Hi I purchase contract with ID mobile and request to switch number from my current provided, but I had to cancel my contract within return window, problem is switch was planed for tomorrow I try to contact ID customer service since three days without luck. I want to stop switching my number as I returned everything card and phone to ID 

Hello My contract is ending and I want to transfer my number to another operator or keep my SIM card in ID what should I do and when? 

Hi, my daughter has just moved to iD, she has asked for and received the pac code from her previous network Vodafone. When talking to Vodafone customer services she was told vodafone don't allow transferring vodafone number to id. Is this true, as I can't find any reference to this anywhere.Thanks. 

Been trying to submit PAC code.  Using the app going to plan then switch to ID mobile, the I get redirected to web page and click plan again then constantly getting "oops something has gone wrong". When in live chat keep getting unavailable to chat try again later.  Is anyone available to help......been going on all weekend.... completely unacceptable.

I recently traded in an old mobile against an S25 for the enhanced £80 promotion (phone was only worth £2).Without any correspondence the phone has been returned with a small slip saying "failed 3rd party verification".The phone is fully functional and meets all of the requirements for a trade in (for this offer the phone didnt even need to work as long as it wasnt beyond economic repair).I have emailed currys and when they do eventually respond have been unhelpful. All I got out of them was that they check it against a 3rd party system and it has come back with an issue, likely an IMEI mismatch.I understand they use checkMEND. I have checked my phone IMEI number in this system and it has passed all of the checks and I have the report to confirm this.Anyone know how I get this escalated?

I disconnected my SIM card last January, as I believed it would stay active as a Pay As You Go number. However, it’s no longer working now. Is there any way I can get my old number  back or reactivate it?

After the first month of contract, data allowance did not reset back to 120Gb bust stayed at 82Gb. I understand that there should be data rollover, therefore I was expecting 120+82 Gb to appear on the app but only 82Gb appearing.Any idea? Glitch in the system?

I ordered a 1 month SIM contract before realising I can do this though an upgrade, how do I cancel my original order as my account has now been updated to my new 1 month rolling contract? 

I need to speak to someone about an unknown large charge on my bill. When using live chat it says connecting you to live agent after entering my pin but nothing happens and it times out. I have tried several times and also tried speak to person prompt. Same thing happens. I really need to speak to someone. 

I upgraded phone and paid upfront  but there was issues with colour I had chosen eventually I changed to different colour and it was less than the original. I since received the new phone and have not received the difference 18days later

I got a text from idmobile saying it appeared I was using a 3G phone and telling me about the 3G switch-off. My phone is showing that it’s 4G so was the text sent in error or has it been sent to all users? My old phone was 3G but some time back I bought a new one as I knew 3G was being switched off.

HelloI started a new 24 hour contract with ID about 3 weeks ago and got a Motorola Razr 5. Last few days the camera and torch have failed to work and it appears to be a common fault. I've tried numerous solutions but not has worked. I'm really not happy with the phone. Happy to stay with ID but how do I exchange this faulty phone for a new one? Would rather not have the Motorola again. I am within a 30 day period where I should be able to return?Thanks

Hello,I ordered a new phone on Wednesday but I've changed my mind about it. How do I cancel? Live chat doesn't work, keeps asking for an ID mobile number which I don't have. Tried ringing a number but it is also automated. Is it best to wait for the delivery and send it back? Thanks

I’ve had multiple problems with Id mobile. Since using a new sim I was sent, some but not all calls go straight to voicemail. This includes security calls for online banking. I’ve checked I’m not on airplane mode or Do not disturb.How can I sort this?

For quite a few months I’ve been having an issue where my phone won’t take or receive calls, and it’s becoming an issue because I’m now missing important phone calls. I’ve tried to restart my phone, where it then starts working for a bit then it immediately stops working again. I’ve also tried to enable voLTE but I can’t find that option anywhere in the mobile data settings. I’ve tried contacting iD Mobile directly and downloading a new eSIM and that hasn’t worked. I just upgraded from an iPhone 13 to a 17 pro max and I’m still not receiving or taking calls properly. Has anyone else had this problem and if so has anyone fixed it?
