Do they ever call you when the complaint team are supposed to? Contacted them 4 times now and promised a call back within 2 days and never happens. Shocking bad customer service 

My iD Mobile SIM only 12 month contract is due to end in 17 days time. On the iD Mobile website I have found a better deal for the same price. The website does not enable a current customer, at the end of their contract, to maintain their personal details and only change their contract. To  change my contract I have had to go through the rigmarole of becoming a new iD Mobile customer. Whilst it has only cost me a £0.01p, it is a rigmarole and hassle. AND Do I have to apply for my current number to be transferred from iD Mobile to iD Mobile?Surely in the age of AI and whatsoever iD Mobile would have a renewal system whereby a current customer at the end of their contract could make a seamless transition to another contract. 

Hiwhy are iD mobiles roam charge to Barbados so high?Its quoted as £9.60 per MB!!

hi i have an id mobile used in a mifi how do i get a one yime pass code to acess my account as its in a mifi without a message facility 

HiThis is a new contract and first time with ID mobile.my phone is unable to make or receive call normally only via watsapp? 

Whenever I send a longer text I get a message saying it has been sent as an out of plan MMS. I assume it's maybe because those longer texts also have emoji? I know i can prevent the charges by not using emoji but I've never had to think about that before ie it's never been an issue and always been included in plans with other networks. Is there a way of blocking mms or setting it up so it converts to an sms and removes the emoji to just special characters? It's a pain having to remember not to use them when it's habitual!

I can't receive calls I just get a missed call message. I can't make calls either. I have turned my phone on and off several times

im sick of the fkn sight of this message people cant get through messages arrive next day the sim is out of my old phone and put in my new samsung its fkn useless i tried going outside still no signal there must be a fkn solution

Morning folks, I'm renewing my mum's Virgin media contracts today which is extortionate and need to get another bundle without phone which reduces the cost dramatically. I though I could buy her a idmobile Sim and a simple user friendly phone which could be left in a cradle charger permanently like her current one. She would very rarely use the SIM as one of us sees her everyday but it's always there if she needs to contact us Any ideas greatly appreciated. 

Just switched to IDmobile and I can't make calls, although I can receive them. Please urgently advise.
