I tried to cancel my pa as you go sim but I kept getting a pop up saying oops an error. How can I cancel it if it won’t let me?

I upgraded my contract. Samsung 25 edge that suppose to come with a Samsung chromebook. The laptop didn’t come  how do I claim it? No instruction how to get it on the id app.

My phone does now work in the EU with or without internet. My data roaming does not appear to be switched on. My settings are correct but dispite messages that I can use all my data (France, Spain etc). I can’t I can only use my phone as a camera and a specalist has said my phone is OK . Mobile id need to se=witch sometb=ning on at their side but after 3 days, i still cant get to speak to anyone,

Hello,I recently switched from Three to iD Mobile and took out a plan with the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE, which was advertised with the Samsung Watch promotion. The switching process and receiving my phone went smoothly, but I have not received any official invoice or confirmation email that clearly states the phone model, device cost, contract details, or invoice number.I have tried multiple times to claim the Samsung Watch by submitting all requested information (forms, photos of emails, phone box, IMEI numbers, purchase reference, phone numbers, etc.), but Samsung has rejected my claim each time. Their team has confirmed that they will only accept an official invoice or official confirmation email from iD Mobile that includes the necessary purchase details.I have contacted iD Mobile several times via live chat to request this document, but unfortunately, each chat has been abandoned by advisors before I could even explain the situation. I didn’t receive my gift card despite this being offered when I took out the contract and now ID are saying they can’t find a gift card under my email (despite the fact it clearly shows this email address on my ID account) and therefore I won’t be getting one?! Im wondering if this is just a ploy to get sign ups.

Is anyone else having major issues with signal.im in Tiverton Devon and for the last few days my signal has been terrible.I go to Exeter a lot and the signal there has been shocking for months and now it seems to be the same in Tiverton

I just PAC transferred  my number a week ago and ever since joining ID I can't get access to apps or websites that send one time passwords. I've tried everything.  ID customer service is dreadful and no help whatsoever.  My SIM in my old phone that did work before now doesn't so its clearly a network issue and not my new phone settings (that's all they focus on) . Annoyed angry and fed up with ID already! 

Hi All,I travel around the country for work. Noticed in the last few weeks that if I go to the west midlands or the north east my Samsung S21 completely loses signal and displays emergency calls only. Tried the suggested troubleshooting tips and reset network settings which didn't resolve. If I switch on airplane mode and switch it off again it connects with good signal and 5g for a minute or so and then drops off again. It stays like this until I've travelled out of the area and either restarted the phone or used the airplane mode toggled off and on. Does anyone have any experience of this? It was working fine before. Many thanks. 

How do I delete voicemails without listening to the whole lot?As I've got a long one from 24 Sep and they've clearly rang me accidental call while in their pocket. I'm not listening to the whole message.I've tried pressing 3 and it won't delete.Also I have dual SIM phone. How do I listen to my messages on Line 2 as ID mobile just sends me text with no differentiation. It just dials Line 1.

My daughter kept her old number but for some reason she can’t receive texts as it’s coming through as ID mobile number even though we kept her old number. It’s been fine until now. Any ideas on how to sort this please? It’s an iPhone. Help please?

I can’t set up my voice mails. Whenever I try to call the voicemail number, it will say that I need to set up my pin by calling them?? This happens every time then it cuts off. Any idea what I need to do???

Hi,I’m really concerned about my recent trade-in. My phone was delivered to the trade-in centre on 30th September (confirmed by Royal Mail tracking), but I still haven’t received any confirmation that it was received, or any updates on the cashback process.I emailed the trade-in team on 3rd October and again on 6th October, but I’ve had no reply. Today is the 7th and I’m still completely in the dark.I chose to use iD Mobile’s trade-in service because I thought it would be safe and reliable. Instead, it’s been incredibly stressful not knowing what’s happening with my device or my cashback. The lack of communication is really disappointing.At this point I just need reassurance that my phone has been received and clarity on when I can expect my cashback payment. Hi I took out a contract several months ago. A sim only plan. After several payments was able to upgrade to a mobile. I chose the Samsung S25. Unfortunately I  am unhappy with my choice and cannot send it back to ID. Can I sell the mobile if still under contract please? I know I  have to continue with the payments of remaining contract. Hi there. I’m sorry I think I’ve seemed to miss my payment date last month and I stupidly haven’t noticed. This month how ever I’ve been made redundant and am unable to pay my bill. I’m assured that my redundancy money is on its way and I have a new job that I start next Monday. I am unable to pay at this moment in time but I will be paying as soon as I am able to. Can I pause my bill until I’m able to pay so my phone doesn’t get switched off as if my phone is off then I don’t have a way of contacting my new employer or my old employer to finish my redundancy claim
