was in Corfu last week got charged for data from Albania because I got too close, never left Corfu.  Was driving at the time so didn’t get the new country message and when I tried to fix it it kept rejoining Albanian telecom.  Used up £5 spend limit for no return very disappointed.  Can I get the charges reinstated?

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction  I’ve got 3 different lines , one is my own the other 2 are my kids , my eldest is nearly 20 and wants the contract to be in there name , is it possible to transfer? They’ve even said about taking the phone number from me and then transfer it back to ID when they get their own contract, again is this possible if the first option isn’t ?  Thanks Craig 

How to upgrade the phone

I am in Rome airport, cannot use roaming, I have full signal but it said I did not subscribe to data; I tried all available network; every plan should have 30gb EU roaming right?

I have ported my old mobile number and had confirmation that this was completed.  I have successfully set up an account but when I try and add this ported number I receive an error “sorry your details do not match our records”. I have carried out simple suggestions from the electronic chat but it still fails.  Any further advice would be appreciated.

Was with 3 before I’d now that I’m with I’d the signal is rubbish it shows that I have signal but comes and goes can’t make or receive phone calls have to use what’s app it must be the worst network to try and speak to someone about the fault or lack of service where I live it gives 4g excellent indoors and out what a load of rubbish out door some times work

Dear ID,I have upgraded my phone with carphone warehouse but the data package is still with ID. I have put in PAC and STAC code when I filled in the form as I want to keep my same number. Will this plan end automatically when that sim is activated?Thanks 

For the past week, my internet keeps disconnecting every 5–10 minutes for about 30 to 60 seconds before automatically reconnecting, even though my phone shows full 5G/Wi-Fi signals. This issue is happening everywhere—at home W6 0RX and throughout my daily commute white city, marble arch and Oxford Street Tottenham Court room ad . I have tried restarting my phone, toggling Airplane mode, and switching mobile data on and off multiple times, but nothing works. It is causing major inconvenience while using my phone. Please help me fix this issue.

Hello,My contract finishes on the 23/10/26, Im going to leave ID but I want to know if I have to give notice of intention to leave? I don’t want to end it early then schedule as that will accrue early termination fee. But I also don’t want to pay another monthly bill when cancel after 23/10. Can you someone instruct me on what to do please?

Hi,a previous provider has given me a STAC code. They say that you can use it to cancel that account, even though I have already opened my ID account? Is that correct and how do I use it? Thanks

I want to return the iphone 18 pro max. the customer care and website mentions that go to Currys to return.Have been to two different Curry’s showroom (Hayes and Brentford) - and both said they are not authrised to take any return on behalf of ID. Spoke to ID again - they still stuck on go to currys. Anyone facing similar issue and any resolution?

Hi all, Advice please. I'm new to id and I have had nothing but trouble.The present issue is that my Id Data doesn't work and my signal drops even when I have data left. Meaning I am unable to make calls, texts or even put my data on to send a WhatsApp. This happens for multiple days at a time. The coverage in my area is not low and there are two other ID users in the house with no issues.

Will this be covered by samsung 24 month warranty?

I attempted to extend the roaming abroad data by 1 additional day, as I needed it to handle my travel on the last day; however instead of adding 1 additional day it is running concurrently with my existing 10 day roam abroad.Is this expected behaviour, and what can I do to rectify this?

Last Tuesday I tried to start a sim only deal online changing from my current provider Three Mobile to IDi went through the process had the email saying it was being processed, then a while after i get an email saying i “ didn't meet the credit check criteria required for the contract you requested.”I was surprised and rather stressed by this so rang and spoke to a rep, he tried to help me as much as possible and said that it was because of an unpaid debt from 2021 I was a customer then and told him my number from then and he said it was for a different number, i was really shocked and upset by this, and said i had no information emails or anything relating to the number he mentioned, btw the debt was for £8 only, i said i never fail to pay my bills and said if i offered to pay the small amount would it be resolved, this was complicated so he escalated the issue and put me through to someone in the credit/debt department and after a long conversation the representative assured me he wa

I have been trying for 4 days to get someone to properly help me, my eSIM doesn’t work, the process I’m having to take just to talk to someone is insane, I’m unable to call anyone and to chat to someone over live chat takes about 40 mins, I’ve spoken to 2 people and keep getting kicked off the chat before they have fixed the issue !! So annoyed. 

I pay for 4 phones. My current provider allows me to do this under one account and takes a single payment. Can I do that here ?
