Anthing quicker than chat?

I have spent over an hour on chat trying to sort a billing issue. Chat is the only way of getting of someone who can actually help. The only problem with that is, that the ID Mobile staff are dealing with multiple queries at the same time and can take 5-10 min to come back to you. The 1st time I tried to get in contact with ID I couldn't chat as I was driving at the time. It wasn't till I got home 3 hours later I had to get on chat. After over an hour on the chat, it disconnected without my issue being solved. I switched to ID over the disappointment with Three. I feel that are just as bad. So unprofessional. Can anyone recommend how I can speak to a human to get my issue resolved please?

I have an ID account and recently went SIM only, I have the PAC number but no idea how to transfer my phone number to the new SIM card as I have gone iD mobile to ID mobile. Can anyone tell me how?

My phone number is not recognised

Hello. I am a new customer id mobile. My phone is Samsung S24 Ultra. I transferred my number from O2 a week ago. No one can call my number or send a txt message. They receive a message that the number is not recognized. I can call and send a txt message. Has anyone had a similar situation?

Hi,I had my confirmation message this morning from my previous provider to say my service with them had now been cut off. I can see that my phone number has not ported across yet and its been almost 5 hours, is this normal?

RCS Chat Samsung S24 Ultra still using old number

I have had my Sim since Saturday, and the port went through on Monday, in my About Phone the number has changed to my ported number, the one I wanted, but in RCS Chat it will not change, no matter what I do.I have followed every instruction I have found and still the number that the Sim arrived with is the only number that RCS Chat will useWhy is it so hard to sort these issues?I left Smarty after a month because of this failure, I don’t want to have to do it again!Some people are getting messages form the SIM number supplied, not my own ported number i have had for years!

Unable to access my account

I cannot now access my account. I am aware there has been an update and it asks me to reregister *( a pain) but I waited the 9 minutes and started. BUT it will not accept my new password keeps saying Password must not include first name, last name or email. App not working

Mr. Mathew You are very good qt asking people to use others gadgets to solve Id mobile app issues. Good in taking money as well. Why on earth will I pay for a service that's telling me their service is the best but better if you use PC and other mobile phone to call and make payments blah blah blah. I had a chat today with chimera, your colleagues. I was talking about app not working.He went and put add on of 3GB and charged me 8£. Without me asking for it. Day light robbery.Just because I mentioned I will move to ee or 3 mobile, he just decided to take £8 of my sickpay, in this living cost we all suffering in. That is customer service. Daylight robbery.Almost 2weeks now I cannot see mobile app. Cannot see data usage and now you put £ 8 add ons without my permission.Seriously, this is not the company WHICH! is recommending to all.USwitch and all other a..l..kers, who say iD mobile is good, is a reap of. Please cancel this contract.Good I am on monthly basis. From 02, one of the biggest

I have eventually managed to log into the new “updated” App/webpage. How do I find out my usage? How many minutes I’ve used, or how many texts. How much data have I used..where are my data rollover details? All very useful feature of the old App which now appear to have gone with this “new” version!

I am in the process of switching to iD and am waiting for my SIM to arrive to complete the switch. I have had confirmation from iD that my billing will be from 7 April but I cannot use the service until SIM arrives and switch is complete? is this correct.

Ordered my new phone and sim. Received it yesterday. Network does not work. Restarted, rebooted, re-inserted, no joy. I'm trying the app, the same. It is disgraceful. I have paid for the product they offer, yet cannot deliver. Get a grip iD mobile!!!

Does iD Mobile actually exist ?

As a birthday present for my wife I got her a new phone on an iDmobile contract. The phone arrived a few days ago and that was all ok. The trouble started when I tried to transfer her number. I got a PAC code from Lebara and filled in the “Switch to iD Mobile” form on the website. I got a totally useless error message that starts “We’ve tried to process you PAC, but there is a issue”. It doesn’t say what the issue is or how top proceed from this point just that there is an issue. I have now done this 4 times, each time starting from scratch, double checking the information, getting somebody else to check the information, and taking a screenshot each time. Same result each time, useless error message. Apparently the only way to contact iD mobile is via social media so I sent them a message on Messenger yesterday morning, no reply, nothing, it’s just disappeared into a black hole. I did get an email asking me to registered on the app and change my pin, when I tried to do this it said it

No Service After Port-in

HI Folks,   I have just joined ID from EE and so requested my PAC code from EE to transfer my number. The problem I am having is that it would appear that my number on my phone has been updated but my screen shows “NO SIM / NO SERVICE” and it would appear that I have indeed lost the network as I cannot get any phone or text service and I have lost mobile data.The Pac request was placed Saturday with transfer on Tuesday and as I stated earlier it would aooear to have gone through as my old EE phone has gone off.I have tried the usual switch off/on, reseated and wiped the sim but still no luck, I even went into Currys and they just said it might take a while, but it has been 32 hours now and its getting ridiculous.I have tried loggin on to ID mobile but when I tried to register they wanted to send me a code through to my phone which I cannot get messages on. Any help or ideas would be most welcome .

incorrect data plan after ID mobile app updated

After ID mobile app is recently updated by the company, my sim data plan changed by ID from 120GB to 1.5 GB.  My contract is a sim only 120 GB data unlimited calls and voicemails each month until Aug 2024. Can ID staff please rectify the errors?

data,cslls,texts not working

Hi I missed a payment yesterday but paid it today around 11am it’s now 10pm and my account hasn’t been re-activated I’ve turn my phone off and on I even took out the SIM card and put it back in but nothing works sadly and it is frustrating as I just moved home and got no WiFi here
