Hi. I’ve just ordered my new sim to switch over to ID but I didn’t see where I needed to put in the PAC. Now it’s on its way but I can’t put in my PAC. How do I do this?

I have recently moved to iD network from Sky, I have the PAC details to keep my number, when ordering my sim/plan I entered all the details to keep my number but I have been asked to register but have to use the iD number provided not my Sky number. Will my old number be ported over on the 1st June as I requested.

Please help - I have my new SIM only plan with ID now but can’t find where to enter my PAC number to transfer my mobile number across to ID eSIM. Please advise. Many thanks

I keep trying to login/register as I’m a new customer and just took out a new contract I’m trying to get onto the app and it keeps saying my details don’t match but I’ve checked everything and it’s all the same what do I do as I will have a bill due out in the coming weeks

I joined 10 days ago and waited for my SIM to arrive.  I then received a message from royal mail to say it's been delivered! Nothing in the postbox so I waited a few days. Still nothing.I try to contact ID, but can only live chat, so I explain what's happened and ask for another SIM.  Send us a picture of your passport they say. I say no, I'm not sending such sensitive information to a chat line. All I wanted was for them to send me a SIM to replace the one that never arrived.I've asked them to cancel my contract..

I want to check there is a deal for £10per month which gives 80GB data, is that 80GB data for year or every month I’ll be getting 80GB?

When I put in the number i want to keep along with my PAC i cannot select a date as the calendar is greyed out. can anyone help please? I’ve tried desk top rather than app, incognito mode, turned my phone off and on again- going round in circles…TIA

Hi i’m a new customer and i’m having trouble activating my sim card as i no longer have the 19 digit code

Hello,Hope this find you well !  I have just switched over to iD Mobile and when I chose to do my swap I provided my PAC code. I have been given a new mobile number but I can’t access the app as I can’t provide the confirmation code that is sent to that number, but my old number isn’t being recognised either.  I’m not sure if the switch over has been done or not, I’m just unsure where to go from here as it says my bill starts from the 25/05/26. Any update would be great.  To confirm my PAC code is as follows:  Thank You  Best Wishes Sarah Silva

I placed an order 2 days ago (24th) not heard anything to say the order has gone through, just an email saying we are processing the order?

I have been sold a SIM card so that I an get wifi on my MacBook on site etc, but when I am trying to log in its asking for a code that has been sent as a text but the SIM card is in a wifi bank not a phone so I cant get the text message.

Ive just joined ID mobile and they are sending me a one time passcode 8 digits to register my sim to be able to use it but the text will not come to my phone?

I would like to purchase theiD Mobile Pay Monthly SIM30 days rollingData: UnlimitedMinutes: UnlimitedTexts: UnlimitedPay monthly:£15.00£15 student discount dealHowever, I cannot purchase a completely new number without having to switch from something. I am purchasing this for a new device, and require a new number however my ONLY options upon checkout are Keep my number and switch on SIM arrival  Keep my number and schedule switch now (requires a PAC)  Lose my number & schedule switch now (requires a STAC) None of these options are applicable to me because I have no number to switch it from, and require a whole new number. This has been incredibly frustrating so far, the bot live chat has been very unhelpful as well. This previous user has shared the same experience, however there has been no solution & the user switched providers in the end. https://community.idmobile.co.uk/ask-a-question-18/new-customer-wanting-a-new-number-but-check-out-only-allows-switching-81307?I would rea

Hi, I had to set a date for my PAC code switch over, but I didn’t know when to put it, so I just put it a week from my order date. However my phone hasn’t come yet and the pac code date I chose is tomorrow.  1- will this affect my new phone when I do try to use a pac code  2- will this mean my phone contract shuts off on the date I chose even if I haven’t used my pac code yet

how and where do i enter my pac code ive just created a new order

The QR code I got sent to activate is not working as I don't think my phone allows an esim after following each steps as advised. Can I get the manual SIM sent to me?

I have just joined id and received my new sim but it is not working im not receiving your texts

I have now switched yesterday, I have turned my phone on and off and I cannot make phone calls and cannot receive them. everything else works.

I need to give you a pac code

I received an email early this morning stating due to high demand it’s taking long to process my order.  I’ve attached a screenshot of the email does this mean my order’s been accepted?

I've ordered a sim only plan but during checkout there was no option to enter a PAC code. I've now received info on my new number and plan. My new sim hasn't arrived yet. The website tells me to log onto the ID mobile app and enter the PAC code there but I can't log with my current number. What should I do next to keep my number? Thanks
