    how to keep my phone number when moving from sim only deal on id mobile to monthly contract with new phone on id mobile from offer on carphone warehouse

    I currently have a sim only deal at £5 a month on id mobile. I've found a deal on carphone warehouse for a Google pixel 9a phone with sim on id mobile with unlimited data, texts, and minutes at 14.99 a month and £119 upfront payment for phone that I want to take. How can I take this deal and stay with id mobile while keeping my same phone number? I tried requesting a pacs code a but this doesn't work as I'm not changing mobile network. I would like to stay with id mobile on this new deal and phone but also keep my number. The equivalent deal as an upgrade on the id mobile app is 24.99 monthly with free handset which would be £5 more per month compared to the carphone warehouse deal when including the payment of the phone.

    Cancelled my plan a day after making it but received no confirmation outside of livechat.

    I recently came to the end of my ee sim plan and decided to switch to ID mobile, i received a PAC code from ee on the 13th of August and used it to create my new ID mobile plan (esim) on the 15th of August. I wanted to keep my phone number and selected that option, but after completing the order I was given a new number anyway. I then learned that ID’s coverage in my area was poor, so I decided to terminate my plan a day after creating it (cancel on the 16th of August). I went through the livechat option and spoke with a human about terminating my plan within the cooling off period to not accrue any leaving costs. The person confirmed my cancellation was successful, and I requested a PAC code. Since my supposed cancellation I have received no confirmation of cancellation outside of the Livechat and I still receive emails saying I will be charged at the end of the month.     Need help to change my number

    Hi! I've ordered an ID mobile sim card and I am trying to use my PAC code from my former mobile network to keep my number but it doesn't work. I can't find any 'transaction number' anywhere. The only number I have is my ID order number and when I try to use it on the form to keep my phone number it says "an error has occurred". What am I doing wrong? Thank you! Stephanie

    ID mobile account issues

    I got my ID mobile number when my account was opened by my Mum, with 3 numbers under the account I never once used the ID mobile app as I paid my own bill over the phone. I have been disconnected after not paying and so, since ID mobile gives you 0 options to speak to anyone to actually resolve the issue/continue using my number with them, my only option is to leave ID. I want to keep my phone number regardless of whether or not I stay with ID or leave. so how in the hell am I supposed to leave? • I cannot recieve a PAC code by text as I am disconnected • Trying to recieve a PAC code over the phone has them ask for my customer service pin which I cannot access as trying to login to the ID mobile app just says "sorry your details do not match our records" • logging into the original account owned by my Mum doesn't have my phone number under it and the customer service pin doesnt work in reference to my phone number I'm at a loss at what to do.     Help please! i cannot make calls or send texts

    How do I transfer my phone number from my ID Mobile SIM only plan to my new ID Mobile phone contract please? I did not buy the phone and package as a formal upgrade as I got a deal online so the new plan does not show in the app/ my account. Additionally I do not have the original SIM card that came with the phone. I got a replacement SIM from Currys. i already transferred content of original phone to the new one but now cannot make or receive calls or send texts on either phone unless online eg via WhatsApp. I need a phone for work so am desperate!     New Phone with ID - Do I Cancel old ID Account?

    I have an iPhone with ID Mobile but have recently bought a Google Pixel 9A also with ID and have moved the SIM card to the new phone. Can I now just delete my account for the iphone on the ID website by clicking ‘Cancel my ID plan’ to stop the Direct Debit and then use the link in the email I received on buying the new phone to set up a new account?     Phone upgrade process

    My old iD contract expires next month and I've successfully ordered an upgrade phone (with esim) which is on its way. I've found information here and in Help about getting this far, but not any further. The sort of information I'm looking for is a simple guide to what I need to do when the phone is received. The Welcome to iD email sent to me assumes I'm a new customer and the new phone will come with a new phone number. If I want to keep my old number I need to port it over and set up an iD account etc. A specific Welcome to your iD Phone Upgrade email is required. Without this information, I presume that the esim code will automatically transfer my existing number to the new phone as if I swapped a physical sim? Regarding changes to the Plan in the app, do I need to “add new plan" or will it automatically update the existing plan? Apologies if I've missed something. Chris

    Good Afternoon Currently have an e-sim and looking to get a new phone. I understand that transfer is not possible and I require a new sim but can the number be transferred or do I have to go somewhere else for a month to come back? Thanks for any answers.

    upgrade help please!

    Im on a SIM only plan that's eligible for an upgrade now. I want to get a new Samsung s24 ultra but it's not one of the phones on the list of upgrades. I spoke with live chat and got told this phone isnt eligible to me for upgrade. I could buy it on the website but that would mean losing my number cos you can't send a PAC code to the same provider and I don't want to lose my number or leave ID Mobile. Any help with what I can do would be appreciated. I also want to get this sorted asap cos I want to get the deal with the black Friday sale as well.
