    connection

    Hi all does anyone have the same problem with connecting to internet or apps very slow or non existent tried turning phone off checked coverage fine thought it was phone took it to apple they tested it and said phone ok no problems internet connection not steady as supposed to be up and down raggedy all the time doesn’t matter where I’m at same problems they asked what network I’m on said ID told that’s where my problem could lie very cheap but not good coverage I said it’s roughly 3 and was told exactly say no more tried speed test twice these are the results server - Dublin I’m in northeast mbps upload 2.68 download 0.59 second test upload 0.53 which was sticking download 0.09 that’s definitely not right

    Hi all why is it where ever I go and try to connect to internet it’s slow as anything and won’t load up for ages I’ve been trying to ask this question for over 20 minutes but it’s that slow some places are fine but does id mobile have a good coverage all over the uk especially the north thx

    poor network connection

    Having big problems with connecting to internet.my area has 4g. With ok to good bars showing on my Google pixel 8. Often have unusable data connection. Also phone calls can only happen if I'm in my garden as it cuts out regularly, but I have to move about so the person can still hear me. Not happy.

    Issue with connection to landlines

    I am having major issues of call quality when phoning landlines. The users on the other end can't hear me properly and state my phone is constantly dropping. This is when I call any landlines number. This does not happen when I call a mobile or if a landline calls me. I have wifi calling on and this doesn't help. It's causing me major issues and I need help getting it fixed please. Thanks

    bad 4G connection, no 5G

    Just came over today from 02 and I think I’ve made the worst decision in my life. I have poor Internet connection 4g not working 5g Existent i have one Signal bar when I had 3 singnal bars and 5g with 02 I use a iPhone 15 max pro which brought out right with Apple.. so what’s the best way to solve this problem regards Daz

    no or sporadic phone connection

    I have recently joined ID and unfortunately since joining whenever I am making calls away from my home at any location across the UK as I have tested whilst travelling I am either not able to make calls or they cut off during a call and then will not allow me to callback. Extremely frustrating as I work in the community with vulnerable patients and need to be able to contact colleagues/services to ensure my safety. I have seen this issue in another chat, they recommend turning VoLTE on but I have no option for this. I’ve tried the live chat and keep going round in circles with this, there are no connection issues in my area or where I have within the UK, I purchased this IPhone with my SIM direct from ID mobile so should therefore be compatible.My experience so far is unsatisfactory as I cannot find any option to speak with a human and this phone and contract are currently not fit for purpose-please can someone from ID mobile contact me to discuss as a matter of urgency?

    Little to zero network connection with Pixel 9 Pro XL

    New to ID and I'm wondering if anyone can advise on an issue I'm having with my new handset. I got the Pixel 9 Pro XL and I've noticed my ID network connection can be very poor, or drop entirely. At the minute if I go to Google speed test using mobile data it won't even load. Coverage in my area is listed as excellent and I haven't had issues with it in the past with any other providers, including Three. Whereas right now there are times I can't do things like load the Uber app (I get a network error) or make a search on Google Maps (no connection). I have tried the steps the chat bot lists and nothing worked, until I tried in another handset. I tried the SIM in my old handset (Pixel 7 Pro) and data worked fine, Google speed test showing a 10Mb download speed. Not that the issue is the speed here, it's the fact it's actually working on the other handset. I don't know whether this is a general issue with the Pixel 9 Pro XL or my handset in particular. How would I find out?

    4G connection not working

    At my partners address the coverage checker says he should have excellent inside and outside coverage but neither of us can get an Internet connection on our phones. This was always poor but recently has got to the point we can't even use our phones. Both of us with ID, he has a Samsung S22 and I have a Huawei P30 pro. Phone calls are vertually impossible but 4G and signal appear good on the phone. We have reset network settings, but no change. I can't find a way to report this to ID except to the community. Is anyone able to assist please? Thanks

    No mobile data connection at home

    I'm hoping this will get resolved somehow as at present I have no mobile data what so ever and never have since joining ID when I'm at home which is quite frustrating especially if the Internet goes down then I have no access to the Internet at all. This appears to mostly affect the RG21 5GX area as around 95% of the time when commuting I have either 4G/5G access most places I go.

    unusable internet connection

    After having problems with my phone number being transferred over , leaving me with no connection for well over a day. Now I have been told everything has gone over successfully but I have no real usable internet connection. At best a 3G connection that lasts for a few seconds then drops out again. I have just taken out this contract for handset and sim but as it is unusable I might have to use the cooling off period and cancel the contract. Very disappointed.
