I have misplaced this phone's sim . How can I request a new sim?

Wow!I started a topic on here in June because we were having difficulty getting a replacement eSim. This was not resolved so we withdrew from the contract after 9 days.I have come back to update and find the topic I have started has been removed… ate least I cannot find my post but the replies to it still exist. The update is that idmobile are now hounding us for a bill of £91. Their terms and conditions allow 30 days to withdraw, we withdrew in 9 days. Furthermore idmobile not being able to supply a replacement eSim  and thus not giving us a service is breach of contract. My next step is to report this to the regulator, and for those of you who are also not able to obtain a replacement eSim and not have a service yet are still paying for it, you don't have to put up with it, you can leave, id may try to fight you but consumer rights law is on you side.

Hi, when i try activate my e sim on this phone it says unavailable and to contact the team for a new e sim activation code. I got it a while ago and was using my vodafone for a while but now that has ended so i need a new e sim to activate

Hi, I have a friend who has been working fine with an iD Mobile SIM in her iPhone X for some time.  It recently had to get repaired and a new screen was fitted.  It no longer works with an iD Mobiel SIM at all,  The SIM is recognised, the display shows 4G but there are no bars and no working voice of data connection.   I have personally tried a Vodafone SIM in her phone and its is fine and the iD Mobile SIM in both a recent Android phone and my iPhone 15 and the SIM is working fine.   As a test, I have tried my iD Mobile SIM in an old iPhone 8 and same issue, SIM is recognised, 4G shows in the top right but no bars and no voice or data serviceHave iD Mobile changed something to no longer work with iPhone X or earlier??   The FAQ says that with 4G and VoLTE things should work, but the iD Mobile app is no longer supported. This is odd as the iPhone X was working up to about 5 weeks ago!  Any thoughts or updates?

Hi. I have accidentally deleted my eSIM how don’t get a replacement

Hi, please can I change my mobile number to a new one to stop scammers harassing me?

I create a voicemail when I was younger for when I don’t pick up calls and now I want to change it as it’s not professional for work but it won’t let me. When I use the phone app it says it’s on default but when someone calls me I can still hear my old voicemail.

I would like to know how to change my number switch date from 27 July to ASAP as the phone arrived early.

I used move to iOS app but at the time had temporary id mobile number. I have had switch today confirmed but no longer have my WhatsApp chat - not sure what to do

I accidentally deleted my eSim and don't know how to get it back. I tried ordering a replacement but it's asking me for a one time code that was text to me but I don't have access to that now

Hi I was wondering if I can get a sim card delivered

I currently have a physical SIM in my phone but I dropped my phone and the screen is broken. It's going to cost hundreds to fix so I'm just going to buy a new phone, however the phone I am looking at is an esim only phone. Can I swap my services from a physical to esim for my new phone?

Hi i’m not receiving voicemail notifications, i’ve just missed a call that left me a voicemail but i only knew because i had to call the voicemail centre. Turns out i had loads of unanswered voicemails.

How do I chamge my number please. I have just found out someone who is causing me issues had my number

N/a

I bought a new phone and I want my old phone number on it as ive had it since I was younger, but it was an id mobile number and it won't let it switch over to my new sim

I have deleted my esim email. Can I get a copy emailed again?

Having used the supplied PAC with my new phone, my phone now calls out on my old number but texts on the new number

I need to move my number and cancel my old id plan which has ran out to a new one please.

New SIM card in iPhone X not working. No service or data, only showing grey bars. SIM is activated and works in a different phone, but not the iphone X. My old SIM card with O2 worked fine but I switched to ID.When I put it in iPhone X, I have tried toggling Airplane mode on and off, resetting network settings in settings and restarting the phone but still no luck. Can anyone help me fix it please?

Hi,I am not receiving OTP messages from my bank. I went through similar topics on the forum, did all the suggested steps to no avail. I have physical SIM card on Android phone. The messages from the bank should appear as a short number as oppose to the name, if that helps to pin point the problem. Please help. Thank you for any advise.
