I chatted with customer service about a week or 2 ago asking for proof of purchase, I was told it would receive it in 24 to 48 hours. I still don’t have it.The offer will expire before I get the receipt the way this is going. 

I’m located in Gateshead Tyne and Wear. Since January 2025 my (iPhone 13 Pro ) mobile phone loses the ability to receive or make calls using ID Mobile’s service on both 4G and WiFi calling when at home or out and about . It works fine for making and receiving calls using WhatsApp, so clearly my phone has got a data connection to the internet.  When this happens, I generally try turning the phone off and back on, but this doesn’t seem to resolve anything. It seems to me that the issue may be with ID Mobile’s infrastructure not being able to give me a “channel” through which to make or receive calls with a worryingly high frequency.  It’s starting to make ID Mobile untenable as a service for me.  I’ve missed a number of urgent calls recently from family members and clients who say that my phone just rings and I don’t answer.  It doesn’t even go into voicemail most of the time it seems. 

I'm interested to know whether anyone has actually received their reward for refer-a-friend scheme- or scam (trying to establish which is the correct term for this???)I've been trying to get my reward since January. The person who is supposed to sort it out (Aklambio ) has required all sorts of information about the successful referral that normally I would not expect to have to provide… the person says it's because they don't have access to ID Mobile database because they are third party… okay fair enough… but… I've provided all the obscure references and other details about the referral contract and now…CHIRPS (utter silence except bird's twittering in the trees...)So, before I write this referral reward claim off as a scam, I just like anyone who has received their reward to let me know how long ago this was and how they did it ?Thanks

New phone 6 weeks ago and signed up to ID Mobile. Went on first holiday abroad in many years, a cruise around the Canaries. While there I received texts advising that Spain was a roam free destination - subject to a “fair use” policy. However, within 3 days I received further texts from ID stating that I had reached 100% of my “roaming cap” and this was subject to a £45 charge.  Looking at my account I could see that the limit for additional billing had defaulted on my phone to £75. I set this to £0 and kept my phone off for the rest of the tripCould a member of the ID team explain how charging me £45 for what can only be a few mb of data can be described as a “fair use policy”? Also, how can I contest this charge, if my ID account has defaulted to allow additional billing to take place? Surely a fairer and more honest approach would be to set a default to £0 and then the customer could make an informed choice.  

For last month I've not been receiving text until days later after they've been sent.I've tried turning off and on again , manual roaming to different network and check my number is correct .Anyone else still having this issue, I think.its time to look at leavingA

I lost my sim card but I don't customer service number 

I'm close to the end of my contract. Can anyone tell me when do I stop paying the cost of my handset? Is it when I'm able to upgrade or is it at the end of my contract date? I can't afford to upgrade so I'll be looking to switch to a sim only plan at the end of my plan. From what I can see, my upgrade date commences after 8th May, but my 24mth contract ends 8th July. 

My switchover from O2 to ID Mobile was supposed to have taken place on Monday (2 days ago) but as yet it hasn’t happened. I contacted ID Mobile using Live Chat on Monday afternoon and was told that the switchover would happen by 6pm on Monday. I also mentioned that I hadn’t received the eSim that I had requested. I was told that a physical sim would be posted to me and that I could request an eSim via the app.I have tried to add my number to the app, using my number, my surname and date of birth but I receive a message saying my details do not match ID Mobiles records.I spent around three hours yesterday and well over five hours today trying to get through to someone on Live Chat but all I get is the following message “I’m sorry. I’m not available to chat at this time. Please try again later and I will be glad to help you.”Any ideas? I recently returned from holiday, during which I lost my SIM card abroad. Upon returning, I visited Currys and picked up a replacement SIM. I followed the registration steps, and the notification indicated my SIM would be active within 30 minutes. However, it has now been over two days and my SIM is still not working.After multiple attempts, I finally managed to speak with an ID Mobile chat agent, but they were unable to access my account due to ongoing external technical issues on your side.Could someone please assist me in getting my replacement SIM activated as soon as possible? I switched to ID mobile yesterday and had an email to say the switch was complete however I can’t call or send messages unless I am connected to WiFi?! 

Good morning, I have a question, I connected the ID subscription and they blocked my card completely, how can I get back my number that I had???

I have recently tried moving my number to Vodafone but the pac is not valid. Vodafone have suggested contacting ID and asking them to cancel the current PAC and issue a new one. I have called ID twice today and received no actual help to resolve my issue. 

I got a SIM card for my son to use in his smart watch called Imoo. Got it working but for me to set up the iD mobile app to keep track of his data usage etc, it’s trying to send a code to the sim number to get me logged into the app, however the watch cannot receive text messages from random numbers so it won’t come through.  How can I get round this? 

Tried to contact Customer Service several times today. Used two different browsers and used incognito mode. The bot freezes and chat simply does not connect. I raised a an issue more than a month ago. Two weeks ago there was still no resolution. Today I simply can't connect to the webchat to see if Technical Support have a resolution to the issue.Please help.

I returned my order as it was incorrect but my app is saying I'm currently on a new plan, which is not the case. I can't get through to anyone on the live chat! I've also not received confirmation of my returned order. How do I get through to customer service when there is no number and the chat won't work?
