Hi I need a replacement e sim

Please tell me how I can send texts to charity to make donations.

I’m with ID mobile but I’ve just got a me upgrade with ID mobile of a comparison site as it was cheaper how can I keep the same number? I ordered e sim

I got my phone and it said esim cancelled it something . I have no data

when i dial voicemail the number does not work, it’s just silent doesn’t even ring. i cannot listen to any message. I have tried everything

Son's phone got stolen on a night out with an ID contract SIM inside on the 22nd August 2025. Contacted ID immediately.Been waiting since that time for a replacement SIM but still no SIM. ID assure me today that it's 3 to 5 days away. They offered collection from my nearest Currys which is not that near and problematic given I have a spinal cord injury.Got a letter today confirming that they were sending my account to debt collectors for full cost of the remainder of the contract due to me being late with £15. I delayed due to no SIM.Asked if this could be placed on hold they said no.I don't get ID mobile. It goes without saying that customers expect a service but it doesn't seem to register with them.I have raised a complaint saying that Ill pay the 15.00 immediately but will have to now take them to small claims for breach of contract.Really unimpressed.

Hi, I’m already a member with iDmobile. I requested an eSIM for my new phone. However I do not know how to get the pin it is asking for.

Hi, I’ve lost my original SIM card and don’t know how to get it back.I.D have sent 2 SIM cards out which don’t have my phone number on. I can’t activate my old number as it sends a code to the old number.Chat haven’t been any help either.please help, thank you.

I had initially set the sim swap over to happen on Friday the 3rd July 26. This was my preferred date as I was unsure how quick the phone would've delivered. I would now like to swap the number over asap.

I have not received an email about my eSIM, my phone was delivered today and unable to set up without.

I am following the process to switch my number however when I get to the page where I select the date they are all greyed out so I cannot select a date

Hello, I have recently changed from another network to ID mobile. it said I could change over using a PAC code after my sim arrived in the mail.  I have since received the SIM and tried to create a login to the ID app / online login.  it doesn’t seem to be working. It wouldn’t accept my old number and I have tried using the ID mobile number on my first bill email.  I don’t seem to have mobile service and cannot receive the test message to login to the app. could I have some help with this please?  I just would like to login to input my PAC code and swap my old number over.

How do I to transfer my 'e-sim' from one samsung phone to another?

I've just moved over to id mobile and I've only realised I can't access my voicemail without setting up a mailbox name and recording a personalised message.  I don't want to do either of these things. I don't think a mailbox needs a name, and I want a generic recorded message not a personalised one.  The voicemail service just hangs up on me if I don't record anything, so what do I do to get around it?? If I can't, at least I'm on a 30 day contract so my stint with id may be quite short...
