Hello,  I am currently on a Sim only deal with O2 on my iPhone 11. I am looking to upgrade and went into Carphone warehouse to try and buy the iPhone 16 with a ID mobile contact. I was declined in store as I failed the credit check.  I was unsure whether or not my details were put in wrong as I’ve never been denied credit. I did a credit credit myself which showed excellent on the score.  I have never been in debt or have any reason to have a bad credit score. I have never missed any payments with O2 or any other direct debt.  I tried to order the phone and set up the contract through Carphone warehouse online and again it failed the credit check with ID but they did not provide a reason why. I am just wondering if this matter can be resolved somehow? I would really like a contact with ID and get a new phone.  thank you

I requested my number to swith from O2 to ID. Not happened yet. You're currently viewing the plan for {REMOVED}, which already has a pending switch request.”  When will the transfer happen and do I keep both numbers active until I receive the date?

After several attempts to deal with the credit issue I gave in.  ID Mobile cancelled my order for a sim only contract as a result of a failed credit check again.  This despite me having a score of 999/1000 on Experian and 904/1000 on Equifax.  ID say try again in 3 months and the credit checking agencies are not able to help.  ID bounced me to Equifax who have zero negative info on me apparently.  I gave up.Guess who’s supplying me now? 

I recently left ID and switched to another provider. I had 2 accounts with you and they were both out of contract. This morning i got a £75 final payment taken from this account !!!Could someone please check that this is corect ?

Dear Idmobile.  I have lost my sim and need an ESIM. I’m currently in Morocco for 2 weeks then in Spain for 1 week. I can’t receive a text message 

My contract is finished and now im looking to get a better deal.I do not want to upgrade my phone, but I would like to keep same number and get an unlimited data plan with calls and texts for a cheaper amount.Is this possible with id?As I read you can't switch sims and keep same number on same network

I received a £75 out‑of‑bundle data charge on 22/09/2026 for 1.4GB. My son used the phone and didn’t realise the data limit was exceeded. I didn’t receive any warning text about data running out. This charge is extremely high for such a small amount of data. Please review this and apply a goodwill credit or adjust the charge. Moreover, I checked that out of bundle charge for internet is 10.24 pence per Mb. 1.4 gigabyte is soured £15 , and charging me £75?

I’m sick and tired of not having any signal anywhere I go. Centre of Manchester. No signal. If I’ve got smooth 4G or even 2 bars of 5G I’m in genuine shock.  Any suggestions or ways to get this improved ?

I upgraded to a new iPhone 17e in September. It took about two weeks to deliver and when they did it was the wrong phone. I received what looked like a used Samsung phone.I contacted them immediately and sent photographic proof.I was then told they would need to investigate with their delivery partner DPD and it would take up to 7 days.I that time I sued their chat, I emailed and I called by phone.It is over a week now and I have no resolution.They have confirmed I am in possession of the wrong phone.They have confirmed they will send me the correct phone.So why have they not done it?My contract is with iDMobile not DPD, their investigation has no bearing on the contractual agreement they have to provide me with the phone I ordered in good faith.The Customer Service so far has been terrible. Constant hiding behind processes and fobbing off of we will escalate and get back to you, I find their treatment of customers the worst I have come across.Absolutely shocking and I’m not sure when

Hi I contacted you yesterday to request cancellation of PAC transfer today, but was told it's locked. Just a last ditch attempt to see if PAC transfer can be cancelled today before it goes through?

The contract is one I have taken out on behalf of my son, the monthly bill was previously £21.70 per month however in September I added 2 data add-on's (one for £2.50, one for £6.67) and later upgraded the data allowance, increasing the monthly bill to £29.99. I have then been charged £110 for the period 11 sept- 10 Oct and a further £73.39 for the period 17 sept-10 Nov (which you'll note, overlaps significantly) Please could you explain why I have been charged so much??

I’m have bad reception of network from few days 

I have noticed that you have taken the direct debit on the same day… Direct debit filed so that should show as being paid but because you’re restricted my services in between I paid by card so the direct debit was taken without my permission illegal payments you have not been paid twice. I would like one of them refunded back immediately otherwise I will report you to my bank for fraud and deception

I want on cancel my new sim card 

I have two mobiles and two numbers with ID. My contracts were due to end. I reached out to ID to see about moving to a sim only deal for both of them.I was not told about extra charges and was told that I would move over to £12 x 2 = 24 for both phones.I agreed and I was moved over.i have since received an email stating that I am going to be charged £44.26 and £39.26 for each of the phones.  The only option to speak to someone is live chat, which is an is awful a Nelisa has just shared another customers details with me as she isn’t responding on my chat tonight. I’ve been on the chat for an hour, yes 60 minutes and all I keep getting is “I’m still here from her”. It’s utterly appalling.  This is such bad service but I’ve had two calls trying to get me to buy a new handset from ID. You need to do better ID. In all my chats I stated I couldn’t financially afford it which is why I was changing to sim only.   You also state you are committed to supporting your vulnerable customers. Hanging

I switch to id mobile in August and moved my number over with a PAC code. When people receive texts from me it comes up with a different number (i think the number thag came with the new sim) but I can receive texts/calls to my old number that im still using. 

My old number which is {REMOVED} still hasn't switched over, ID says I am viewing my plan from this number but the number I have been sending messages and calls out from is the temporary one given while my old number switched

Hi, I received a call today from 01218330064 from someone named Alex, who said they were calling from 3 Network. They told me that my network company is merging with 3 Network and that I would need to replace my SIM. They also said that a replacement SIM would be delivered to my address tomorrow.Before I make any changes or provide any information, I would like to confirm whether this call is genuinely from 3 Network.I have previously been a victim of a scam call, where someone activated a plan on my ID Mobile account without my permission. Because of this, I am very cautious about unexpected calls.If there is any genuine change required to my account or SIM, please contact me by email and confirm the details in writing.Please let me know whether this call and the SIM replacement request are genuine.Thank you.
