So on the 18th of march my number changed over to mobile id.ive been calling them every two days wasting so much time trying to sort out why I can’t receive calls or texts to this number.after two weeks of back and forth on the phone I stated I can’t receive calls or texts only call people over this time. which is pointless to me due to I use this phone for business. So if a customer try’s to call me how will I know who to call back ect.  they tried to call me today after this issue but since they trying to call me didn’t get hold of me because my number doesn’t work. They automatically staged the issue is solved. When the issue hasn’t be solved as they clearly couldn’t call me.I don’t recommend ever porting a number or trying to keep a existing number and changing it to mobile id as i seen this being a very very long process of months to come this issue has been going on for two weeks and I’ve really had enough of this service they provide. they don’t put me to anyone that can solve i

Hi, Hopefully quick question. I already have a phone contact on my account, that my son uses. I have just taken out another contract, for my daughter to use. I can't work out how to get this second phone onto my account. I'm also struggling a little to get going on the phone, new iPhone 15. It seems to have cut off my daughter's old (Vodafone) account, but not turned on the new ID Mobile account. Any thoughts gratefully received. Matthew.

hi just joined have a pac code, how do i get this applied?

Two of Currys gift card not working. Says it is empty or not activated. Who is playing Currys .ID mobile Or mobiles.co.uk.

Hi all,Recently switched across to ID from EE. I took out 1 contract with 2 devices for myself and my wife on Thursday. Passed across all the relevant information and PAC codes. Mine has gone through within 24 hours, but my wife hasn't received any text or mail to say that it's completed.Still showing the number of the new SIM card and not her old number she wants to keep. Original EE SIM card has now deactivated and not working.Any suggestions or tips? I did try reactivating again via the ID app, however it was shown as an error.Any help would be greatly appreciated!Darren

I have two ID accounts open against my name and two SIM cards.  How do I find out which account is associated with each of the SIM cards?

Upgraded my phone contract the other day, my new phone has arrived and it has gave me a new number as standard. I would like to keep me old number, I have the pac number but it won’t allow me to switch the numbers. I’ve tried pressing switch to ID on the app, I type in some details and it says there was a problem. Is that the correct way of keeping my old number?

How do I schedule my switching date with my PAC number if I can't login to the app as it wants to send an authorisation code to my ID mobile number when I'm still using my old number and SIM ?

Hi I need help with account

Can’t put date to switch my old number to ID

I received a Curry's gift card as part of the SIM only deal, tried to use it, turns out it's expired. I received it in March and tried to use it in March. Help?

I am trying to activate my account but have not received my one time password despite several attempts

I am an ID Mobile customer and I wondered if I can purchase a contract sim for our electric gate intercom in the street on a similar plan to my own?

I have transfered my phone number over to idmobile from vodaphone. I can receive calls but cannot make any or use mobile data.

I have transfered my phone number over to idmobile from vodaphone. I can receive calls but cannot make any or use mobile data.

I just got an eSim for my iPad. The iPad shows Mobile Data Number Unknown in Settings. I need the number to finish setting up my iD mobile account. The emails I have received from iD don’t mention the phone number anywhere, and I’m a little bit stuck. Do you know where can I find this?

I want to enter the watcher spring clean competition but the link is not opening. Help on this issue would be much appreciated please.

Hi how long does it take for my old number to switch over I got the phone a week ago and on the id app it says it’s still transferring and I did the pac code and switch details when I ordered it but wasn’t given a date just a vague switching will happen after collection date, this is extremely frustrating as I can’t take calls I am expecting on my old number, it’s 2026 why does it take so long and why isn’t there any customer service for id mobile

Can someone please help me? I need to speak to is mobile but I can’t even find where to type for live chat! Arghhhh

I’ve ordered 2 SIM cards for each of my children but I don’t know which one is which and only one has arrived so far.

when i tried to use it they said there was no balance. How do I sort this

Would love to get my hands on the cobalt violet samsung. 💜

Hi community I have just joined id and my sim isn’t working in my new phone..it says no sim- no service so don’t know how to get a new one from ID mobile Can anyone help?  kidest regards

I want to keep my old number. My old number comes up when I call people, but not when I text them; when I text, my new number comes up. Can you change this so that my old number comes up instead? I have already used my PAC number to keep my old number, it's just that when I text, my new number comes up.

I have just ordered a SIM card and paid for it online, fine. But when I try to log in via the onboarding page I get an error “Sorry your details cannot be verified”. Im assuming the mobile number is my own since I have not got as far as entering the PAC code to transfer my sons mobile (but I tried that as well, same error). So can log in ok with username password DOB but whatever mobile number I use its not accepted. I did try to use the online chat that tried to pass me to an agent to speak to but it said this was not available. Not the best of starts.
