What is the most important thing you enjoy since you joined ID mobile family?

I've just ordered an  e sim for a new account but my phone is not compatible with e sim . I need to order a physical sim but Avington great difficulty getting in touch with anyone .

Just switched to ID number just ported over today and I  can't receive any calls. I can ring out ok but when anyone calls me it says number currently unavailable try again later.

hi my iPad cannot receive messages and I cannot activate my account because of it

Hi how many sim i can take

How do I actually talk to to someone from this company

When purchasing a plan i chose the option to keep my number. why have i been sent a new one? When signing up for the plan, I could also see at the bottom of every page that I had selected to keep my number but now I have been sent an email informing me of my new number. What's going on? Can I get this sorted?

After trying to get a resolution for the last 5 weeks I am still waiting. My last two converstaions do seem to have given some insight to the issue. That being that I already had a plan that my son was using that appears to have ended literally days before I started a new plan for myself. Despite requesting ID Mobile to port my old number to my new plan they now say they somehow ported it to the plan my son uses. However his number never changed so not sure how that works then. They are now saying that my old number has been used and can not be used again, i.e. I have lost the number I have used for over 20 years that my clients, family and friends use.

I am switching from another supplier. On the paperwork my number is incorrect, please amend. Please contact me by email.Thank you.

I need help to make 2 different numbers work independently on the app

Hi I've ordered e sim. No mention of being able to keep my number.  Can't log in as sent accept my phone number.  Help.  I can't lose my number

Hello ID,I am trying to transfer my old number to my new plan and it will not allow me to do so.Can you advise as to how ican speak to an actual person for assistance?Cheers

Hi, I need to speak to someone please. I had three mobile lines with Sky. One for me and one for each of my two kids. All under my single control. I decided to transfer from Sky to ID mobile.I’m now starting to regret the whole thing. My number has transferred. My son’s numbers have not.As such, I am being charged by both sky mobile and ID for mobile line rental for my two kids lines. All three PAC switches were detailed to ID Mobile on the same day.My switch was finally completed on 16-01-2026When I look at the ID mobile app on each of my kids phones I see “Work In Progress! You’re currently viewing the plan for xxxxxxxxxx, which already has a pending switch request”This has read the same since before 16th January.I have clicked the option on the app ‘Report a problem’ many times and left details of these issues.I’ve done this on both numbers in the respective ID mobile apps a few times.Nothing has ever happened in response.I don’t think anything is happening here at all, so I am making c

Apologies if already answered, but I’m confused about process. I have a Vodafone small bus account with 2 monthly sims, and have obtained PAC codes.I’m semi retired now so wanted to simplify and save money to come across to ID mobile as our daughter has it and always seems to have better reception/data coverage.i ordered new Sim only, and it arrived today so I added it to my immobile login, and provided first PAC ready for switch tomorrow.i assumed once logged in I’d have option to buy new sim only, but all I see is option to add subscription. This seems to then need a surname/dob/number for but I’ll not have those till new order placed… do I just order a new SIM and repeat all my ID and billing info again, I just want to add a 2nd identical subscription and provide my wife’s PAC

I am now a ID mobile customer. I would like to have the same phone number which I have with three but sanding a message to 65075 they don't gives me that and I don't know what to do next!!! Can you please help me with that or it's impossible to do this. Thank you and kind regards Dorian

I have an ID sim that I pay for but have never used it. I wish to use it in a mifi but how can I activate the sim without firstly putting it in a phone (I already have a ID mobile sim that I don’t want to change) is this possible as I already have an unlocked Mifi or would it be easier to buy another phone and use that on a personal hot spot basis.thank you.

I want to add a new line to my existing contact with a new phone for my wife

How can I purchase a plan and SIM card for my son, on my account?  He needs a telephone number, SIM and contract (have an old phone he can use) but it needs to be linked to/in my plan/contract.  Is this possible please?Thank you

I have purchased sim only deals for my daughter and I. i have two email accounts so used one for each so I could keep track. for my daughters Account I received emails - to say I’d ordered an e-sim and to say they would post a new sim.for my account - nothing i have received 1x SIM card in the post with nothing to indicate which account it relates to. i cannot access my online account because it only recognises my old mobile number and tells me it is sending a text to confirm access…. But EE have cut this account off now so I am not getting the text

I took out three new plans but ones not working

My partner ordered a SIM which has arrived. He can't register the number because we can't find any emails providing the SIM number.

When I call 123 it asks me to set up an PIN and to do that by calling us from your phone, which is what I thought I was doing. Where am I going wrong?

When I try to enter my date of birth when registering it say. not valid, no matter how I rearrange it. When try to speak to an agent on chat box it asks for postcode. again it won’t recognise a proper code.

Hello, I switched to ID from Lebara. My old number has not switched over after about 6 or so days since I did the PAC thing. I got the PAC code and then typed it in at the right place on the ID app.  Please help!

So on the 18th of march my number changed over to mobile id.ive been calling them every two days wasting so much time trying to sort out why I can’t receive calls or texts to this number.after two weeks of back and forth on the phone I stated I can’t receive calls or texts only call people over this time. which is pointless to me due to I use this phone for business. So if a customer try’s to call me how will I know who to call back ect.  they tried to call me today after this issue but since they trying to call me didn’t get hold of me because my number doesn’t work. They automatically staged the issue is solved. When the issue hasn’t be solved as they clearly couldn’t call me.I don’t recommend ever porting a number or trying to keep a existing number and changing it to mobile id as i seen this being a very very long process of months to come this issue has been going on for two weeks and I’ve really had enough of this service they provide. they don’t put me to anyone that can solve i
