Cannot reply to short code - job application

Hi, I have signed up for job alerts via a well known UK logistics company. They sent me a text message and asked me to reply with YES to receive job alert notifications. Their number is 64045. When I reply YES I always receive “Not delivered”. I have attempted this multiple times on different days. I am on a monthly rolling plan. Unlimited minutes and text. Please help.

    More short code issues

Hi, having followed the series of steps shown by ID Help, I am still unable to send a single, specific short code message. This is rather critical because I need to find out my Talktalk account number, done by messaging 361 with ACCOUNT NUMBER. I need to find out my Talktalk account number because without it I cannot link my ‘My Account’ back to my phone number/contract. Talktalk support have deregistered this connection during fault finding and are telling me to link it back in order to regain access to my ‘My Account’. I have a house move in 4 days and need access to My Account to instigate the move. Can’t get into My Account without the account number, cant get account number without getting into My Account. CATCH 22! Talktalk support is stunningly unhelpful, hours on the chat system, contradictory statements, unfulfiled return contact promises, the whole gamut, beginning to think I’ll be moving house with no ISP, and a contract still running which I cannot access! If I can get this

Add messages to short codes to payment plan

When I send a messsage to a short code I am told: Calls or texts to short codes are chargeable and are not included in your standard allowance or Add-ons. See our call charges page: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/call-charges The linked Call charges & Add-On pages allows me to determine that messages to the short code I am using will cost me £0.15. However, I can’t see how to add this to my plan, on which I have a £10 cap. There is no option under Add-ons. It is odd making it so difficult to increase my spending.

why can't I send SMS to shortcode ?

Has something changed (well obviously it has!) . I can no longer send a text to a short code number, I have sent messages to this number before for a year or two , up until a couple of weeks ago. I haven't changed any of my out of plan preferences ( I have checked my settings ). I still have a full amount cap in place and have my account set to send out to premium numbers and short code numbers ?

PAC Code Request - Exchange Numbers & Network Issue

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to request PAC codes for my two exchange numbers. I wish to transfer them between providers. For the past four months, I have experienced inconsistent internet service in Stevenage. Consequently, I obtained a PAC code from another provider, but their network is also inadequate. To resolve this, I require a PAC code from ID Mobile for the number ending 681, which is used by various government and other sector organizations. I would like to exchange PAC codes with the other provider to facilitate a smooth transfer. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Kind regards, Waqas Ul Manan
