone whilst on holiday a few days ago and would like to know my options for getting a new handset.  ThanksHope

Today I received an sms from ID stating that my new sim card should be registered following the instructions. I had requested no such thing. Called ID to be confirmed I had been a victim of sim swap fraud and they blocked my sim. Had to go to currys to get a new sim which I did. This evening I got a further sms to say my order had now been processed and upon checking my account plan has now gone from 7 quid to 41 quid a month and my address changed. How can the fraud team not pick up on all this and stop it in its tracks.I now have to wait till the morning to call ID fraud again to try and undo all the mess.  Useless

Someone has managed to get into my email and authorise a new e sim to be sent to them, they have changed my email meaning I can't get back into my account or number etc. What can I do?
