Hello I have recently joined ID mobile, from o2, as my contract was coming to an end. I signed up and entered my PAC code, and I thought I put a date in when to change over! but how do I know if it has gone through, o2 weren’t helpful in the process, and said they can’t see anything. Any help would be great as I don’t want to have to pay any more to my previous provider.

Can I use data in the Netherlands in my current plan??

Hello, I couldn’t make calls because of the 3UK outage last Thursday and Friday and seem to be having the same problem again this morning.  Is there another outage or is it just my phone?Grateful for any help.

Hi is there no contact for ID now? It used to be 7777 but it doesn’t seem to be working.

I have switched sims today with a confirmation text confirming this. However, my new sim shows it’s live on my phone but it doesn’t make or receive calls nor does the data work. No airtime at all. Please help thanks 

Will I get compensation for outage 23rd January - 24th January 2025. I was unable to make or receive telephone calls.

Hi alli want to add a second sim for my son now he is at senior school, is this possible?I tried before but it just swapped from my old to the new one, I find it frustrating it’s not easy. please help

I'm not getting calls from my Drs to my ID sim. Receptionist says it could be that my provider doesn't allow 'unknown' calls. Is that the case with ID? If so is there anyway to get this changed? 

are we going to ger compensation for last Fridays service outage which lasted 12 hours or more

Please help. This is day 4 that I have been unable to make calls. Whenever I try I get the message that my service does not support this number. I have tried to chat but that function does not seem to work on the I'd mobile site. I emailed but the email address is no longer monitored. I went to Currys and they gave me a new Sim which hasn't resolved the issued. Can some one from ID mobile call me to resolve this issue?

Hi has anyone had any problems receiving OTP sms when trying to sign up for UAE pass for holiday. Ive tried multiple times and checked the settings and contacted the Uaepass who said its been sent. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi I have a few accounts for my children now my daughter is an adult she wants to take over her account with her details. I see by reading through the questions you cant change the name but can change bank details so I went to do this but it says the account details have to be in my name and address?? So can this not be done putting it in my daughter’s bank details? Thanks 

Yet again, I'm trying to buy a bundle. I click the order I'm then taken to my card app to confirm order but payment not received by my account and just taken through the process again ! This has happened before and I have later found out, several payments had been made ??

I have not been able to receive calls for 4 days now and have exhausted all the recommendations on the ID site for resolution. is there any chance that a person can assist me. 

I thought I had ordered an upgrade for my rolling monthly sim only plan but I’ve now got another sim coming with a different number.So now I’ve got 2 contracts.How do I cancel my original contract and keep my old number with my new sim when it arrives probably tomorrow?I did ask this question yesterday but it’s dissapeared

I transferred to iD recently and have had nothing but problems. The porting took more than a week and I am now realising that there are more issues because when some people call me they get an ‘invalid number’ message. I’m so fed up - have never experienced an issue when switching between providers. Please help

In Dec 24 I transferred my Direct Debit payment to a different bank using the approved banking scheme however ID mobile did not take the money I then responded to var emails from ID mobile  re overdue payment by making a Direct Ddbit card payment which went through fine then a few days later ID mobile took the alleged defaulted /missing Direct Debit,net result I effectively paid  the same bill £7 again.This over payment needs refunding.the issue seems to be entirely with ID mobile systems as I am experiencing the Exact same issue with my wife’s ID mobile account (which is paid from my bank) which ID failed to take from the corrected set up Direct Debit then subsequently took after a debit card payment which is now pending absolute nightmare somebody please sort this
