    Hi I was leaving idmobile and went to pay my final bill but I couldn’t access there on line account as they restricted my account and then phoned them and there automated phone line wasn’t working either it was only £4 bill but after months they said I have missed 2 payments and put it on my credit report the bill is gone know and I am in credit for £5 is there any thing I can do to get this off my credit report thanks

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to raise a concern regarding my monthly bill. When I took out my contract, I agreed to a monthly payment of £38.99. I was made aware that the cost could increase slightly due to standard annual adjustments, but I understood this would be no more than £1.50. However, I’ve recently been charged £46.88, which is significantly higher than expected. This increase is far beyond what I was led to believe when I entered into the agreement and is not financially manageable for me moving forward. Could you please clarify: Why the bill has increased so substantially Whether this change is permanent or temporary What options are available to reduce my monthly payments, as this is now far more expensive than what I signed up for I would appreciate your support in resolving this matter and look forward to your response

    Complaint i have been trying to address an issue with an upgrade with ID Mobile for weeks. I contact the live chat numerous times, which is pointless, extremely unhelpful and given all different information. Finally I logged a complaint with customer service where I received a message confirming they would resolve the issue within 7 working days, which it all states in there complaints procedure. this time has passed and I still have no been contacted, the overall service is extremely poor!!

    I have had a complaint put in on my behalf via the live chat as I advised that I would be putting in a complaint about all the issues I've had since joining id mobile. The advisor then told me they had escalated my complaint and someone would be in touch. I said I didn't ask for a complaint to be put in on my behalf as I hadn't articulated my issues fully within the chat. I also did not ask the advisor to do so. I asked for a copy of the complaint so I was aware of the content when the complaints team called. I as told this couldn't happen as the complaint had been passed on. I expressed my concerns and advised it was not acceptable and that again I need the content of the complaint provided. After a few minutes and no replies the advisor left the chat. I have the transcript saved. Around an hour later I received a phone call from the complaints team. I advised I wanted a copy of the complaint before I discussed anything and asked that this be emailed. I was told it would be escalated

    Complaint - A simple order problem turns into a marathon effort to get answers from the online chat

    I tried to resolve a problem with an order with the online chat and it has taken 4 conversations where I have been given the wrong information about an order cancellation. Each time I am on the online chat for around 40 minutes before I get any information. Each time I am getting more frustrated with ID. Especially they ask what I am asking for even though it is in the chat and they reply incorrectly. I tried to complain and it opened up an online chat where they didn’t have any information and asked all the same questions with the same experience. Really frustrating. Where do you go when you don’t get the answers. All I want to do is get confirmation my order was cancelled. And have that confirmed in email, which they say will come but never does.

    Final Formal Complaint – Unresolved Issue Regarding Unauthorised Add-On Purchase

    Dear iD Mobile Complaints Team, I am writing this as a final formal complaint regarding my ongoing issue, which has not yet been resolved despite multiple attempts to contact your team both via email and the community support channels. To summarise: I previously requested the removal and refund of the 15GB 12-month add-on that was accidentally purchased by my child. I did not authorise this purchase and have made this clear in my earlier correspondence. I was promised a follow-up email, which I did receive; however, the response was insufficient and merely advised me to call your sales team. I have already stated that I am currently unable to call and require all communication to be handled in writing. It has now been over four days since my written response, and I have not received any proper update or resolution. This delay and lack of communication is unacceptable and falls short of the standards expected under Ofcom’s complaint-handling guidelines and the Consumer Rights Act 2015,

    Complaint: Unable to Cancel 12-Month 15GB Add-On Accidentally Purchased

    Dear iD Mobile Team, I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding an accidental purchase of a 15GB data add-on for 12 months, which was mistakenly added by my child. After realizing the error, I searched your help community and found a response from an iD Mobile employee named Tyler, who confirmed that such 12-month add-ons can be removed in cases of accidental purchase, as 12 months is a long commitment. Following this, I contacted your support team and was told that I would receive a follow-up within 3 days. It has now been 4 days, and I have not received any update or resolution. I then visited the iD Community Chat for assistance, but the representative simply advised me to call the help team and check the app. However, there is no option in the app to cancel or remove an active 12-month add-on. When I explained this and asked for further help, my message was ignored. I find this experience very frustrating, especially as I have seen that other customers in similar situations

    So on the 3rd October, I raised a concern/complaint to the ID support team. They told me it that was supposed to be being investigated and raised as a to why I never got any data on my roaming whilst in Turkey on holiday and I had paid £20 for it eveb though it didn’t work the entire time I was there? Why haven’t I heard anything back from the team? Its nearly the end of the month and was supposed to be contacted in 48hours ? Why have you deducted the amount from my bill? Never had a issue u til now ?

    Hi How do I get an update on a complaint which ID customer service raised for me for a roaming refund (as it didn't work). They've given me no reference number, have tried to call me once (I was at work in a meeting so missed the call) so I have no idea what is happening with it or how to find out.     Hi Community I need to raise a complaint about the Complaints department make a total mess of my new mobile phone contract that has not be cancelled Sales are now trying to offer me a deal that is worse than what I was on so not a deal at all It serm that nobody at ID Mobile knows what the hell they are doing The worst customer service Ive ever had from any company Ive known I was told my phone would be exchanged for the correct one Not my contract would be cancelled and Ive now got to fight to get the deal I was on I need to raise a complaint at a much hire level Ive been offered ID Mobile credit I paid in cash to return my phone to ID Mobile I want my money back not ID Mobile Credit I Didn't pay Royal Mail with ID Mobile Credit Someone needs to get this sorted out ASAP

    How to Make a complaint about a mishandled Complaint

    I was sent the wrong model of handset, this just need to be exchange for the correct one I was told this would happen on Tuesday after a week of trying to get this resolved I called called again on Thursday to check you had got the returned phone back and that the exchange would take place without cancellation of my current contract So I would still be able to Claim the Free Samsung Chrome Book Yesterday at 1820 you cancelled my new contract You have told me nothing but lies You have taken my money for the up front payment of the new phone You have stopped me getting a £155 Chrome Book You haven't given me the £50 compensation You Haven't refunded me the postage costs to return a phone that ID Mobile Sent in Error Return Postage Cost £13.25 So you have lied, stolen money and now fraud I would like to make a new complaint about the Complaits Department Ive just spent 50mins on the phone to the so called complaints department to be told there is nothing they can do and they will add note

    Help with complaints procedure

    I want to make a complaint to ID mobile but am unable to do so as I do not have the mobile phone number which is required for the complaints form and for a phone call. I do not have the number as the account was set up fraudulently with my bank details.

    Complaint - Proof of usage document

    I've been asking customer services on live chat all week for a proof of usage document that never arrives, so I can make an insurance claim. This should be a fairly standard thing, but judging by other posts on here, it's almost impossible to get hold of!! I just need my document, how do I get it without going through live chat again??

    I've made complaint about service issues

    I've made complaint about service issues and id mobile complaints team keeps sending me same email every week asking for information requested by technical team and I've responded to the request then same email request sent every week, even I've received call asking same request information. The are playing around to waste time not to resolve issues. I asked to rise my complain to ombudsman but they ignored my request. I think the best things is to contact Ofcam or solicitor office to deal with them. I've advised everyone to avoid this network as we paid for nothing.
